The results from my procedure were okay but not what was discussed or expected. Staff is great; post-op care could have been better. The decision to go forward with any procedure is difficult. The results did not make the recovery period, discomfort or cost worth while. Eighteen months out and I dont see much of an improvement in a procedure that should have taken ten years off my appearance.

I just had a procedure done that I was very nervous about but I am SO HAPPY I did it. The staff and Dr. Bautista were so welcoming and comforting and I am so happy with the results already. I would recommend this place and Dr. Bautista over and over again.

Dr. Aflaki is the best plastic surgeon, especially regarding breast augmentation! His 2021 award of top plastic surgeon in Northern Virginia is so well deserved. I am so impressed and satisfied with my breast augmentation. My breasts were so natural looking and full and perfectly round and sat in the right place immediately after surgery (please see my before and after pics below)! No one new that I meet can tell I had any work! This is not always the case with other surgeons or breast augmentations I’ve seen. Dr. Aflaki is truly the best. Dr. Aflaki is the BEST. I wish I had come to him sooner. I recently had a 360 Lipo and BBL done with him and I am SO grateful I went to him. I originally booked with 2 different doctors in Miami but cancelled both after finding out some very horrifying news about what they were doing to women. Something in me told me to just stay in state and do it closer to home. THANK GOD I cancelled with the other doctors and stayed in state. Go anywhere but here. I canceled my surgery a week before hand because I had unforseen issues. It was my understanding that I could use the deposit for other services or reschedule at a later date. I called and a receptionist told me that the money would not be forfeited and I could use for other services but I couldnt get it back. Which was okay because it wouldnt have been a loss. I called back today to reschedule and was told that my money had been forfeited and I would have to pay the same $500 I paid 2 months ago. Im not understanding why they do business this way. I want to use their services but not if they dont honor what they said.I can understand if a lot of time has passed or if I wanted to completely cancel. But to take my money when I still wanted the service is mind blowing. You missed out on $5000 for $500. Doesnt make sense.The lady today said she talked to me on the phone March 16th and that we had an understanding which is far from the truth. Had I known I was going to lose $500 I wouldnt have canceled I would have just rescheduled. I had other issues to take care of. For a buinsess to just take $500 when they would be getting more money from my surgery is disheartening.Update: office manager admitted that a lady Dana did say I could use the money. But I was miss informed she said that the money had been forfeited.Asked if they would honor what the lady had told me they said no.No service was provided and they basically took $500 from me during a pandemic. 😄

I choose Dr.Bautista because of his experience, what a disappointment! Botched my face and neck and took no accountability. I gave him several opportunities to revise, he blamed me, then quoted me another $5500.00 for a revision. Horrible experience! I am left disfigured, embarrassed, and have to find another surgeon to fix my face.

Im very disappointed about my services received. I had a wonderful video consultation with Dr. Bautista about a procedure I was interested in. I was told that the patient coordinator would reach out to me after the meeting regarding insurance billing and scheduling the procedure. The only contact I received was a quote via DocuSign that I filled out less than an hour after the appointment, then returned to the office. Two weeks later, after not hearing a thing, I reached out via their online request form. I finally received a response. After signing the quote again, I was told that I needed to put $500 down to have the procedure scheduled, then pay the rest of the cost 2 weeks before my procedure. My procedure would not be billed to my insurance. This was the exact opposite of what I had been told during my video consultation. I was told that the patient coordinator would assist me in submitting a claim. I decided to pursue other options for my procedure. I cannot express how nice and understanding Dr. Bautista was, however the level of care I received from his coordination and billing staff lead me to pursue a different doctor.

