We had an emergency today and walked right in as they were close by. Never been seen here before as we go through the VA. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and got us in almost immediately. Wonderful staff. Ladies at the front desk were great. The lady who does the billing was great and the dental staff- also great. Overall a very good experience!

After receiving both text and a call confirming my dental appointment at 8am, I show up to find no staff. Someone from the back office comes to help and says I have never had an appointment. The best she can do is schedule me three months out. Keep in mind I still have a text with the date and time of the appointment. Between this and the billing be routed to a call center, which means you can never get ahold of anyone, we have changed Dentists. I missed work for no reason and no one knows what’s going on there.

I have been going to Fountain Dental Center for 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. Samantha has been my hygienist the whole time and takes the time to explain everything she is doing. If you need a dentist this is the place you must go to

Tried to say I owed money twice when my insurance paid at 100 percent. Make sure you owe money before paying them. Would not recommend going here.update- called my insurance company and they said they had paid 100percent and the procedure wasnt even done yet because they wanted me to pay upfront. A lady from my insurance company called them to see the what the problem was and they got a attitude with her. The dentist and the assistants are good people but the front desk need to be retrained. Been going here 7 years and the front desk ladies before knew what they were doing but these new ones holy s ***.My insurance had to file for over payment because I dont want to deal with them any more. Horrible service

Must encourage others to actively avoid this location.Technicians seem to run the show here, and the actual dentist is rarely present. Due to this, I had to have 4 separate appointments to resolve an issue which could have been fixed in one trip. 3 appointments at this location, and 1 appointment elsewhere to fix what they did here.I’m still experiencing significant pain from the work I had done here last week.I had two crowns break the same day they were installed from this office. Twice. In the same week.Then one of their techs filed down a healthy tooth to attempt to accommodate an ill fitting temporary crown. I’m absolutely livid that these practices are taking place and regret ever considering this office for “healthcare”. The tech decided to file down a healthy tooth before the actual dentist ever saw me.It should have been a massive red flag with all of the liability waivers you have to sign.Don’t go here. You’ve been warned. They butchered my mouth.

This place has refused to give me back the credit refund money I was due back in April when they made me pay out of pocket that my insurance paid them at a later time. Their receptionist refused to listen to me the first time I tried explaining who my insurance implant was and that’s why they made me pay out of pocket. After they figured out my insurance they billed them and I was due the credit. It’s been months and the manager Rose said she would handle it right away and have it expedited. It’s been a couple weeks since that conversation and still nothing. I asked to speak to the dentist about the situation and have gotten no response from him. Do not go here very disappointed by their business practice. Filing a complaint with the BBB soon

Would not recommend. Still waiting on the dentures that have been in the works for three months now and the office just called to cancel another appointment. Ive now rescheduled for a completely inconvenient time. If you want your dentures in a timely manner, Id suggest going somewhere else. These people dont care how long you wait on your dentures.These people do NOT care about you as a patient or the psychological effects of not having your dentures or the depression you will have from being embarrassed about not having teeth for months on end. DO NOT GO HERE!DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! They will come up with every excuse for your dentures not to be ready and when they finally DO come in, their staff cant be bothered to come to work that day. I had to threaten reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to turn over the product that I PAID FOR. Finally, when I said I was going to take action, I got my dentures.

It’s always something with this place. I stuck with this place because it’s close to my home but dang the communication is terrible. I schedule a cleaning 3 months ago and took off work for me to show up to my app and them tell me I can’t do the cleaning today and that I had to do new x-rays first. I’m not sure why they didn’t tell me that to start with. Getting a new dentist because these people need to work on their communication. So mad at this place.

Everything went great! The staff was friendly, everyone I encountered at the office was very friendly and carried a great attitude. Im so glad I made the switch to come to this office. I will be coming to them from here on out! Highly recommend!

Front desk people are plainly incompent. Kept claiming they couldnt bill my care credit without a promo. They demanded I call care credit and I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for the front desk to then say they could take my payment, no explanation for the change.The doctor does not do the fillings. They only drill out the teeth and leave the filling for the rookie dental technicians. I know they are rookies because they kept asking the other what to do.Also the tech kept jabbing the back of my throat with the sections, paid no attention to the massive discomfort Im in from their actions.I would avoid this dentist office if you can. 😬

Was referred to fountain dental by a good friend so I thought it would be a great place to do business with boy was I wrong not only they couldnt help with my dental work they never billed my insurance and then they sent me to collections without even trying to reach out to see what happened with payment and or why I never returned I had to go to another dentist to have the work done and they did everything start to finish and I was very happy with them if I could stress the fact I do not recommend fountain dental unless you like to get taken for a ride

Samantha is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She was easy to talk to and stayed engaged in a conversation the whole time. Also gave me tips on how to brush better and also showed me exactly what she was doing while she was doing it.

