I love coming here and getting my hair done. Its not like your average salon. The stylists rent the space (much like a studio apartment) and have their own personal space that they can come and go and lock up. Most have the haircare products that they use on your hair are available for purchase. Unlike the room I use with one styling station some of the other units for rent have 2 styling stations and 2 stylists that share/rent the space. I love that you dont get shuffled around and you only deal with the stylist that does youre hair. The stylists you find here are seasoned professionals that have built up their own clientele and do not depend on the walk-ins of a regular salon to maintain business. I am almost certain that all the stylists here have once worked at a busy salon of some type and have all gained a big enough following of clients that they could branch out on their own and rent a place at salon plaza. These stylists also gain additional clientele by word of mouth from their existing clients. They offer a seating area if you get there early or your stylist is running behind but its empty. No one mans the space. You can sit and wait here for you stylist to walk out and find you if they were with someone else. There are some reading materials left out to pass the time but I suggest you bring something current to keep yourself entertained if you find yourself waiting there. The have 2 seperate restrooms (boys & girls) and they also have a soda machine available to purchase a bottle of soda. (Coke products)The only negative thing I could add is that the vents are very dusty. When I get my hair washed I am forced to look at the thick nasty vents in the ceiling that are dying to get vacuumed.

Walked in without an appointment so maybe its my fault, but it wasnt a good experience. There is no person to greet you as you walk in the door just A touch screen directory. Maybe that would have been okay if the touch screen actually worked. Stood there for 10 mins waiting for maybe someone to come around...nope. Walked around the rooms but all the doors were closed. Felt kinda weird to knock.. it wasnt welcoming.. I wont be back.
