Worst. Dont go here ever. Called for follow up visits after being discharge from the hospital and it took them a week to call back to tell me one wasnt necessary. If Im a patient asking to be seen, you dont tell me its not necessary. Front desk staff is the worst. If they actually answer the phone they dont know what theyre talking about. And forget about the billing. While different issue. If not for my actual NP wouldve stopped going there long ago. Never go to this pace.

I have tried to set up an appointment multiple times but they dont do appointments. I have to call in on a Tuesday or Thursday that I take off of work from 8-12 to maybe get an appointment for new patient intake. I have tried three time and now I give up.

I went in for tooth pain and a small fracture. He said I could schedule an extraction then back peddled saying if I came back hed refuse to remove the tooth. I cant afford another failed root canal and another new filling. I also was upset that he didnt have the best bedside manner.

Unorganized, and all around really bad place. I pray for you if you have a dire need for medical care because that is better than this “doctors” office will offer you.

I have terrible insurance which is the only reason I would even consider this place. I will be going to a different doctor who can at least pick up the phone, I have called them 6 times over the past 24 hours and the desk has been unattended straight to voicemail each time. You will probably get a lot sicker before you can ever get an appointment, and if you do get an appointment you will never be able to get in touch with them to confirm after the initial appointment booking. Terrible front desk service.

Dental: Dr. Duong is the best dentist. He has a heart for helping people in need and is a great dentist. The office staff and dental assistants are catty women who make fun of the patients, even disabled ones. New staff is needed to make this place great! Note: This is a low cost dentist. If you are expecting to be in and out, go to a for-profit dentist.

Visited the dentist for a tooth extraction and he was so rude! I told him I could feel pain not pressure. He had no sympathy. No compassion. Just sit still or I won’t continue. I stoped the procedure and cried when he left. I understand that it’s not a pleasurable experience in the dentist chair, but it’s a part of his job to ease my anxiety while your doing painful work in my mouth. I’m just disgusted at his whole demeanor the entire visit. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Love the doctors. Went to the dentist today to have a tooth extracted and the dentist was not very nice when I told him I could feel pain (wasn’t just the pressure) it took almost one hour to remove one tooth. Not to mention my appointment was 9:30 this morning and didn’t leave until 12:15. My Jaw was being pulled to one side while he kept yanking my head to the other with his hand. At one point the pain hurt and I began to cry only for him to get huffy and puffy and state he couldn’t do his job unless I did mine. No empathy no compassion. Never going here again.

I have never been to the medical building, but the dentist is very rude. I had a friend stop going altogether because of his demeanor. Dont show any indication you might be nervous. He will become condescending and act like youre preventing him from doing his job. While aggravated with my being nervous, he ripped my cheek open very aggressively with the tools, to the point where I confronted him about it. Services are cheap and thats nice. Takes months to get an appointment. The staff there does seem to remember each patient and their care plans very well. The receptionist is very personable and willing to go out of her way to help.

Very good and they take care of the patient, and work to make you feel better and welcome

I would not recommend this practice if you have the option to go anywhere else. Organizationally, the place is a mess and the front desk staff are rude and uncaring. Twice we have had appointments where we showed up, waited and waited, only to be told that the shot we needed was out of stock. We are just trying to get basic vaccinations -- I would shudder to think what would happen if one of us actually got sick.

Horrible service! I have been a patient of Dr. Mandeville for almost a year and today I was told the soonest I could get an appointment for a sprained ankle was two weeks away. That makes no sense.
