I have been a customer for 3 years now. This is the only medical office that I enjoy visiting. The staff cares about their customers. I am a HUGE fan of Healthy Beginnings’ IV therapies. Where other medical professionals just threw useless medications producing side effects the IV therapies provided relief/helped tremendously. I love these guys and Julie and her staff are angels!

I honestly dont know how this place has so many good reviews. From the beginning, they lied about the plan I was on, telling me inaccurate information. Every time they gave me an injection, the injection site would be itchy and swollen for a week. The Nurse Practitioner I saw made no sense whatsoever I couldnt understand what she was saying. They kept flip flopping about medication. What they recommended, I already had a bad experience with and would never take it again. So they decided to just give me a refund and said Sorry that we couldnt help you. I tried calling about the refund but they never called me back. Thankfully, I received it though. When I would try to call the office, sometimes I wouldnt get a call back. The front office was rude. After they let me go, they called twice. Once was an appointment reminder, but I wasnt in the program anymore. Second, I saw a missed call and called the office back to see who called me. No one called back. I did not lose any weight, but Im now losing weight on my own! I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst office Ive ever been to, so save your time and money!

Part 3:  40 Days In, The Maintenance PhaseSo I made it through the first half of this program with good success.  In 40 days I have lost 35 pounds!  I am still sticking to the food plan without exception and I have had no issues with hunger or meals.Meal planning.  I want to talk about meal planning.  The easiest way that I have found to do this is not by the week, but day by day.  By that I mean you can shop for the week, but I have found that the way to get the most out of meals is to take a few moments and prep them each morning.  I have been having a protein shake for breakfast and then prep my fruits, vegetables, and proteins for the rest of the day.  This is tremendously convenient in that I can quickly throw the food into a lunch cooler bag if I have to run errands or go out that day.  That way if I get hungry, it is always close by and I am not tempted to stray.Pain.  So as I stated in the beginning, the main reason I tried this program was to help alleviate some of the pain from previous injuries.  So far that mission has been a solid success.  For the first time since being disabled I have been able to reduce the amount of pain meds that I usually have to take to get through the day.  This is outstanding!  Not only are my pain levels falling, but the loss of the extra weight and the light exercise has definitely increased my mobility!  Another great benefit that I discovered is that I am sleeping much better and not waking up and having to struggle as much to get going as I was before.So I will update again soon….

Overpriced, not friendly and weight loss plan was a joke. Save your money and go to a real doctors office.

Ive gone here a few times for different laser hair removal treatments over the past few months and absolutely LOVE IT. Everyone their is super professional and friendly and its in a nice clean environment as well. Even with everything going on, I still feel safe going in and having them take care of me. For anyone who is interested in having personal areas lasered, I HIGHLY recommend going here! Their staff is so great, I didnt feel uncomfortable AT ALL. Most importantly, Im seeing fantastic results with the laser hair removal!

My Journey From PainI am a disabled veteran. I engaged with Healthy Beginnings because I have already tried multiple other paths to being pain free and more mobile. Some worked somewhat, and some worked not at all. After an extended period of treatment for an irreparable spine injury I came here seeking some relief. This is my journey here.After receiving just under two years of steroid injections I found myself with some relief, but gaining weight as a result of these procedures. As my weight crept up it caused my mobility to decrease and my pain levels increased again. I felt like I was having to work harder to accomplish everyday tasks and chores.My doctor said that the extra weight was not helping my injuries. Not wanting to increase my pain meds; I began researching paths to getting healthier and reducing my weight and pain. I found Healthy Beginnings; and after a detailed consultation, decided to give their program a try.I am writing this because I want others who are out there to know what this program does for me. This is my first installment about this process.I am ten days into the weight loss program here and I am progressing well. I have lost ten pounds by the end of the first week. The weight is coming off, but much more than that, I am already feeling better and have reduced my pain levels. I am sleeping better and my stamina levels are returning. The more I progress, the more I am motivated to stick to the plan. So far, this has been a win-win path for me.The main thing with this is to stick to it! After learning the parameters for this program, I felt it was reasonable and well supervised. The outline states clearly what you should be eating. For me, it has been a simple task of setting up the day’s food each morning. This makes it convenient, and portable, so that everything goes smoothly and I can easily adapt to scheduling changes. I feel that you are going to get out of this program exactly what you put into it.Stay tuned for the half-way report…..

Part 2: 20 Days InSo I have been on this program for 20 days now. I have lost 18 pounds in 20 days! My energy levels are increasing all the time. It is so nice to be able to get through the day without being tired by lunchtime.The food in the program is plenty. Most days it is just right, some days I have to make sure that I eat it all! I am definitely gaining a new appreciation for what fresh vegetables and fruit can do for you.I am learning that the key take away from this program is not just the weight loss. It is sustainability. It shows you what a healthy diet is and as you progress it helps ingrain these healthy habits into your daily life.Exercise. Ok I wanted to touch on this subject. I am in my 50s now and walk with my dogs every day. I have a stationary bike that I was using 3 times a week for cardio. I have not changed that much. I have increased the bike to 4 times a week and have gone from 30 minutes to 45. Other than my daily activities and chores around the farm, that is the only modification I have made. I feel like having more energy lets me get more work done and that extra activity has helped also I am sure. I still do physical therapy each week for my back and probably always will. My therapist has also commented positively on the progress that I have been making in that.For me this journey is about quality of life, and getting that back after a debilitating injury and multiple surgeries. Others may have different motivators, but this program is certainly showing positive results so far.So that is where I am at half way through the first phase of the program. At 40 days I will update and will begin the maintenance phase.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I know since COVID businesses have to adjust, but every person in the office was very professional and helpful for my first appointment. I have been going there for a few months now, and the staff never ceases to amaze me at how polite and informative they are. Olivia has never made me feel insecure about my incessant barrage of questions prior (and during) any of my appointments. 10/10 would recommend!

Im going to start off by saying that you ruined my life! Or should I say my old life! I used to sit in my chair watching TV for hours on end. The Honey-do-List got longer and longer.Now, I dont sit in my chair past 7 in the morning. Just cant! I feel like I have to get moving and get things done. I had a great experience at Renew! I lost 30lbs with their weight loss program and was able to keep it off. The staff there was always very supportive and open for questions. I continue to see them for other health needs. I gave 4/5 stars bc sometimes getting in for an appointment for other services is limited based on their staff availability.

Renew Wellness/Healthy Beginnings has completely changed my life. All my life I have battled with severe headaches, weight gain, low energy, (and in my 20s) infertility. I have been go to Renew for a couple years now and have been very happy with the friendly staff and the products. The PRP facials have taken years off my face and the bioidentical hormone replacement therapy has truly turned back the clock 10 to 15 years. I will be attending my 50 year High School reunion in a couple of weeks and my knees dont hurt, my skin isnt dry and itchy and I dont have the brain fog that comes from not getting a good nights sleep.
