This is the worst and most unprepared doctors office I have ever come across! Dennis is ok but the staff, especially front staff are totally off. They dont call back on time with any results, and do not relay Dennis messages to patients. If I dont call and find out whats going on I dont know anything. The HIPAA violations at the window is dumbfounding. Patients are repeating phone numbers, address, names and why you there, or discuss your meds at the window?! Me and my family will not be returning. Retrain of get new staff. Notice how empty your waiting room is. Ive never seen any waiting room that empty, even during social distancing re: Covid. I wish there was a zero star.

The only reason I continue to go to this office is because of the wonderful PA I have built a relationship with, Rosemary Lethbridge. In previous encounters here, the office staff have not been pleasant or helpful. However, Rosemary makes up for those experiences. She is very thorough, ensures I understand my medical decisions and has absolutely amazing bedside manner. I highly recommend her, otherwise, take your medical concerns elsewhere.

Unbelievable. You can never reach a receptionist. They never have availability. Contract work always bumps patients... and always a horrendous wait (45 min - 1 h minimum) for less than 5 minutes with a practitioner. And when you call, and you happen to get their were all on the phone message, the message says to expect to receive a reply in 24 BUSINESS HOURS - 3 DAYS! 3 DAYS they expect you to wait!! This practice has gone downhill since being purchased by Mary Washington. After 13 years, finally packing up and going to another practice.

This is the perfect doctors office if you never want an appointment, refills, or have a lot of spare time to wait around for them to see you or call you back. I have been going to them for many years, and enough is enough. The doctors themselves are good, but good luck getting through to see them! Front desk never answers the phone, and never return messages.

Wouldn’t recommend Irum Sohail first she didn’t want to help me just wanted to refer me to specialists for the most basic general care necessities that even my pediatric Dr. was taking care of. Secondly my mother received a call with a detailed voicemail which is a huge Violation of the Privacy Act because I’m 20 years old. Never going back

The healthcare professionals responded quickly and were full of compassion & courteousness. I felt safe and received quality care in a timely fashion. Thank all of you who cared for me!

My dad recently started seeing Dr. Okorie after his previous doctor moved away. We were both impressed with how well Dr. Okorie and his staff were, Im comfortable knowing that my dad is under the care of a wonderful person like Dr. O. :)

Been with them for nearly 10 years, although not perfect, they deliver high quality care, are always available and now are limited in to the MWH system so my records are available to the other network clinics I use. I expect high quality care and I get it here. If I just need a quick PA visit for something simple, I can get that also.

The front office staff was very pleasant. The wait area was clean. The P. A. Rosemary was amazing and thorough. Lauren checked us out with a smile. I would recommend this place.

I was very surprised about the bad ratings. I had a wonderful experience when I went there for my first appointment. Had to wait 5 Min. and thats it. Staff and doctors are amazing and they answered all my questions and the treatment was super. This will be my first choice from now on.Update:Since 3 days I am trying to get somebody to do a Pre-Authorisation with my insurance for some medication. Seems like it´s to much to ask. Nobody calls back and if I call the only thing I get is the answer machine. Very disappointed.2. Update: After day 4 I went there and complain about my case. The manager Kim helped me in minutes. Very professional and great person. She gave me the advise just to come in person, its way faster than over the phone.

I cant give it less stars. Dr.grady is a terrible doctor. My wife had a appointment and after waiting over 30 minutes After her scheduled time they finally got around to her. The doctor couldnt understand my wifes mental health issues and didnt refer her to a mental health doctor. The doctor talked to my wife in a demanding and not helpful way. Then proceeded to offer my wife support groups and tell her by the grace of God you will be ok. What? This is a doctor not offering medical help but saying she will pray for my wife. Great but my wife needed help saying she was suicidal and not eating at all and this doctor offered god as the solution. What a terrible practice. What a terrible doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Avoid it at all cost.

Front end staff is appalling, they are discourtious, unprofessional, and very rude. Dr. Spain is nice enough but doesnt make specific recommendations. She doesnt seem to listen to the whole issue. I need surgeries and all she did was hand me a several page long list of known surgeons in the area. I tried to schedule a follow up appointment and was told to call the day I want to be seen, this prevents me from creating a schedule and them from adequately preparing for a patients visit. Ive been a patient of Dr. Reese for 15 years and because I was out of state for 2 years I am not allowed to see him anymore, I tried dealing with Dr. Spain, now Im looking for a new primary care practice.

This is not a medical practice that I can recommend. While one or two staff members are adequate they are smothered up in the overall abysmal quality of the rest. Wait times are long and their office hours are not very patient friendly. Their record keeping is atrocious and they cant seem to keep track of prescriptions. Very sloppy and unprofessional!

I will be taking my business elsewhere wait times are unbelievable. The wait times are so long you almost think its on purpose. The women at the counter have attitudes and act like its bother some to help you when its their job. They app so lutely do not value your time period. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE!!!!!!!

Been a patient since 2006...this place has now turned into the most unprofessional place....really?? Staff are rude...hold times are ridiculous..Very in personable experience...I would rather go to patient first...

I have started going here in 2008, it was ok at first , then the front desk started getting rude and hateful, they didnt want to fill my prescriptions took 2 or 3 weeks some times to get refills , and they want u to come in every 2 to 3 months for just refills , so today here I am with going through with draws from my Meds because this doctor Grady seen me 2 times and she decides to take me off my Meds for no reason, I have no blood pressure Meds , no anti depression Meds , I have panic attacks and she also took me off of those, I would not advise any one to go to this doctor office . Please check them out first!

Kudos to Dr. Ekram Guirguis! At last, a Family Physician who treats two octogenarian mothers, my spouse and myself with effective listening, no-rush attendance to complaints, clear and concise diagnosis and treatment strategies. Recently she guided me through a serious chronic illness, making appropriate referrals, medication prescriptions and compassionate interventions in the eldercare arena. I truly appreciate her professionalism and very caring manner founded upon a wholistic approach to her patients. Proid yo know her as Doc G.

I am so disappointed. After being a patient for years and being on a monthly maintenance anti-depressant, the office will no longer give me refills unless I come into the office every few months! Why would I need a 4 week follow up when I have been on the medications for months. Every time I ask for a refill of my medications, they only call in a 30 day supply and always leave 2 out of the 4 off the list. I am tired of jumping through hoops for refills. The nurse gives you a condescending attitude when I politely call back to say that a mistake has been made and I should not have to come back in for follow-ups when Dr. Ngyen has told me that calling with a verbal verification would be accepted since I work an hours away. The inconvenience is no longer working for me.A suggestion would also be to send a reminder email to those of use that have regular mainentance drugs that we are expected to come in for an appointment at least 1 month before your refills are denied. At least my dentist sends me six month reminders for teeth cleaning appointments. Now I am left with 1 anti-depressant and no way of having my meds refilled in the near future unless I take of work from my new job that I have no accrued leave as of this time.Thanks for not being for whom was a long term patient and no longer is.Terresa Russell

Seriously this particular one is the worst office from Mary Washington group. The lady in front desk is super rude and can’t multitask either she need to ask for help to someone else or get different representative. I came to pick a damn medicine and they have me waiting 1 hour ! People need to go to work and have a life... seriously 😒

I have been calling for two days now and getting nothing but a busy signal. I think they remove the phone from the hook.

I have never called and spoke with anyone... I always have to leave a message and wait for 2-5 days before you hear from someone.

Terrible customer service, waited on hold for five minutes. Went into office in order to request copy of records, office staff was slow and rude.

Dr. Grady is excellent!!
