Only reason I put a star is because I have to. First off the wait to be seen is ridiculous. Its already going an hour past my appointment and Im still waiting to be called back. Whats the point in an appointment? The worst part is I just witnessed a man get ridiculed over his religious beliefs. Worst part is these ladies waited for him to leave before running there mouths. Very brave of you ladies. I think peak vista needs to work on some sensitivity training

They are the WORST at refilling your meds on time and giving u callbacks! Dont get me wrong I like my PA but holy shh is she horrible at refills and callbacks! To the point Ive almost ended up in the ER!

This place is mediocre at best. I just change from Evans to here and made an appt. With my PC. I get to the appt. and a PA comes in saying my Dr. No longer works there. I have a rare complicated disease for which I had an ER visit prior to this. That PC could not explained any of the results to me and continue to say there is nothing I can do for you over and over. They are willing to make the appt. charge me and the insurance but not provide medical care.

The girls at the front desk, and yes I say girls because I dont want to offend women . they are rude specially the girl with undone black hair with a tattoo that runs from her forearm to the back of her hand. if you dont speak Spanish they put you in the back of the line

I met with PA Kayla Marchesani this morning and she was AWESOME! Kayla really listened to me and is very easy to talk to. As a recovering heroin addict of 4 years it is important that I have a provider that cares about my well being. I am excited to have finally found a primary care physician here in Colorado.Christina at the front desk is very friendly and personable as well.Thank you Peak Vista!

So let me start off with the fact that I really like my doctor. She the best and truly know what she doing. So for the not so good is the front stuff. I literally called four time in one day and never got an answer. The phone literally just hang up after waiting a gone time on the phone. The only reason I put three stars was for the doctor only.

Wait times to check in our ridiculous. Calling and getting them on the phone is a joke. Cant get refills on time even calling a week in advance. Wait time to see a dr is 30 mins plus but have waited over a hr. Saving grace is my provider is good when I actually get to see her

Dr Paige Thompson its a great dr, she is super easy going and has excellent bedside manner. She actually cares about your health and well being, she is a breath of fresh air. I know wait times can be long at times and that not all of the doctors are as awesome as Dr Thompson, but the facility is neat and clean, the front desk and nursing staff are kind and helpful. I cant complain at all even when my wait time is long every now and then, Dr Thompson makes it worth the wait.

Paige Thompson, PA-C was amazing. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment. They let me come back so I could do my blood work after I picked up my kids with no issues. She was very knowledgeable and informative since it was my first appointment. Addressed all my concerns. Even mailed me information after my visit. Shes an angel. Ill see her again soon.

You guys need a better system for answering the phone. i called 4 times yesterday, was put on hold until it timed out and hung up. trying to call again today and i’m getting the same thing. come on.

I called 5 different times and each time I was put on hold for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I was deeply in need for an appointment and they kept my on hold for 30+ minutes then hung up on me

I just spent 30 minutes on hold with peak vista for them to transfer me to peak gastroenterology, the lady there told me they had no referral and then Id have to call peak back, I was trying to protest when she literally just transferred me back in the hold.. eventually I left a message with somebody explaining the situation but I dont really understand where were at in this process.I need surgery and was told a surgeon would call me in the next week or so... Its been two weeks, nobody has reached out to me or even touched base with this process.

I had a fantastic experience. My PA was phenomenal as is Jeff their behavioral health specialist. They took their time with me, addressed all of my concerns, were empathetic and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they have a very long wait to schedule appointments, even rechecks

Worst care facility possible. They never get their referrals, orders or prescriptions done right. I have spent many appointments just going back to fix orders of previous appointments. Cant get anything done over the phone.

Took my brother here the other week because he has to have a surgery done, but needed to be seen by the Primary Care doctor first. The receptionist at the desk was snobby and rude. Now its been two weeks and they have never called him to update the process of this surgery. Today he called and was transferred to three different departments and none of them were trying to help, they all just wanted to be done with the call. Seriously should reconsider who you people are hiring because this is assinine.

My parents registered at this location on 09/19/19 with Patricia Ortega and never got their Social Security cards returned to them. When we went back in to get their social security cards the front desk staff checked two drawers that cannot be locked or secured in anyway and we were told their cards had not been turned in. I asked if their was a safe or another secured area where personal identifying information might be kept and was informed no and if they had been turned in they would have been in the drawers. Im sorry but thats an issue to me that anyones personal identifying information that can be used for identity theft is left lying in an unsecured drawer.

While the doctor is excellent and you will eventually be seen, expect to wait at least a half hour (more often over an hour) past your appointment time. When getting a blood draw today we had to wait an hour due to the line but some of these people came in after us and were brought back before us. Be prepared for a wait.

Clinic management at this place is terrible and no one there wants to take responsibility. Have been told different things by different employees numerous times and down right lied to by some. Every time I have an appointment for my kids at this location it’s nothing but a hassle. Very unprofessional

Peak Vista has been an outstanding provider. Same day appointments are no problem, just call as early as possible that day. Very clean and modern facilities. They have their own labs and pharmacies too. My provider is Kayla Marchesani. She has been the best provider Ive had in years, primarily because she cares very deeply for her patients health and well being.

