Dr. Reilly and is staff are gentle and kind. They show care about both my long term oral health and me as a person. Both Dr. Reilly and the hygienist takes to the time to make sure I understand my x-rays and how to prevent issues with my teeth. Hes been my dentist for many years.

Dr Reilly is the best. He checks and looks for things no other dentist has looked at. In addition, youre not just an appointment, he takes the time to really understand your dental health portfolio. I grew up in Frankfort, but have lived in the city for the last 10 years. Up until last summer, I was seeing city dentists who operate offices that feel like a rushed assembly line. My parents have gone to Dr. Reilly for years, so I decided I would, as well. During my first appointment we met in his office for an introduction, and he also gathered some additional information which was not available on the initial health forms. He then performed the most thorough dental exam Ive ever been through. A few weeks later we had an in-person consultation, free of charge, where he went over his findings and some work he intended to perform. I thought this shows that he cares for his patients on a much higher level than dentists Ive dealt with in the past.Regarding the dental work, he located cavities that other dentists overlooked. Once I received the fillings, I was conveniently surprised to see that an uneven bite was also fixed.Highly recommend!

Best dental care !!! Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The office is spotless. I have been to 3 previous dentists and I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Reilly bonded my front teeth after I had issues with my previous dentists work. My front teeth look perfect and that was 2 + years ago. I also appreciated the written plan after my first visit which gave me time to budget for dental work I needed to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reilly’s for many years. He is the most gentle, kind, and caring dentist. His concern for his patients’ needs and dental health is outstanding. I recently lost a crown during the pandemic and didn’t know what to do. After a day or 2 of discomfort, I called Dr. Reilly for advice. Although his office is closed during the covid19 crisis, he took me in right away as an emergency. I am very grateful to be a patient of one of the best dentists in the Chicago suburban area.

The Best! The whole staff is very attentive to your needs. They tell you what you need to know and answer all your questions whether youre in the chair, on the phone or via email. Dr. Reilly is also a forward thinking dentist, with regards to new techniques like Invisalign and he also has a firm grasp on all possible solutions for your teeth. Nancy BTW, is the bomb! So fun to see her!! I never dread getting a cleaning or x-rays! Joanne is very good at making sure you never miss an appointment. When I had to miss a cleaning she would send me email updates of Nancys avails. Shes also the best person to talk to your insurance!

I had a very pleasant experience today at the dentist office. I had my teeth cleaned and got an excellent bill of healthy teeth. No problems with my teeth and for that I am grateful to Dr. Reilly and Jackie.

There is not a more personable and comforting atmosphere in a dentist office than the practice Dr. Reilly has in Frankfort. The experience from The receptionists impeccable attention to detail, the hygienists graceful care during cleanings and Dr. Reillys remarkable dentistry knowledge base and gentlemans demeanor coupled with his consistent commitment to learning make it very enticing for any person to look forward to a regular 6 month visit. There are very few businesses that deliver what you hope they will. This Doctor and his team have exceeded my expectations and delivered consistent and superlative service every visit in the 10 years I have been a patient.

(age 24) Dr. Riley knew and understood my financial standing BEFORE agreeing to do any work to my mouth. He pushed me to get an implant on my lower right side, which i did. 5 months LATER I am still walking around with a post, and no cap (huge gap) in my mouth. I am 24 years old and it is very frustrating to walk around with this for months on end. I call the office, I leave voicemails and nobody replies or gets back to me. FINALLY, when I called today, Joanne answered the phone and when I asked to get in ASAP for my cap she informed me that Dr. Riley is no longer going to be doing work on my mouth until my balance is paid in full but BEFORE doing ANY work to my mouth, he knew and understood where I stood financially. I was making monthly payments and youre going to deny FINISHING something you started? I recommend doing a little more research and NOT going to this dentist office as they are unprofessional and fabricate your treatment.
