I’ve been going to Lisa at Cool Looks fo a few years. She’s the best professional for hair that I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Lisa is really into “healthy” hair care which is very important to me. She made my natural hair look beautiful. Lisa is very attentive and actually listens to what’s important to you. She’s such a loving, kind, sweet caring person. I truly appreciate all that she’s done for me, with her wisdom and great advice. I really enjoy her expertise and personal care. I’ll have to adopt her as my sister. :-)

Lisa from Cool Looks did a great job on my hair... in fact, its the best hair cut Ive had (yes, really). I have long fine hair. I rarely get it cut or even trimmed because I have had bad experiences with way too much hair being cut off and with it being cut unevenly.Lisa used a razor to cut my hair and give me some layers, which has not been done before. My hair looks healthy now, and has body and life. Now I understand why one of the reviewers said she travels from Pennsylvania to have her hair done by Lisa.She is friendly and very professional. I would recommend her to everyone.If you have long hair and are concerned about having someone trim or cut it, please go to Lisa, you will be SO glad you did. I had been going to Lisa on and off for my hair needs over the past few years, and when I called her frantically about two weeks prior to my wedding, she happily squeezed me in to her already busy calendar for the morning of my wedding. She did my bridal hairstyle as well as my airbrush makeup. I had an idea of what I wanted for the hairstyle, but she offered suggestions to make it more fitting to my face, and also researched and offered a suggestion for my makeup once she found out my color scheme. I was extremely pleased with the time and effort she put into that. And in about three hours, she transformed me into my usual frumpy unkempt self to the most beautiful version of myself Id ever seen. The curls and positioning of my side-swept style lasted the entire day, and my makeup was flawless and lasted perfectly. Lisa is amazing... the best.

Lisa and her staff are simply the best that it gets. I go there over and over again because she does two things that very few are able to accomplish: expertise second to none in the craft and perfect personal customer service. I highly recommend going to Cool Looks for your needs.

My family moved to Fredericksburg five years ago. I went to several barbershops--basically chop shops with little more than the ability to make one look like a cop or Marine--pretty much the POW look. I tried several salons with little better experience. Lisa knows how to cut hair and shes a damn sight smarter than anyone I have encountered in the salon business. Now I have a place to get a decent haircut and have a stimulating conversation.

Ever since Lisa from Cool Looks cut my hair its hard to trust anyone else to cut it. She has a keen eye for what style is the most flattering for me, and actually educates me in how to maintain my hairstyle and keep my hair healthy! Lisa also fixed my bushy uneven eyebrows with such precision and made my eyes appear more open giving me a more youthful appearance. Its funny, I have tried quite a few other places but nobody has been able to duplicate my eyebrows like this ! Im stuck!The only unfortunate thing about the Salon is it is so far away from me. I have always been very embarrassed of my appearance because I had no eyebrows. I was doing alot of research and was searching for the right place to do it for over two years. Usually I was told that I have to get a tattoo artist and that they dont numb you so out of fear I was about to give up until I stumbled into this shop. The prices are reasonable, the owner and the staff are down to earth . They made me feel comfortable, and that I could trust her with permanent makeup.. on top of that she (Lisa) did numb me. I appreciate that. I was well- informed and had a consultation prior to my makeup appointment. When I was there, she also gave me valuable info of how to take care of myself without chemicals or preservatives. So now not only do I love how I look now, I love how I feel. Im very happy with my experience.
