The Manager, Angela, and her team of Opticians were awesome! Their customer service were outstanding, professional, and courteous! We were greeted with a smile and were assisted expeditiously. There was an error with my husbands reading prescription and Angelas team of opticians were able to figure out a resolution that worked. Needless to say, we walked out very. Very, happy and we even saved some money!!!! We will be forever customers!!!

I went to Len Crafters today and I was treated with no respect. She did greet me and told to put all glasses I try on leave them down. As I was trying them on no one came back to me help or give opinions , I waited for a minute to see if I could get a price nothing and they waited on people that came there after me . So disappointed will never go there again maybe because I was black

After a lot of hesitation My son and I went to Lens Crafters #435 in Spotsylvania Mall to look for glasses! We walked in and were immediately welcomed by Chris Eckhoff, smile and all! Backstory: my son is 11, entering 6th grade, and is Autistic, therefore we were already facing an uphill battle that he did NOT want glasses and if he did get them he only wanted Orange! I explained a small portion of our issue and that we had been searching and to a different place with no luck! He quickly took my son under his wing 😍 and talked to him and eased his mind, and continued to work with him 1-1 for approximately 2 hours to find glasses that would work and he would be willing to wear! I was amazed at his patience and eagerness to help! He explained the care of the glasses multiple times and when an issue arose he also talked him through it! Chris was definitely put here today to help us! Fast forward: day 2: we had to come back to pick up his glasses and Chris was there and waiting on my son! He took the time to adjust, explain, etc… more than I ever would have thought or expected! Then he proceeded to have a conversation with my son about his personal life situation (not my place to share) however, he had me in tears and he made sure my son was comfortable! I am so thankful that he is and was there and we will definitely be back as long as Chris is there! My son made sure I had what I needed to make a review for Chris as well as asked me if he would ever see him again! So I would say as a mother the situation was emotional to say the least but to this child he made a friend and was touched by his kind words, thoughts and actions. From the bottom of our hearts Chris, I want to say thank you for everything and for making what seemed like it was going to be a horrible situation a blessing in the end! My prescription changed significantly, resulting in a fishbowl effect in my new glasses. This was through no fault of the spotsylvania mall lenscrafters folks (according to the eye doctor/specialist in Richmond), yet the Lenscrafters folks replaced the glasses&lens free of charge (with a net refund to me, actually) well after the time allowed in the generous return policy. Another example of why Ive returned to them for 4 prescriptions in a row -- great service, and wonderful people!

Went in to get my glasses fixed. The Chinese Lady approached me and said stay there. Then walked away to go do something then came back and asked what I needed. I told her my glasses needed to be tightened. She didnt even offer me a place to sit while she had my glasses and me not being able to see very well. She comes back with my glasses and says well theres not much I can do to for you. I tightened them a little bit but they are really dry. It was poor service on her part! I usually get great service but that was rediculous!

I had an amazing experience on Fri 10/5/18. My safety glasses fell off my face and I promptly stepped on them. (How ironic, right) I called the store expecting to buy new frames and I wanted to make sure they had it in stock. 15 minutes later their technician had made the frames like new. This was amazing. There was no charge as they were under warranty. I was so happy! They cant take tips, so I made a donation to their One Sight charitable program. I have to say my experience was top flight from the initial phone call until I walked out. Great job!

Ive had prescription glasses practically my whole life and I have never been so frustrated. I paid $600 plus on glasses with Anti glare. Not even a year later I started having smudges all over the lenses that would not come off. I go back to replace the lenses before the warranty was over. I was told sometimes that anti glare creates smudges when scratched. I was never told this and I am not rough with my glasses so I dont understand why I have so many smudges. Fast forward 6 months later I am the same problem but way worse. Literally looks like I have dirty lenses with how many smudges that are on them. I have spent so much money just to have this problem 2 times. I called today voicing my issue and that I am really frustrated. The lady was not helpful, saying Id have to buy new lenses which is almost $200. DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES HERE!

Came in for a walk in, and practically waited 3 hours because they kept adding appointments over me even though I was the only walk in. So I definitely reccomend making an appointment. However, when i was eventually seen, the staff presented great customer service. They also gave me the option of blue light filtering for my lenses.

I wish you had a larger variety of less expensive frames.

I’d give this place “0” stars if it was applicable. Terrible customer service. I recently, 4 months or so ago, purchase $400+ pair of glasses. My non-reflective coating started to peel off 4 months into my ownership and they refused to do anything to help me. I did opt out of the warranty/lens protection so I was prepared at that point to fork out whatever money it was going to take to replace my lenses. I was then told that even if I did that they would not be able to put my lenses in my glasses for me because I had a small hairline crack in the frame. I offered to put the lenses in myself if they could just order them and they refused to do that as well. I did not show up to their store expecting a hand out, I’m in the car business and I understand the importance of buying protection. However, it is a bit upsetting to buy a $400+ pair of eyeglasses which start to deteriorate so early into my ownership. In addition to that, they gave me no other option but to buy another pair of glasses and we’re unwilling to work with me to resolve my problem. I would not recommend this store to anyone nor will I return.

Needed prescription sunglasses quickly, they were done in 2 hours. Same cost as non prescription sunglasses from sunglass hut. Very busy place but service was good and quick.

Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Dr. Chan checks these peepers every year and Im always in and out. Ive worked with just about all the opticians over there over the years and boy are they dandy. My glasses are always done lickity split.

The frames I have are far more fragile than expected, Ive had several like kind so I know what to expect, when the frames came loose from the lenses, I brought them in and they tried to fix them but were unable to do so, so they said the store itself would get me a new pair and handed me my old pair and said I could have them and they would let me know when they came in. they said everything was good to go and to just come pick them up, so I made made the 45 minute drive there, only to be told they now need the old broken glasses back before I could have the new oned. I asked to speak to a manager and she was cold as ice and rudley said it is just common sense, you should of known to bring them with you. I asked why they gave me my broken pair back in the first place if I wasnt supposed to keep them, she just started over again that I needed to bring them in first so that they could send them in to the insurance company. They told me previously that they were taking care of it outside of insurance. I had to go 45 minutes each way again to get the old pair so I could get my new pair.The new pair just broke in the same place again, well see how they handle it this time.

I did not get an exam keep that in mind. My frames snapped last night and the old tape and glue routine was not cutting it. With no back up i could not wait a week for new ones so off to lens crafter i go. The two ladies jumped right on the case and found me a pair that would fit my lenses. It took about 20 minutes. They did not try to upsell me or claim the priciest thing was all that would work and were very kind and helpful to a near blind lady. Much appreciated! Will probably get my new set here in the spring

Dr. Sonia Rose was one of the rudest eye examiners Ive ever encountered. Not only did she harrass me with her education, she told me that I was wrong at all corners of the eye exam... like if someone goes to college for 12 years, dont you think they wouldnt be so damn unprofessional.. extremely dissapointed. Obviously, you should never fight with a patient that cant see clearly... WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL. Waste of time and money.

Literally the worst eye experience I have ever had. The contact and lense exam are separate but they wont tell you that until you go to pay ($175 together). The dr is rude and doesnt answer any or your questions, address your concerns, or respond to any of your input. I got treated like was inept, when I have worn contacts for 10+ years. Please dont waste your time here. The front desk loses prescription requests and you will be left furious and frustrated at yourself for ever stepping foot in their door.

They overschedule people and the couple of times Ive been there, Ive waited to see the doctor for at least 45 minutes. Then once you see the doctor you feel rushed to get seen and get out.
