As many others who became teenagers in the 90s, I had plucked my brows to near extinction and had tried everything to get them to grow back. No dice. The gals had handed in their pink slip and they werent eager to come back from retirement.I had thought about getting a brow tattoo, but I hated the painted on with a sharpie look of a few I had seen on others. I am a review reader, and I pretty much read every review for every place anywhere near me, so Id have a good idea of others experience, as well as local pricing, and skill of the artists.I kept coming back here, reading Dinals reviews. She was obviously the best out there, and her prices were reasonable. I was kind of panicking thinking of having a tattoo on my face (I mean, this is my FACE and what if its wrong???), but I quelled my fears and called one evening around 9:00 to leave a message for her to call me with more information. To my surprise, she answered. I was blown away that she answered the phone so late, and when I apologized, saying I had meant to leave a message and not call and interrupt her evening, she said Thats ok-- I love my customers and they always are my priority. She proceeded to take almost an hour (of her own time, on a weekend, no less) to explain the procedure to me and talk through some of the options.I really cant say enough good things about this woman. There isnt enough room to write all the good things about her and her business. To begin with, her office is not the cold, clinical office that makes you feel freaked out and cold and exposed. She keeps it beautifully decorated, warm, and full of plush, soft blankets and pillows so that you can be comfortable. There was a candle tart melting and scenting the room with beautiful fragrance. Al Green played his soothing, soulful voice right beside me. It was amazing. It couldnt have been more comfortable, nor could she have been sweeter or more accommodating to my needs and comfort.Now, for the procedure itself. To begin with, I NEVER felt like I was rushed or bullied into ANYTHING. To the reviewer who describes Dinal as some kind of inept, pushy person, dont believe it. No brows are completed on the first visit-- you have to allow your skin to heal and go back to a follow up appointment to complete the shape and shading. Every microblade artist will tell you this. I am not downplaying her experience but suggesting that if she had given Dinal time to finish the procedure perhaps she would have been more pleased. All I know is that Dinal bent over backwards to help me. She came in on her vacation, on a weekend, because thats all the time I had. She showed me many many MANY photos of clients before and after so that I could be sure I was ready. She answered every question I had (I had a lot. haha). She didnt shirk the truth or lie about her skill. She told me what would work best. She showed me stencils, and when I thought I picked one I liked, she sketched it onto my face with a white pencil using a stencil. That way I could see the shape of the dream brow in white, but still see my real hair so that there were no surprises.She numbed my brows and paused to add more numbing medication when I said I could feel the strokes. She was never pushy. And the end result? DANG. I actually started to cry, because it looked SOOO good and I couldnt believe such beautiful brows were actually on my face. I have been hiding my face behind large sunglasses, hats, hair . . . for years, out of embarrassment at their nonexistence. Not anymore. I feel proud and beautiful and confident. This woman lives for her clients and would do anything to help them be happy with the result. She told me to call her at home if anything went wrong, and she came in on Saturday when I couldnt make it any other day.Dinal, you have made me feel beautiful again. I can never thank you enough for how I smile each time I look in the mirror, now. You are an artist and a treasure of a person. Thank you so much for making me feel so confident and happy again! :)

Just got my brows done today and they look fantastic! Dinal is very nice and really good at what she does.I am about to be 20 years old and this was my first time tattooing anything.Now I feel like since I got my eyebrows done,I could literally do any tattoo lol. Anyways,if you are looking to get semi permanent makeup done,go to this place because Dinal is awesome!

I have to say, after I purchased the gift certificate for iBrow-ology I thought to myself what in the h*** am I doing? I am so OCD and so extremely detail-oriented that I thought I would never be happy with the work if I got it done. But I scheduled my consultation appointment with Dinal and was immediately comfortable with her and after looking at her book of clients before-and-after photos, I was confident that I would be satisfied with her work. Im not going to lie... more than once the thoughts creeped in this is fairly permanent... and this is my FACE. I did proceed to have the microblading done because I was so tired of looking like I barely had any eyebrows. It is a process and it does take a few months but I am ecstatic with the end result! Everything happened exactly as Dinal said it would and she was always there if I had any questions. She is the ultimate professional and really is an artist that takes much pride in her work. I would recommend her to everybody... And I have!

Got a microblading certificate through Dave’s Deal of the Day. It was the worst experience I have ever had! Eyebrows came out uneven and one had more microblading on it then the other. I mentioned this to Dinal and she said we can fix it on my final touch up appointment. I was sick and the thought of walking around looking like this? I had to take eyebrow pencil to fix them everyday so I wouldn’t look awful! I was not going back. I finally found another microblading place to correct what was done wrong! Buyer beware!

To everyone reading this review, please know that these comments are coming from a woman in her mid-50’s who had very little brow hair. Often when people would see what my brows looked like without the use of a brow pencil, I was asked if I had undergone chemo. Going from virtually no brows to brows is a big change, but I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. The before and after picture Dinal took put things into perspective and I could not believe how much older I looked before. Dinal was very professional, explained the process thoroughly during the consultation and talked to me throughout the entire treatment. I was very nervous. I could not believe how good my brows looked after she finished applying the ink and at day five (currently), they look even better and very natural. As I relayed to Dinal, I was concerned my brows would like as though someone took a black permanent marker to my brow line, but my brows now have stroke lines that make them look very natural and the color is perfect. I’m sure it is more challenging to work on someone without much brow hair. For those of you who read Buyer Beware’s review and are questioning Dinals work, talk to me. Again, this 50-something year old woman who was practically browless is ecstatic with the results. I love Dinal, she is fantastic and a very, very special person!!!!!

DEFINITELY would recommend Dinal and IBrow-ology. I initially bought a certificate from Daves Deal of The Day and was a little nervous on the process and what to expect. Dinal explained everything thoroughly and with great detail. She is highly trained in the process and takes a great interest in ensuring you achieve the best possible outcome. I proceeded with an appointment for procedure. I must admit initially there was a little discomfort, completely manageable, but upon second numbing all was good. Trial and error everyone is different. I was shocked afterwards at just how good my brows looks and just how many years it erased. :) Went to a Dermatology appoint a couple of days later and my Dermatologist and her assistance said mine where the best they have ever seen. I agree! I had no issues with healing actually not even scabbing (but I did follow her post procedure instruction to the letter). I cant believe I didnt do this sooner. If you are considering, Dinal is the person to contact, you wont be disappointed.
