I did extensive research on where I wanted to get my service completed. Not only was I able to track Glam Room’s reputation on social media also on Stafford location Google. I see these reviews and couldn’t believe that they have 5 star on every platform... seems fishy. I had service from multiple ladies in the staff I received Microblading, also had my lashes, and make up done for Valentines Day. I am overwhelmed by the service I received if I could give 6 stars I would. I will be recommending them for my friends and family. The environment was chic, warm and inviting. Thanks to the ladies that are working they are knowledgeable and professional.

Been meaning to write a review for a little while. I have never been to Glam Room, therefore I will not criticize the service provided. However I work at the mall and I often get an employee of Glam Room as a customer. She has cussed at certain employees of ours, yelled at them, and shown very bad temper. As an employee of a facility within the mall I believe you should represent them where ever you go, it truly leaves an awful imprint of Glam Rooms employees. We have tried to cooperate with her lewd behavior and nasty habits however it has caused all of us to refuse our service to her next time she visits our location.

Rudest employees I’ve ever met. Worst attitudes I’ve ever seen and experienced. Eye rolling, attitudes, talking back. Disrespectful as hell. Tacky place in general. Learn how to respect customers and people in general. DO NOT COME HERE