My son has been here twice now and we really like it. They are so kind and patient with children. They definitely make my son feel comfortable and ease his worries. Samantha was fantastic. She was so sweet and I enjoyed talking to her. She even looked into my babies mouth just to check on his teeth. We will definitely continue to come back here as my sons age.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This company is a complete Joke. I had an emergency with a tooth and when I called the lady said be there at 8 on a Saturday and I will be taken care of. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited until 8:30. When I called back the lady said they were open go in. The door was locked I told her and no one was there. All she had to say was I’m sorry to hear that let me get your appointment canceled. Piss poor management. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. They also quoted me $1200 and said I needed a root Canal in past experiences when I got I second opinion all I needed was a $300 filling. All about the money and not patients.

DR Adams is the best dentist in town and the staff is very friendly.

So let me start out by say not all dentists are the same. I went to a place in Colorado springs to have a tooth looked at. After they gave me the gloom and doom I decided to go to another place to get a second opinion. I went to fountain dental center . I was blown away by the atmosphere and the happiness of the staff. They had me in and out in under a hour and did not just try and snatch my entire bank account Mrs shanta and the Dr. Where so kind and generally want to help folks like me. I will not only recommend them to anyone. But my family will be going there for now on. You guys are a blessing to Fountain Colorado. I’m in Colorado on business and needed emergency dental care. After frantically searching the web and making a few calls last Friday, beginning a 3 day holiday weekend, the dental group associated with Fountain Dental Center took the time to listen and schedule an appointment ASAP. When I arrived at FDC the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait in the lobby very long before being seen. I have now been referred to an oral surgeon who specializes in impacted extractions. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

I’m always in and out within a reasonable amount of time, the dentist I have now is really nice, and my hygienist, Sammi, is so sweet! She remembers our conversations even when my last appointment was six months ago and she’s up front about any questions I have. They don’t push me into any procedure I’m not comfortable with either, it’s always very informative and they give me a plan recommendation, but ultimately they leave it up to me to decide and I really appreciate that! I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but having a team that’s so great really makes it a greater and easier experience.

Very professional, polite, informative and best of all timely. appointment at noon and they saw me at noon.

They listened to my mother’s concerns, answered her questions, and set up an in depth treatment plan that was outlined step by step. Not to mention their work speaks for itself! Everyone knows that going to the Dentist can be a stressful ordeal for most people. Lol! Not here.In a nutshell, this office makes you feel like you’re one of the family. This is where we go for our dentistry and orthodontics -- couldnt be happier with them. Always a good experience (as much as it can be...). The entire staff is professional, personable, and skilled.They have good safety protocols in place to manage COVID-19 concerns. This has put more work on the staff and impacted scheduling, but their extra efforts are appreciated and their services are always worth the wait.

I have extreme dental anxiety and haven’t been to the dentist for way too long. I called before my dental insurance took affect and they were able to get me an appointment the day my insurance kicked in. They have a virtual waiting room in the parking lot and we’re following social distancing and other COVID precautions. The dental hygienist did a good job putting me at ease. She also explained my treatment plan very thoroughly and answered any questions I have. I like to understand things in detail and she went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan AND associated costs before scheduling my next appointment. I ended up needing a root canal and she was able to schedule it the very next day. We are moving soon so it put a rush on the timeline of my dental work and they were willing to work with me to find a way to get the most important work done before we leave.

I came from out of town. They were fast and acknowledgeable about my situation. The dentist I had was cool and made me feel comfortable.

Ive gone to this office for a cleaning once before and had zero issues. Came back for a second cleaning today. I stated to the assistant that I would not like to have my x-rays taken today. (Im pregnant) She made a huge deal about this (never asked why I didnt want them taken either) and went to ask the Dr. about whether or not to proceed with my cleaning. She came back and basically said that because I did not want x-rays they could not clean my teeth today. I said that was fine and followed her out to the waiting room. I waited to see if anything else was needed from me as she started to promptly wave me out of the office. I work in the dental field and I have never in my life been to an office with such horrible hospitality towards their patients. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also when a patient walks in you should really stop having personal conversations and actually acknowledge your patients.