They lack customer service skills. I called several times trying to enroll and kept being transferred only to be disconnected. When I got a hold of someone they seemed as they were going to help only to be transferred again. When asked to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for several minutes and was told management was not answering calls. No wonder this place has bad reviews. Will definitely be looking for a better clinic that will provide better service.

Appointments are months out/some of the staff very sweet others are rude. When appointments are made and you go to them your waiting bout 20-30mins ex. Appt at 8am generally wouldnt be seen till almost 9-10am sometimes. And once called back for the appt waiting in the room for like 20mins.

I called to get my daughters vaccine records and had to leave a message that in the message I was told I would be contacted in 3 business days. It took over a week for them to get back to me. The staff that answers the phones are rude, give attitude for simple questions, seem as if they don’t want to talk to you and are quick to transfer you or put you on hold. The process I had to go through just to get shot records was ridiculous and time wasting. I’m sure there are people who would appreciate the job that these unbelievably lazy and rude people have and take for granted. My opinion is they need to restaff the whole company from the administration down.

Experience at this facility was amazing. All staff members were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Always wait AT LEAST a hour before even being called into the back.....my 2 month old daughter gets fussy every time because shes sitting in her car seat way too long. yall need to do better cause it’s ridiculous.

This place is the absolute worst! Every time that we come the doctor is over an hour behind. They lose your spot and do nothing to get you in. Nothing better than being given the wrong info as to appt location from a rude and unhelpful appt setter only to show up at location given and then get told no appt has been set. Thats funny.... I got the appt verification phone call regarding address and appt time.

I put a request for a different location that is closer to my home and was told they would put the request in and and they next time I needed to set an appointment for my kiddo it would be at the new location. Called to set that up and the request was never made. So disappointed in the customer service.

My sister applied for a transfer from this location to another closer to home on 6/28. She needs to make an appt to get her oxygen covered at the new clinic. Today is 08/06 and her numerous calls to fountain office results in her being told the clerk is so busy and they will get to it when they can. Really?! Horrible customer service.

My daughter had an appt. On April 1st. Her regular Dr., Paige, is out on maternity leave. So we had to see the assistant, pa, whatever, Miranda Grahm. She said she would send in an escript prescription that day, April 1st. to the pharmacy. She Didnt, we called 4-5 times from 1st, all day 2nd. Still No prescription at 6 pm.,4-2-19. Now when a patient is prescribed a medication that day, you are supposed to get it that day, correct? Going on 3 days, no prescription. Incompetence is not a favorite thing in my book.

Worst costumer service , everything is very unprofessional , they play with your time , this happens all the time for the last 2 years , they give you appointment at 11 and after that make you wait for more than one hour. ! I don’t know why this place still works if we can call work to this !

I love everything about the Fountain facility except the wait time. I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time.

This is a horrible Medical treatment Facility. I escort my elderly mother and theyre always busy with not enough employees. I dont understand why the facility gives you an appointment and wants the patient to be on time because youre not seen until after your appointment time averaging 30 minutes to an hour. Horrible patient care.

I show up on time and I’m waiting in the exam room for 35 minutes after my appointment should have already started. Poor service.

This place is not a place Id ever recommend. The staff is unfriendly. The doctors are more concerned about their next appointment. I always feel rushed. And today, 4/26/18 I get to the appointment on time the 15 mins early, to be told the doctor bus running 45 minutes behind. So I ended up cancelling. This place is a hot mess!!!! And dont deserve the one star.

Dont expect to see your doctor within the given time frame. After an hour of waiting I had to leave and wont be going back. Several people that came in after me were seen first. They even reported that the doctor was always late Dont expect good customer service if you speak English. Go somewhere else, youve been warned.

Waiting game. Had my prescription till my doctor appt. They moved my other doctor appt out for 2 weeks. Now I have to wait 24 to 72 hours to get a refill on my prescription. Where are all the doctors at.

Dental department is aweful, I scheduled an appointment and the doctor had to cancel and push my appointment out. None of the staff referred me out to get my root canal done. The doctor comes back and I get scheduled. 2 months waiting. I get a call the day before my apt reminding me I have an appt the next day. I go in (missing work) to get my root canal done. Then they tell me Im NOT on the schedule! They have. No notataion of who can cancelled or moved my appt. They make Comfort dental look like pros.

Provider was not even a doctor. She was rude and didnt bother trying to listen. They make you make seperate appointments for every little thing. You need meds refilled but are there because your ill oops sorry you have to make another appointment. In my opinion thats their way of being able to bilk more money out of the insurance. Thank goodness i found a new provider that is a doctor and doesnt adhere to the shady practices of this sorry excuse for a place. The reception staff however are very nice and helpful.

I absolutely love my doctor and her Nurse! I see Christy Nelms and she is the first doctor I feel comfortable with. She always has a positive attitude and listens to every concern. She doesnt make you feel like your wasting her time or make you feel like what your feeling isnt real. Shes seen me multiple times for a situation that I need to see an obgyn for but being in so much pain she gave me the medicine I needed to get me through to see an obgyn. She always returns phone calls and makes sure before you leave her office that you are satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend anyone to her she is amazing!!!

Took them 45 mins to get my boyfriend in for his dental appointment, then wouldnt let me come back with him. There was only one person and his appointment was after ours and he got in before us.

I love the staff and my Doctor ! I hate the wait times though.
