Uninsured foodservice worker here. Overworked one of my shoulders/upper arms during a 50+hrs a week stretch a while back, woke up and couldn’t raise it more than 45 degrees. Didn’t get better after ten days of trying to take it easy on the arm, still had the mobility issues and burning pain. Couldn’t afford an ortho, and contacted yellow bike. They got me in quickly and within 24 hours of getting a 60 minute massage, the arm/shoulder was pain free and back to 90% of its original mobility. Not gonna lie, hurt like hell and was sore as a mother****** for the rest of the day after the massage, but a small price to pay for getting my arm back.Also the place has a great atmosphere/vibe. Makes me feel like i’m in a much cooler/more woke town than Fredericksburg.Five stars.

By far the BEST massage Ive ever gotten. Im a full time athlete, but also suffer from chronic pain, and Melisa got all of my aches and pains out. The environment inside yellow bike massage and wellness is very relaxing, which made me feel super comfortable. The prices are affordable which is also a plus in my book.
