Family Dental has taken care of my entire family for years, and we always receive great care! The office is very clean and the staff is always friendly, courteous and very skilled, Tracy at the front desk always greets us with a big smile, Lisa and Emily are our favorite hygienists, Dr. Betzing is absolutely the best! I will always be grateful for the kindness and care she always showed to my Mom RIP.

Emily and Kari did an outstanding job today. I had my teeth cleaned and polished. It only took them 30 minutes and the work was flawless.

Everyone was really nice and efficient. I would love to keep going back to them. Either my insurance is terrible or their prices are a little to high. But you know the saying you get what you pay for . If you want good service, this is the place to go.

Excellent service from start to finish!! They were able to get me in right away due to a cancellation. Nicole took great care of me during my cleaning and gently reminded me to keep up with my flossing without making me feel ashamed. I highly recommend them!The office is clean and well maintained. I like that each “room” feels very private, so your comfortable talking with your team.They even saw me all through my last pregnancy. I had some complications from the pregnancy, and they took great care of me through that.

I visited Family Dental Center on 8/5 to have several surfaces filled on my molars. The dentist and hygienist worked together to get it absolutely perfect. My bite feels exactly like it did before the fillings because their work was so precise. I couldnt be more pleased.

I really like going to Family Dental. They treat you with the upmost care. Theyre understanding of whatever treatment plan youre needing. They go over it with you as to what work you want done and at a timely manner. Dr. Chen is one of the best dentists Ive seen there.

As always I was very satisfied with the way the Family Dental Center staff took care of me during my last visit. Recently had a crown placed. Its hard to tell if the bite is right when your numb so a few days later I was having some pain in that tooth. I called the office and they were able to get me right in to get my bite right. Dr. Chin took great care of me.

I had to have a Root canal done they were very courteous and professional and they did a fabulous job on saving my tooth .

Everyone was very friendly. They all seemed knowledgeable about their jobs and all had a great rapport with each other. They were very thorough about explaining the dental work that I needed to get to my goals and the options that were available for me to reach the outcome I desired. They were upfront about pricing and showing you on paper the costs after insurance.

Painful experience with crowns on implants. I’ve experienced terrible headaches as my bite is adjusted from March 2021 through present. While the pain is improving, it’s constant. I feel like my quality of life has been impaired. I have to take Tylenol around the clock and worry what that is doing to my liver. My beautiful implant crowns have been ground down to nubs. These headaches feel like waves of pain permeating from the right and runs around the face. Long summer.

My son had a problem with his braces and they got him in the same day right after school. The problem was solved and everything explained in entirety. Family Dental Center is an awesome facility my boys have been going to for 10 years and I wouldn’t change for anything. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Ive been going to FDC since 2008. I dont recall ever having a bad experience. That being said, Im always just going for a cleaning because I havent had any cavities. The staff are always really nice too! I definitely recommend them!

I have been going her since I was kid. The hygienists and doctors have always been pretty great. However, Jessica at the front desk has always been incredibly rude. On multiple occasions she has been snarky and unprofessional both in person and over the phone. Because of her, I am considering going somewhere else.

I went there to have a tooth extracted. I was not give the appropriate amount of medication. The pain was excruciating.

Not a helpful place. New to the area and have been trying for about three days to get a hold of someone here (almost every day there are odd hours of operation, at least Wednesdays-Fridays). Chatted with a bot on their site; good for nothing. Gave bot a bunch of information, bot said someone would contact me, no one ever did. Finally got through today and asked if they accepted Passport. They dont. Asked woman if she knew of a reference online where I could access information on this, since she rattled off doctors names way too fast to comprehend. She replied Google. Thanks but No thanks. Ill remember this, going forward and advise people here to avoid this place. Apparently they cannot be bothered to assist you, or even call you back, unless they know you are going to pay them. God forbid youre a low-life on Medicare. Beware and avoid-- Unhelpful, non-compassionate. Welcome to Kentucky!

