Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback on my last visit, three days ago. I had a routine scheduled check up and dental cleaning and it went very well. The staff was welcoming very knowledgeable and professional as usual the hygienist was very attentive and did a great job I’ve been seeing her for many years and she knows my issues very well. She and Dr. Archibald discussed with me my personal dental issues and recommended plus gave brand names and websites to locate devices and productsThat they felt I could use and improve my dental health I plan to purchase these items and I look forward to my next appointment in six months. A Tooth Fairy door in the office! An impressive practice. As a lifelong sufferer of crippling dental-phobia, I can confidently say this feels like a safe place. Dr. Archibald was compassionate and patient. The whole team was gracious and kind. Cindy is an angel on earth. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and dentist! Communicative office staff, knowledgeable techs - boy do they know their stuff. The dentist spends so much time with you. To me, he seems like he doesn’t care about how many questions you ask and how long you keep him in your room because he explains everything like he has all the time in the world, knows his stuff and has the most AMAZING chair side manner. Like, I felt like the guy really truly cares about you. After my first appointment, I was so scared and embarrassed but when I left I knew that everything was going to be alright. Do you have FEAR? Oh my gosh, I did! No worries with this Doc! They work with you to make sure you are at your comfiest. Empathy- The doctor and techs have it in spades. No judgement there. NONE. All that matters is you, your concerns, your questions, your comfort. BEST DENTIST. BEST DENTAL OFFICE STAFF EVER. Guess what?? They text! Gonna be late?! Need to reschedule?! They TEXT! I waited too long to go to a dentist because I was scared and embarrassed. I just spent $20k with them to fix my teeth because I waited years to go. Don’t be like me. Call them now to get the best service and the best dentist - absolutely no judgement. Seriously, the BEST decision you will ever make. So….like, GO. Right now. Just Do it. Why are you still reading? Call them - they are legit phenomenal. :)

The entire denture procedure...start to finish--was just fine. Dr. Archibald and his staff are quite competent and eager to minimize the Unpleasant experiences and to carry out their procedures in a swift, sure and timely manner.The Dr Archibald expends every effort to make sure everything is just so Im pleased today and believe thatll continue into the future. If anything goes wrong, Im sure the Doc and his staff will take care of it.

Doctor Archibald’s staff are as efficient as he is kind. He’s worked with us to get our kids’ wisdom teeth extracted during their school breaks and fixed a long-standing issue I had from poor work by another local dentist.

The staff at the Fredericksburg Dental Center was very,VERY good at making sure I was comfortable and relaxed.I am in the middle of a Shingles 3-pronged general outlook(finished one section, in the middle of the 2nd), and so I wasa little worried that something might happen while I was inthe Chair...but the staff there was so good and so efficient,I got through all their work without a problem from any Shingles interference when I was there.I would recommend the Fredericksburg Dental Center toanyone who asked me about it.Sharon Ramsey July 7th 2021 (I think its 2021) :)

I received two crowns today . Oral sedation was used for me , as I have extreme anxiety . It was painless .I left with both of my permanent crowns . Dr Archibald is awesome , as well as his entire staff . I have been a patient for many years , I highly recommend

Needed a painful broken wisdom tooth removed. They found an opening for me when other offices had a week or more waiting time. The whole staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Thanks to Dr. Archibald and his staff for their kindness and expertise when I came for a root canal. I have a lot of baggage about going to dentists and so I avoid them. They gave me options and discussed everything up front before doing the procedure. I feel so much better and will be coming back more regularly from now on.

Well walking into a new place, I will say I was nervous. I liked the front end staff, very welcoming, and informative. Going into the back, the tech was very friendly, kind, and heartfelt of calmness. As it is said. . .We represent whom we work for. .The Dentist, what a very nice bedside manner. Very informative, lax, and to the point. My evaluation for the initial what to do was complicated, but they seemed to make it easy with all the information taken in. My exit was lax, and I felt very calm, and collected after all the information that was given. I look forward to working with this practice on allowing them to fix my smile back to the beautiful smile I used to have. I thank each and everyone for my experience as a first time patient. Always friendly, always professional, always thorough and takes no short cuts. Sometimes a bit slow but I’ll take slow over fast and sloppy any day.Just had an implant tooth fall out after only one year. Not the docs fault that I can tell. Seems the glue did not hold up like it should have. They got me in the next day in 45 minutes and I’m all smiles again.

I LOVE THIS PRACTICE ! Dr. Archibald is aware of my extremely high anxiety level in regards to the night before my upcoming appointment, to the office,into the chair and even opening my mouth ! There is a treatment plan in place !My husband went inside the clinic and filled out all the paperwork. I got to sit outside in the car until my name was called by the Dental Hygienist.With that said, Everyone there Greets You with Warm Smiles, soft tones and absolute reassurance that you are in the Best Hands by Everyone there. Cindy the Dental Hygienist, spoke clearly and softly along with a smile, in reassuring me that I was in good hands. She reminded me, that she had had me before and how nervous I am coming into a dental office. She assured me that she has had years of experience and that I was in good hands.She gave me a summary of how she would be cleaning my teeth. She answered quirky questions that I had ( out of sheer nervousness), like can I wear blinders? Can I listen to music? Will she tell me everything that she is about to do? Can I have my husband in the same room? Are those X-rays of my teeth? Everything was a YES ! Cindy was so true to her word on everything that she had said to me.Nitrous Oxcide was administered prior and during my dental cleaning.Dr. Archibald, always introduces himself when coming into the room. He is soft spoken and Really Listens to you. Dr. Archibald explained his treatment plan based upon his exam and my feelings. He then gave me options regarding sedation for my next upcoming dental procedure. Reassurance was expressed and felt along with kindness, smiles and expertise in knowing that I would always be in good hands by everyone in this clinic.Dr. Archibald is one of the Best in his field of Dentistry and knows how to work with patients with extreme anxieties.Thank You Staff.