My family has been a client of this practice for over twenty years. In the last few months I have experienced the worst customer service. I have notices from the office that I was past due over 90 days. I have contacted this office by email, phone, mail, and in-person to resolve this issue. I have provide copies of my credit card receipt to the billing and front office. Some how my records were merged with another record. As a result, the payment was not reflected, my x-rays were lost, portion of medical history was lost, and my ex-husband was contacted breaking HIPPA. I thought at my last in-person visit this was resolved when I provided notice that I would no longer be a patient. My complaint has not been a priority with this practice to resolve. I decided to make a Google review and a BBB complaint to get resolution on this issue.Update: Fountain Dental did not respond to the BBB complaint and referred my to debt collection. The payment has been made and documentation has been provided. Still no one has resolved this situation even though I have provided everything. I do not understand why the front office cannot keep billing records straight.

Unfortunately I will never again recommend this dental office. After being patients since this office opened under Dr. Nobel years ago. Recently their service and customer service has completely declined. We will not return.

Worst in the business as far as customer service. Called me 2 hours before my appointment this morning to cancel an appointment that was made back in October. This was the 4th time in a row that I had an appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior. When they charge $50 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours prior. Then the last time they charged my insurance for a procedure I didn’t get and then sent me a bill for the overcharge. After fighting with both for a few weeks I then got the dental office to take the charge off as I proved that the procedure was in fact not done. Now since COVID-19 they no longer do any teeth polishing but still charge the same. And of course blame all the above on COVID-19. But these issued started before it was ever a thing. Be warned if you choose to go here!

I have been going to fountain dental for many,many years. I trust the dentists, first Dr Noble and now Dr Adams. I have always had a positive and enjoyable experience until today. What was a typical visit until I went up front to pay)ment perceived amount. It was like going to a collection agency. Rosa was a very nasty and confrontational person. S h e must have worked previously as a bill collector. Her opinions are the only ones that matter and nothing else. Everyone in the waiting room was disgusted in the way she was expressing herself. If I have to deal with this person everytime I visit....I think after 20 years I need to go find a new, better dental service!

Always a great experience. Today I will give them a 4 due to the hygienist was a little rough with the kiddos and his communication wasn’t all that great either. Had to tell him an answer to a question 3 or 4 times and then he asked my wife the same question and she had to answer another 2 to 3 times. I would give a 5 star rating to the young lady that helped us at check out. She had to sift through all the paperwork the hygienist gave her and did a great job.

Appreciated waiting in my car til appointment time. Walked in where I was taken back, afterwards paid at desk and left. Friendly and everyone had on mask.

My dentist Dr Adams is the sweetest dentist I’ve ever met, he makes me feel comfortable every time I go in and he’s very good at what he does. My hygienist is Tracy and she’s Amazing, she also makes me feel comfortable and because of her I no longer panic every time I have an appointment. Since I started going to Fountain Dental I’ve kept all my appointments. Didn’t give them 5 stars because they have kept me waiting a few times but things happen and I do understand that. Overall it’s a great clinic.

Shes an amazing dental hygienist (and they are smart), and passionate about teeth care and preventive maintenance. Plus she truly cares about each patient. This office is great as long as you are a first time patient. After that be careful, the service goes downhill. Good luck trying to talk to someone, no one explains procedures or follow up care, and most of all dont rely on their quoted prices to be accurate! I had a procedure done and was quoted one price with my discount plan, then half way through treatment (multiple visits) they told me they made a mistake on the quoted price and it would be an additional $1900 (which was more then the original quote)! They would not honor the quoted price even though it was their mistake! So disappointing!

Dr. Snyder is a better dentist than you could hope for. From my initial appointment to my most recent, he has been compassionate, straightforward and professional. The assistants are great as well, personable with your wellbeing at the forefront of their attention. The front desk staff is both welcoming and helpful. I really can’t thank them all enough for making my dental experience something I can look forward to. I can’t stop smiling.

I arrived early and was taken right back and number up, I didn’t even feel the shot they were so gentle They repaired two old fillings that had been there for 20 plus years. I was in and out in under an hour. I love this Dental Center!

They tried to extract the wrong tooth and charged me extra since I brought that to their attention. It wasn’t a tooth tight beside the one that needed it either it was the other side of my mouth. I paid upfront and they continue to try to charge me when I had a zero balance going into the office. I’ll never be back again and their billing dept sill wont fix the problem. This is a bad business. Not only do they overcharge you but they will also pull the wrong tooth of your not paying attention.

Would give it 10 stars if it was an option! My dentist Sam is awesome!