Dr. Aflaki, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Backstory, I have 3 kids and each pregnancy was high risk with multiple complications. Years ago during my last pregnancy I suffered peripartum cardiomyopathy, a rare form of pregnancy induced congestive heart failure. I was in rough shape and it left me with heart disease. Since that time I have worked very hard to restore my hearts health with healthy eating but could only do mild cardiovascular exercise. Gratefully it worked to bring my heart back to its health but it did little to bring my pre- baby bod back. I use to be pretty fly and thought it’d be nice to be fly again. Once my cardiologist gave me the green light to have surgery the search began to find the best doctor to do the job. In choosing a surgeon it was imperative for me to find a doctor that was highly skilled and confident in performing surgery on me. I visited 6 surgeons before choosing Dr. Aflaki. Within minutes of meeting him I knew he was the one. His bedside manner is wonderful, he’s very kind. Dr. Aflaki is easy to communicate with, patient and has a wonderful calm demeanor that put my many fears to rest. I felt very safe in his hands. His credentials are outstanding and I was very impressed with his education and training. With his skills and talent he worked a miracle on my body! I have had 2 surgeries performed by him, a tummy tuck with muscle repair in March of 2020 and also lipo 360 in June of 2020. I look great. He gave me a second lease on life. I cannot recommend Dr Heppe and his entire office staff enough if you are in the market for a breast lift and implants procedure. I actually chose to go to him for my surgery despite the fact that it is a long drive for me because he came highly recommended by several women I know who had also had a positive experience with their breast surgeries.My surgery was July 19. I was back in the gym (half weight and half reps, but still) on Aug 1. My healing process has been very fast, undoubtedly due to his expertise and precision. I am now just over a month post op, and am nearly back to full strength in the gym.I love my results - he did exactly what I wanted, no going way bigger in the OR like some horror stories you hear. My surgeon was Dr. Heppe he was very professional and provided great customer service. He explained the surgery both pre and post operation procedures. I am a African American Female in my early 40s. I have two children and have gained and lost weight over the years. I could not get rid of that mommy pouch and excess belly fat with exercising. I had a brazilian butt lift done by Dr. Heppe and Im extremely pleased with the results! My husband was skeptical about the procedure because I had very little fat to work with. It’s easy to write “great staff” in a review and not elaborate, but that’s not helpful so here it goes. . .I had a tummy tuck about 2 weeks ago and the results are amazing. What is also amazing is the care and personal attention I received from the nurses and other staff members prior to and after my surgery. Before my surgery, I had the usual pre-surgery checks (bloodwork and EKG) for a person my age. I was leaving to stay a week with my grandsons in Yuma, AZ and would be coming back the week prior to my surgery. I had the required tests done a few days before I left. While I was waiting to board my flight to Yuma, Elizabeth, who is a nurse at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg and who works closely with Dr. Heppe called and let me know that the results from my EKG were slightly off and I would have to have a doctor’s clearance for my surgery. Well, I do have an orthopedic surgeon and a plastic surgeon, but not a cardiologist and told her so. As I’m sure you know, the time it takes to get to see a doctor as a new patient is painfully long. Elizabeth said that she would try to see what could be done on PSSF’s end and would get back to me. I boarded my flight, had a short layover in Phoenix at which time Elizabeth called me with the news that an appointment had been set up for me to see a cardiologist the Monday following my return. I was so relieved and yes, I was cleared for the surgery.During this time, I was waiting for a payment to post with the financing company I wanted to use for my surgery. A 10- day hold had been placed on my payment and funds wouldn’t be released until that time due to “money laundering laws.” Dana who helps patients navigate the financial labyrinth of elective surgery came up with the solution of printing out all the necessary paper work before I went to Yuma (including my authorizations to do so) so when my funds were released, payment could be made immediately and my surgery would not be delayed.Above are just a couple of examples of the nurses and staff members of Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg going above and beyond for a patient. I always leave Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg with the sense that I am a valued patient and lately, with a sore stomach from laughing.

Dr. Heppe did a amazing job on my tummy tuck on April 18, 2018! I am so glad he was my surgeon. Dr. Heppe and his staff really took care of me the entire time. My results are outstanding! I have 9 year old twins and I could never get my stomach back to its original shape, but Dr. Heppe sure did! I am so glad I had the procedure done.

