I recently had a tele-visit and it was great. For regular visits for prescriptions it was so convenient. I also liked that I could talk directly with Dr. Harwood and discuss my current health. I would highly recommend this means of visits for senior citizens like myself. Obviously in person visits are necessary for specific new concerns that need personal consultation.

My wife and I changed doctors about a year ago and we could not be happier with Doctor Harwood. She is genuine interested in us as people which is very refreshing and something we havent had in a doctor in a long time. Her personal demeanor, patience and medical knowledge is second to none and were glad we found her.

Dr. Harwood is a caring, friendly person that listens to what you are saying. She calls me personally to go over results of tests! I have never had that! If she feels you need to see a specialist, she wont hesitate to refer one. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I just love her and her staff!

As always Dr Harwood explains thoroughly all questions & answers that I may ask. Dr Harwood truly does care about her patients & I can feel that every time I have been to her office. Very professional & trustworthy.

I would not recommend going to Dr. Hartwood. She lacks professionalism, empathy and tact. We’ve been patients of hers for years and continuously struggled with weight loss. Today we requested a combination B12 shot and prescription. Her response was completely unprofessional and rude! She said “I’m not a weight loss clinic and I have all these patients looking to lose weight over the summer” she refused to assist us in the manner that we requested ultimately refunding our co-payment . My biggest concern is her overall tone. We’ve tried every option to lose weight, changing eating habits, exercise, medical test for thyroid etc. this was our next step. She told us go to a weight loss clinic because she isn’t one. In hindsight maybe she just didn’t want to say she wasn’t qualified to provide us with the assistance we were requesting. I’d recommend she work on her overall presentation and tone. We will not be returning to her as a physician.

Dr. Harwood has been my doctor for a couple of years now and she is great! After having two kids I was over weight. I went to see her to run all the medical tests for thyroid to see if there was a problem there and everything came back normal. I started doing cross fit and overhauled my diet and wasnt seeing any results. I talked to her about it and she told me that there is a diet pill that she has seen great results from but she only prescribes it for a short amount of time. As long as I kept working out and eating healthy she would prescribe the pill. It has helped me tremendously. It has allowed me to lose weight and to stay motivated to keep working out and eating healthy so that now it became a routine. I am so thankful to her. I also appreciate that she game me something that she knows will work instead of giving me something that is iffy.

As a mother of three the last thing I find myself doing is taking care of myself and adding more doctor appointments to the calendar. Ms. Hardwood was recommended to be by a friend. She is not only very professional but more importaly personable. Each visit is not only productive but enjoyable. I typically come with more than a handful of questions or concerns I have piled up. She not only patiently answers each of them but always provides me with the knowledge, resources or materials for clear understanding to ease any worries I may have had attached to the question. I could not appreciate her time and willingness more. Looking for someone to be more than just a time slot? Here’s a good one!

Dr. Harwood and her staff have been great. My husband and I both have her as our primary care doctor and couldn’t be happier.
