Best Dentist I have ever been to. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT. You make an appointment, walk right in, and start your treatment right away. Not like any other doctor where you have the 20 minutes of waiting. Very polite, very nice, and a very good job done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in the dental field and my uncle is a dentist. I walked out of my exam yesterday being told I have 4 cavities. I immediately asked for my X-rays. I didn’t see any cavities on my x-rays. I contacted my uncle and he said he didn’t see any also. I even showed the dentist I work for to take a look he didn’t see anything either. I just went to this office because I wanted to see what he would say. Turns out I have no cavities and they were trying to tell me I do. everyone at the office was really nice! I loved them all. Just I don’t trust the doctor.

Dr. Klein and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. From the moment you step in the door, you are treated like family. They are honest and upfront with treatments and always make sure you are comfortable and given options. We have been going here for 12+ years and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I suffer from anxiety and they are so accommodating and make me feel at ease and relaxed...no laughing gas needed. I also have allergies and they are accommodating and knowledgeable of their products too. All around wonderful people doing great work. Highly recommend for all of your dentistry needs!

Most of the staff knows us by name and it is a personable experience I dont think many other places offer! I have never had a unpleasant experience and their staff is very knowledgeable. I was looking for a new dentist and heard from a friend that Dr. Klein was great, so I decided to give him a try. My experience at Dr Kleins office was better than I could have expected! The office is very nice (almost spa-like/relaxing), and the staff is extremely friendly. He had all sorts of really high-tech dental tools - such as a TV screen over the chair with instant x-rays, and they even let me pick my own radio station upon sitting down in the chair! After being here, I feel like my old dentists office was in the stone age! They went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. The appointment went very well, and Dr. Klein didnt rush through the exam, took interest in getting to know me, and was very thorough. I left very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this office to family and friends! I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Klein came highly recommended and now I know why, as he is very thorough and knowledgeable, personable, and just an overall excellent provider. Upon walking through the door for the very first time I wasnt sure if I was at a dentists office or a spa. The layout of the clinic promotes relaxation, which is not the feeling generally evoked by a dentists office. Adding to the experience was Dr. Kleins warm and friendly staff each of whom know you by name. Feels less like a clinical setting and more like a friends humble abode and I highly recommend the place.

I recently finished a lengthy treatment plan of dental work (regular and cosmetic) at Dental Boutique. I have to say that this is the best dentists office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and dental assistants. Dr. Klein is really wonderful at what he does. He will do a check up on your teeth and then explain step by step what needs to be done. Youll then create a treatment plan with the staff. When it comes time for actual work to be done Dr. Klein and his dental assistants will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, they even play music for you or you can bring in your headphones. This is the first dentist where I can actually say that I felt almost no pain at all, I almost fell asleep multiple times during different procedures including the root canal I had to have. I also had my front teeth done and they look fabulous. Overall, Dr Klein and his staff are professional, informative and caring in what they do. They have given me the confidence to smile again and Im so glad I made that first appointment with them. You cant go wrong with Dental Boutique!

Dr. Eric Klein has been our family dentist for over 10 years. Dr. Klein does a fantastic job on every procedure, explains what he is doing, and answers questions about it. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. The dental assistants are very professional and thorough. The office is equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Klein has always been there when needed, including after hours when our son just about knocked out one of his permanent front teeth. We have been very happy and satisfied their services, and highly recommend the Dental Boutique.

I have been going to Dr Klein for a few years, he has helped get rid of my daily headaches from clenching by making a custom mouth guard, Im forever grateful! What impressed me the most about Eric and his staff was how friendly and helpful they were addressing my TMJ. I have been to a few dentist and I couldnt get any answers. I was amazed how they were able to digitally x-ray and photograph my teeth. Liz did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Klein was very sociable and explained my dental problems with visual displays. Doreen explained my treatment options very thoroughly.

I went to Dental Boutique after moving to Frankfort and having neglected my dental health for several years. Having had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I was anxious and slightly hysterical upon hearing I needed a lot of work done on all 4 quadrants of my mouth. However, beginning with my first appointment and continuing through every process, I was quickly impressed with every aspect of Dr. Klein’s office and staff. The two nicest ladies (Doreen & Deb) sit at the front desk, and they are happy to help you with paperwork and insurance matters, or (in my case) just to provide reassurance and a bit of laughter before the appointment. My first couple of appointments were with the dental hygienist, Liz, who immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable with her knowledge, expertise and great conversation. I then had to go to an endodontist to have a root canal fixed (not nearly as pleasant), then returned to see Dr. Klein for several crowns and fillings. I have never, ever been to a doctor or dentist who gave me a shot that I didn’t even feel - but in every instance, this continues to be the case. I’m usually ok sitting in the chair, but as soon as I’m leaned back I become tense and afraid - this reaction ended after my first appointment. Dr. Klein explains what he is going to do, makes sure I’m comfortable with it, then proceeds to go about it with state of the art tools that aren’t making sounds like he’s building a house in my mouth. It’s all very quietly and smoothly executed, and I’m always surprised when the light goes off and I’m raised up to leave.I’ve never written a review on Google before, but was so pleased with every aspect of every appointment that I felt a strong need to do so. I would most certainly refer Dr. Klein to any friend or family member - in fact, my nanny now goes, and my own mother now drives all the way from Wisconsin to see him herself. My young children also saw Dr. Eric and Liz, and both kids (age 8 and 4) are actually looking forward to going back! I’m so impressed with not only the patient care and professionalism that helped me overcome my ‘dental anxiety’, but also the overall warm ambiance of the entire business.