Dr. Dameron and Dr. Archibald are very personable and I do not fear going to the dentists. They deliver their entire attention to you, the patient, and makes you feel comfortable when they are working on you. I have been going to this practice since I was 32 years of age and now am 66 . Wouldnt go anywhere else. Also, my 6 year old grandson had a terrible experience with another practice and my son took him to Dr. Archibald. Dr. Archibald was able to take care of his tooth without the child being traumatized.

I wasnt sure about what would change and how I would feel when Dr. Archibald took over for Dr. Dameron when he retired. Now I can happily report that the transition has been seamless. Its still mostly the same friendly, professional staff and I have been very pleased and comfortable under Dr. Archibalds care. Dr. Dameron and Dr. Archibald take such good care of me! Ive always been able to feel comfortable and trust that my smile is in the best hands. You dont always get a second chance if you dont take good care of your teeth! This office is most interested in good oral health and gentle, competent dental care. When I cracked one of my molars, Dr. Dameron placed a crown and I was good as new again. Even the temporary crown was fabulous! This is definitely the place to go to make sure you keep smiling!

I have been going to Fredericksburg Dental Center for over 30 years and it has always been a very pleasant experience. I have total confidence in the work they do. They keep up with the latest technology and procedures. Their Bridge Work is superb. I was in a bad accident where teeth were knocked out. I had to have Bridges and Overlays. The work they did looks natural and normal in appearance, giving me the confidence I need when working in public. I highly recommend their work.

Another long time patient (over 20years) and a very pleased one. Excellent dental care and a most friendly welcoming staff. Ive always been impressed by the way they continually reinvest in new equipment and training to provide the latest in modern dentistry for their patients.

Im one of those people who need a lot of dental work. The staff was very professional, they didnt preach to me, but instead walked me through what has to happen to bring me teeth back to good health. I would easily recommend them to friends/family.

We LOVE Dr. Dameron and Dr. Archibald. I have always felt like my family has been in competent hands for probably about 17 years now, and that they put our dental health about everything else. The rest of the staff is super friendly and they never nag or preach about how well youre brushing or flossing either. With a family of 5 going twice a year, theres hardly a month one of us isn´t in there and it is always quick and usually painless!

I was so incredibly disappointed in this place. The first time I went in, they messed up my X-ray so they had to run it again. I wasnt comfortable with it, but they assured me that the radiation was low and not a big deal. When they sent my insurance company the information for my X-rays, they grouped it in with another X-ray that I had had done recently, so the insurance company did not cover any of it and I had to pay around 200 dollars.Since I couldnt afford another consultation appointment (to establish me as a patient) at another dentist office, I decided to have my wisdom teeth removed here but made it VERY clear that if my insurance could not cover a majority of it, I would not have the procedure done. Heather ran the numbers and assured me insurance would cover just over half. After I had the teeth removed, I received a call saying that insurance in fact, did not cover any of it (around 2,000 dollars).The dentistry itself is wonderful, I never had any problems and they were perfectly friendly. So if money is not an issue, this is your place. Unfortunately, I made it apparent that I was a recent graduate with an entry-level salary desperately trying to save money for school and they continued to be uninformative and dismissive about money.

I highly Recommend this Dental Office. They are Friendly, very patient. They listen, Answered all my question. They are very thorough. They are up to date- with the latest technology. Very knowledgeable. What they could not do, they referred to a specialist. Very satisfied.

As I stated a year ago, Dr. Archibald was brought on by Dr. Dameron several years ago to Dr. Damerons practice. His choice speaks volumes as to the quality of a dentist that Dr. Archibald is! Dr. Archibald is excellent in every capacity a dentist can be. When Dr. Dameron retired a year or so earlier, he left the dental practice in excellent hands. There is no finer dentist to be found on the Eastern Seaboard, much less Fredericksburg, VA! Dr. Archibald has the best dental staff I have ever seen. At 80 I have all but one of my adult teeth and they are all maintained in very good shape due to the skill and support of Dr. Archibald and his dental staff! Dr. Archibald & staff continue to be the highest quality and caring dental professionals in the Fredericksburg area. Not only is Dr. Archibald an excellent dentist, he is a good friend to all of his patients and I count him as my friend.

Ive been a patient of this practice possibly as long as 15 years and I have yet to be disappointed in the care Ive received. Every person involved in the practice has always treated me professionally and compassionately. I feel like they are my friends and have my best interests at heart.As the daughter of a dental surgeon, Im quite selective about dental care. I wouldnt dream of going elsewhere.

This was my very first visit. Everyone was very polite and curtious. Dr. Archibald has a wonderful bedside manner he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail about your prognosis and treatment plan. I highly recommend this office to anyone :-)
