Your hours state your open on Sunday at 10am. You’ve had me plus 5 other customers waiting out here to purchase items. No one is here… Hopefully you’re ok and nothing happened to you. But if your hours of operations have changed you should change it on Google so that your store hours reference when you actually open so there won’t be any miscommunication.

The hair stylists inside the hair store are great, caring. Im super tender headed and they was gentle with me. I did the knotless box braids and they hooked a sista up. Im not a fan hairdressers, I do my own hair, but I decided to give the salon a shot and I was super satisfied. Dont watch my edge I aint got none and I didnt want anything on it. Well done ladies yall gonna see me back for sure.

Im not sure if she is the owner but she is very disrespectful to her employees. The cashier was ringing up customers and she came and step in front of the cashier pushing her out of the way and started ringing up my things. The cashier was asking about pricing on something the customer had in front of me. I guess she felt like she didnt charge the lady the right price but she refused to answer the cashier. Today is the last time I will ever shop there. To the cashier, too many businesses are hiring to be treated like that.

I have been going here for years. Ellen is always nice and pleasant to work with. She ensures you are happy with the end result before taking your money or sending you on your way. If you ask her about which hair is best, she give you an honest answer. It’s not about the money with Ellen. I have tried other salons and either they weren’t as friendly or they just couldn’t do my texture of hair properly.

Awesome place to go for hair. There is a hair shop in the back I will be taking my daughter there when Im not able to do it. The lady n the front want very nice and gave me some masks thanks ladies

They didnt have what I originally wanted to purchase however.... They were very polite, generous and hospitable.I highly recommend them.

Lets just say that I drive past the beauty supply store around the corner from my house to shop at this one. The staff is kind and the selection reminds me of my hometown (NYC).

The owner is very very friendly. They are very flexible with pricing and there is a braiding shop in the back!! Even the braiders are very friendly and personable not to mention theyre fast and great stylists.

Every time I go there the lady is really nice and always willing to help as much as she can. The place is well stock with different hair and products. I like this place better than hair connections sorry not sorry!!

They arent always friendly to customets

I love this place they have tons of items for everyones taste and style. The staff is always helpful and nice. The wig selección is huge from the costume kind a thing to the good every day quality. This place has it all.

Horrible service, i tried on a few wigs, they didnt have the color i wanted and the lady got ugly once i was leaving without making a purchase. First and last time at this hair store. They can learn some great customer service from Mega Beauty Supply over on Warranten Road, it was my first time there too but wont be my last when i come back to this city.

Its okay for a hair store. There open on Sunday which is convenient for last minute needs but they dont have everything labeled with a price or has 3 different prices on it which holds things up sometime

Didnt quite appreciate being told they dont sell white people merchandise. I understand the store is mostly ethnic but they were very rude about it and I felt judged.
