I arrived at my schedule appointment time, I text they I had arrived, they told me to come right in. I got in had my temperature check told to have a seat. The hygienist came right out got me settled in and the doctor/dentist came right in. She asked how was it going, we had a lively conversation, she wasn’t in a rush witch I liked meaning they hadn’t over booked. Great exam and cleaning and the hygienist finished up. In and out. Great customer service. Great visit. Pleasant staff. I would recommend this practice to a friend.

Was nervous about switching dentists after having moved, however, I was immediately put at ease! A wonderful staff that makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Doctor does a great job at explaining everything thoroughly.

I love how they were patient with me. I was anxiously nervous and they calmed me, didn’t rush me at all. I’ll be a pro at this real soon because of how comfortable they made me feel.

I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist until today. My son is 4 and asked when we could go back that’s how great they were. First visit but I’m hoping the service continues. This establishment is clean, the ladies are professional and the dentist is very knowledgeable. I’ve been here several times and was impressed with the level of service and professionalism each time. They are very much aligned with keeping their patients safe by making sure you complete a questionnaire prior to you arriving and upon entering the office, your temperature is taken. I felt safe at all times.

This was my first time visiting Frankfort Smile Design. I have to say that this was hands down, the best dentist appointment that I have ever had! The staff are very kind and friendly. During my examine, the doctor walked me through every step of it and explained everything thoroughly. They are very gentle and take great care of their patients! Absolutely a great place. They worked well with my circumstances. I struggle with anxiety when it comes to my mouth being worked on/in and they were very accommodating and understanding to make sure I felt comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

I have been coming to this dentist office for a few years now and every experience leading up til today has been seamless. Today, however, I came for a simple teeth cleaning. There was a problem with the x ray machine and it took nearly 20 tries to get 5 pictures. I really hope that radiation was not put into at my head for each try. The hygienist seemed new but didn’t have any outside direction or feedback for how to clean teeth. The brushing tool was also not functioning properly. Still giving two stars because the place was clean and the hygienist was kind through the process.

Dr. Kim is such a wonderful dentist. Probably the best Ive had...ever. During my first visit, she actually listened and she went over everything with me so I could understand. Also, as a side note, the office is very very nice.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Zayna Ajam and Leslie (her assistant) I absolutely would! I went in for a cleaning and a check-up. I’m usually very anxious when I need to go to the dentist but these women were so gentle, thorough, and kind that I felt very much at ease. Be careful with this PRACTICE as I was going to have a procedure done with disregard to my medical condition which can be dangerous and can lead me to bleed out. I went for a tooth removal and I am on a blood thinner. I gave them my primary care doctor phone and fax number to get permission for the tooth removal. Shockingly, they we’re going to remove my tooth without even contacting my doctor for a permission or even asking the doctor if I should stop the blood thinner. I called and asked my doctor office if anyone from the Frankfort Smile Design reached out to my primary care and they said no one called or faxed . Don’t know if they are aware of what Blood Thinner really is. The office manager is rude and unprofessional and blamed me for not contacting my primary care doctor when I had given them the phone and fax number weeks ago. It is negligent.

Well at first was nervous 😬 well because Covid and it’s the dentist 🦷 well I’m glad I went because Dr. Kim was wonderful and all of her staff exactly the same. Before I left I switched all my kids next appointment to Dr. Kim and the kids have been going to the same dentist for 10 plus years but Dr. Kim and her staff are so wonderful that I didn’t even have to second guess my decision 💙

Very friendly staff, the nurse and dentist were very patient with my autistic son who was also very pleased with them. We had to travel about an hour north to their office but was well worth the trip. We will definitely be returning for my daughters next visit. My son will have to go to a dentist who uses gas to sedate but the dentist gave a referral which was also nice. 10/10 for sure. Thank you for such an amazing visit

Dr Zayna is the best! She is super nice, gentle, and makes you feel relaxed. She is a great dentist and I wouldn’t go to anyone but her! I highly recommend her!

Brought my sons in for cleanings (2&5) and the ladies were amazing, they made my kids very comfortable. appointment was at 4:30 and they were both done by 5! we will def be back!

I took my 6 year old daughter to get a cleaning and xray of her teeth. The entire office was extremely nice and patient with her. They explained everything in detail to me before they completed the xrays and cleaning. Dr. Kim was very nice. My daughter cant wait to go back and see her. I highly recommend this dental office.

I am new to the area and was with my previous dentist for 20 years. I was recommended Frankfort Smile Design by a friend from work. I have to say this is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had.I was looking to get a cleaning and whitening done. The receptionist Vanessa was able to work with my schedule and I had my cleaning done on Wednesday with Margaret. She was amazing. I thought my previous hygienist was good. This was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. She was super friendly and did a fantastic job! I met with Dr. Kim and he was very down to earth. He spent a lot of time with me and looked at my X-rays to let me know some trouble spots to keep an eye on. Thankfully I was cavity free!I was fortunate enough to get in today for my whitening. Toni and Brittany were Awesome! I had my teeth whitened about 20 years ago so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I drink a lot of coffee so I was looking forward to it, as was my wife.It took about an hour and they were able to get my teeth 4 shades lighter. I had zero sensitivity and I couldn’t be happier.I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his entire team. I will definitely be taking my entire family here!
