Dr. Klumps office and staff in Comfort are great! There is very little wait times if any at all and she doesnt rush patients out of the office, she is very attentive.

Dr Klump is very good BUT THE PROBLEM IS this office ! always overbooked resulting in prolonged unnecessary waits.When at the other location and with Hill Country,that office ran smoothly and very rarely was anyone kept waiting. On more than 1 occasion ,i politely informed the receptionist THAT I cannot sit here,was already waiting more than half an hour and had to move on due to other responsibilities-SO TO Dr KLUMP--5 stars and to this office ? zero. I finally left her practice due to the mismanagement,NOT HER.

After waiting since AUGUST 2019 and a few days before our appointment time, her office tells that she is not accepting our son who has Medicare+Medicaid. The story is that she accepted Medicaid then, but not now. Well ok, but why in the world they waited two months to tell us this forcing us now to look somewhere else. Not acceptable playing with patients (specially new patients) emotions - very cold, disrespectful and irresponsible.
