They were able to get me in within 24 hours to help me. Everyone was very professional and the whole building was spotlessly clean. The staff were knowledgeable and gave me excellent treatment. I will be going here for the foreseeable future.

I see Dr. Machone and can’t brag enough of how great of a dentist he is. Very thorough and passionate about his work and findings. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and the staff makes everything smooth and easy, from the front desk all the way to the back. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

Great staff and dentists! Dr. Ranta is very experienced and caring. His staff dentists are some of the best as well! Ive kept coming here for ages to see Dr. R- but also bring my children here- Dr. Pfister is great with them and has always cared for their teeth well in all 11 & 13 years. Root canal, crown or implant- Ive had them all here. To date, two root canals, an implant over 12 years old, have never had an issue with any of them. Procedures were painless and caring. You could not ask for better, more professional dentistry. If you are new to the area, you cannot go wrong going here. It can get busy because they are good- like a restaurant, would you eat at one that nobody visits? But, I always am able to get in, even in immediate need when it happens- perfect if you have children and teens- skip the franchises- you will not beat the care youll get here!

This office was great. My first time coming here after moving from Texas and having the same dentist for 20+years. I didn’t know what to expect aside from a routine check up/cleaning. The Doctor and his staff are awesome. They were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They were knowledgeable, polite, and also did great performing their jobs. I had a filling fall out that left a jagged tooth in my mouth. I have to leave town for work in a week and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my tooth fixed before I left. They got me in the same day that I called and fixed my tooth that day too. I am more than happy with Mesa Ridge Dental.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeff Ranta for over 9 years. 3 years ago we moved to Florida and summer in Colorado. Last year because of Covid I was unable to see Dr. Ranta and after seeing two dentist in Florida that I was not happy with I will fly back to Colorado for my Dental needs. This may seem foolish to some people but I feel that strongly about the care I receive from Dr. Ranta and his staff. I am retired from the medical field and I know good care when you get it or not.

If I could leave a - star I would. So I have an appointment for a consultation which I was told on the phone was no charge. I just need to know if the dentist would let me get dentures. I do understand I have some healthy teeth in there but I have a disorder that my teeth are only going to get worse. Ive had a lot of work done on my teeth and its just wasted money. I dont have insurance I am paying for it all up front with no payment plan. They had 2 different people explain that they would not do the procedure. Again thats fine but she made out a plan anyway and has a man come in and mansplain to me the treatment plan and that I know you were told its a free consultation but he was wrong. They did end up not charging me he says I can see thats going to be a problem. Well when I am told its no charge I expect no charge. I just didnt like the overall mood of the place . She said I had cavities because of hard candy. (I dont eat hard candy) and I have great teeth.I have literally never been told anything like that before from a dentist. I have horrible teeth I know that. Its just a very frustrating experience when they tell you how you got cavities and you know thats not true. That already puts me in thought process of are you sure you know what you are doing. Overall I would not go back even for a cleaning. It seemed like they just wanted me to spend way more money and be uncomfortable. The take away for me was , it doesnt matter what you want the more expensive option is what they will do. Opinions are not facts but it seemed like thats how it goes there. Last but not least you cant bully me into doing something even if you send in a man.

Mesa Ridge Dental is by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentists office. I went in with a terrible toothache and let them know I am not exactly a fan of going to the dentist, and they made sure to keep me as comfortable as possible. The Assistants and Doctor were both extremely friendly and professional, the process of the initial consultation and even the procedure for removal was painless, and they even take the time to work up a care plan and walk you through all of the available options. I cannot stress enough how much I disliked going to the dentist, but with Mesa Ridge Dental, that is a thing of the past. Believe it or not, I look forward to going back and interacting with the staff. 10/10 in my book!

I really enjoy Mess Ridge Dental Center, from the front desk to Dr. Reposa, the crew is extremely fun, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have had multiple cleanings and two crowns emplaced and all experiences have been phenomenal. My Southern Belle hygienist today was very gentle during the cleaning and extremely kind with her words, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Dr. Reposa is always professional but yet offers very simple to understand explanations about all procedures, not to mention his table side manner is phenomenal! Overall I would recommend Mesa Ridge to all who ask.

Well...I am torn! I really like my dentist and have been with Mesa Ridge for years. However...the negatives are now greatly outweighing the positives. First...the staff. Courteous, but unprofessional; I spoke with Sonja to request my records. She told me I would have them by Monday. The didnt arrive. I called on Wednesday and was told that she would call me back. She didnt. I called on Friday to be told by her that she couldnt email my records like she previously told me. So.....1. Why didnt she call me back after I left a message on Wednesday, 2. why didnt she call me and let me know my records couldnt be emailed? Unprofessional! Now...probably the primary reason I am leaving Mesa Ridge....Higher out of pocket costs! I scheduled a procedure to be done. Prior to the procedure, a colleague told me what he paid for the same procedure just 2 weeks earlier. Mesa Ridge was going to charge me almost 3X as much. What?! So I started calling other dentist offices in the Colorado Springs area; I called three. My out of pocket at all three dentists was substantially less expensive...1/2 to 1/3 as much.:-(