I would not recommend this office for any procedures. Dr. B was okay. Anesthesiologist was awesome. The nurses are pretty horrible especially the short haired one. When I went in for my pre-op appt. I guess the nurse didnt agree with a certain way I had opted to have my surgery done and asked me why. I found it completely out of line and none of her business. I was also unhappy with the post op care (hardly any) and got the feeling that they really didnt care about what I wanted out of the surgery. I wish I had gone elsewhere and didnt waste my money. I was disappointed and unhappy with the end result of the procedure :(

Very unhappy with the lack of post op care. I dont really feel like they care about the pain youre in. 11 days post op from tummy tuck & lipo. I didnt ask Dr for pain meds. Just told him I was still hurting & have been woken up from pain the last 3 mornings at 4am. He said my bowels sounded quiet (even though we discussed they are working). He said Ill give u a work note for the rest of the week. I dont want you on pain meds just because they slow your bowels down. Take alleve! I didnt say anything but O.k. I was shocked that 11 day post op Im telling my surgeon Im in pain & hes telling me to take alleve. I cant even get out of bed! I left there feeling like Dr Heppe wasnt concerned about my recovery or how I was feeling. I paid over 8k & I think he figures his job is done. If youre looking for a compassionate surgeon then dont see him. Its pretty disappointing too. I was told prior to surgery that the staff was there & they would be there for anything I needed. I have 3 people who wanted to get work done but definitely wont be referring them to him. God forbid they have any complications or are in pain. My incision looks good so no complications per Dr Heppe. Pretty much in a nut shell, suck it up! Wish I would have researched surgeons a little more before spending over $8k on 1 who obviously doesnt have much compassion!

I had a breast lift on 5/14/2017 healing extremely well they look amazing and I would recommend them for many reasons the staff is friendly doctors are professional and knowledgeable and Im glad I had the procedure done there after 6 months of research I now know I picked the right place. Thanks

I had a BA by Dr. Bautista in July 2014 and was so impressed with everything. All of my questions were answered during my pre-op appointments and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and recovery was fast. My post-op appointments have been great so far. Things are progressing nicely and I’m sure they will continue too. I felt very comfortable in the care of Plastic Surgery Service and have recommended them to many friends and family already!! Thanks Dr. Bautista!

July 9, 2017. 2 starsI went to Dr Heppe wanting to have my encapsulated size D left breast implant and my size D right breast implant which went under my arm repaired and reduced to a size full C. Dr. Heppe took my case and operated on my breasts and did a encapsulating and encapsuloraphy and mastopexy. It took about 6 months or so and I noticed that theRight breast was back under my arm and the implant was so much smaller than the left you could hardy find it. I was so upset. I would have thought if my desire to have smaller breasts was unreasonable he should have told me I should stay a D so my skin wouldnt make my breasts so weird looking. I went back to Dr. Heppe asking him why the right breast was so small and he said he could inflate it but when I asked him why the pocket was big again he said he could go in and try again. Now I know that plastic surgery is not an exact science; Im an RN. But when I saw Dr. Heppe he said it was going to cost me almost the same as the first surgery which was $10,000. I was completely blown away that he didnt offer to do his surgery for free as he was the person that ruined them. So would I go back??? Only if Dr Heppe would do his part of the surgery for free and I would pay for the operating room. I think this is only fair as I am a long standing and devoted patient of his and Plastic Surgery Services. I am truly upset. I have been through a lot of ugly back and neck surgeries in my life and my breasts were the one thing thing I could look at and smile and now I cant even do that. :((

I dont recommended Dr. Heppe to anyone really. I went in for a lip injection consultation and showed a pic of my desired look. Immediately he said it wasnt going to look like that which was fine but instead of talking to be and getting me to a plan to reach my goal or one that would look better he just kinda stood there like I can give you one syringe.. I said will that make them noticably plumper, he says idk depends it will improve it thats for sure thats all he kept saying... he was very nonchalant. Seemed like he could care less about satisfaction at all. After its all said and done I said Id wait and think (not going to him ever again) he charged me 80$ for a 5 minute convo. not to mention my apt was at 1:45 and wasnt even seen till 2:20. 🙄 My cousin saw the other doctor there and I def recommend him.