I had to have some extensive work done on my teeth. After years of pushing off and neglecting my dental health, I was embarrassed to haul myself into a dentist office. Leasha, Holly, and other dental assistants worked tirelessly to help me love my smile and to feel comfortable in a place that would usually cause me anxiety. Dr. Jacobs is kind, patient, and he listens when we have issues. On one visit, he and his assistant (Holly) worked for 3 hours on prepping 2 of my teeth for a crown. The teeth had old metal fillings that just didn’t want to come out. They didn’t complain that it ran into their lunch time.Out of all of my visits here, they have never once made me feel like I was a failure. They never made me feel embarrassed. I never felt judged. I just felt welcomed and to me— that meant everything.My heart (and smile) is so happy I found Family Dental Center. Thank you Dr. J!

From the first time I met Dr. Peters, at his dental implant seminar, I could see his passion for implant dentistry. Id started the process through another local office, but switched to Family Dental because I could see their commitment to excellence. I have been to the office at least 5 times now, during the implant process and for cleanings, and have been thoroughly impressed by Dr. Peters and every staff member I have encountered. I couldnt expect better care or treatment anywhere! So glad I found Family Dental Center!

I went in for a simple cavity filling and I am a very anxious person. I have had a very bad experience with the numbing needle before with a previous dentist and I made them fully aware of this. I let them know multiple time i was not ready for the injection so they told me that they would let me know everything step by step. With out telling me and as I’m trying to set back up because once again I was saying I am not ready. They try to do it anyway. I am very angry that they did that and they have no professional out look on patient Who is nervous. I recommend going somewhere else due to there lack of sympathy and cooperation With the patient.

I miss Dr. Bowers. She was caring and helpful. Not getting that at this place anymore. All I get is misinformation and poor work on my teeth. I tried to like it after she left because I hate the hassle of switching things up but now it’s time to switch dentists!

I cant say enogh great things about Alicia and Doctor Jacobs. They did a crown on my front tooth and you cant tell a difference at all! Im not sure how they matched it so well. Very professional and friendly service!

Their office manager acquired pre-authorization from insurance. Went for services on separate days paying up front almost $1000. 3 weeks later their estimation was way off to the tune of $700. Had they been upfront about costs services would not have done been done. Beware this office. They love to scam! DO NOT GO HERE.

Theyve been my dentists for fifteen years. Drs. Swintowsky and Peters are very kind about making dental procedures easier on people terrified of dentists. Lisa is the best and gentlest at teeth cleaning. Ive had cosmetic stuff done by Dr. Bowers -- she has a very good eye and was good, I thought, to suggest a less expensive fix to try first before the expensive stuff. Her temporary fix has lasted about eight years so far.

My family and I have been going to FDC for over 15yrs and we are very happy with them. Weve had everything from cleanings to root canals done by them and they have consistently provided professional and friendly service.

My wisdom teeth decided to come in a decade late, so I scheduled an appointment with them. They took some X-rays and then informed me that they wouldnt be able to schedule me for surgery for two months, and referred me to Mortenson Family Dental. They also informed me that the dentist they referred me to would likely have to take their own X-rays, as the quality of the printouts they send to the referred dentist pale in comparison to the digital versions they have in their system. They could have checked their own oral surgeons availability before taking the unnecessary X-rays, but I guess they wanted to milk me as much as possible before passing me on to be milked by someone else. I waited for a week for Mortenson to return my call. They never did. When I finally called them again, they stated that they were closed due to the recent snow (but that doesnt explain why they didnt call me back when the office re-opened). Mortenson also informed me that they dont take my insurance. Now my teeth are starting to hurt, and Im calling my crummy insurance provider to change my primary care provider and trying to find someone who will take my crummy insurance, and who can get me into surgery before Im in so much pain I cant think straight. Its odd - this dentist was great for my wife, but they have utterly failed me, referred me to another dentist that utterly failed me, and now Im desperately trying to find a dentist to perform emergency surgery that I cant afford without the insurance that I have, that apparently nobody takes.

They are always kind and considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend their services.
