Just for Grins kids and family dental and vision at 6436 South US Hwy 85/87 suite C is such an amazing place I highly recommend anyone that needs dental or vision to come to this location Dr.Mark is amazing!!!! This is a dentist that cares and is will to go over and beyond for his patients and it is truly hard to find a amazing dentist no days so please please go see this office from Front desk to back office this facility is amazing everyone treats you like family . Also Kailey the hygienist is amazing she was gentle kind and concerned about my oral health and schedule everything so I can get things taken care of ASAP. ALL I Have to Say is if you want AMAZING CARE this is the place yo go and quick shout out to the whole office thank you all for being amazing I will not go anywhere else period.

I had some bad experiences with dentists when I was young that left me with a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Mark has changed all that. This place is amazing!!! It was great to find a dentist and eye dr in one place. Anyone with multiple children can tell you what a blessing that is. My husband has never liked going to the Dentist but I could not say enough wonderful things about this place,so he is going to be a patient there as well now. We have been taking our daughters to Just for Grins for two years now and have been very satisfied!!! Great family environment with a personable feel. Took my boys for their wellness check-up yesterday and had a great experience at this office. The staff were all very polite, professional and worked great with my kids. The dentists were great as well. My boys loved it and cant wait to go back, especially cause the next time (in 6 months) there will be TVs for them to watch while getting their teeth cleaned. Honestly this is the best dental office Ive ever been to. They definitely know what theyre doing, and treat patients with care and respect. Not only are the staff here some of the nicest people Ive met, but the environment is calming and peaceful. The office is also decorated nicely. They keep everything in very sanitary, making sure their patients are healthy and happy. I would recommend this to anyone. They do great with both kids and adults. Best experience I have had in Colorado Springs! I went to their new site in Falcon and was greeted by friendly staff. The cleanings went great for my kids and myself. Dr. Melissa is super nice. My youngest had to go back for more work and Stacey was amazing with her and kept her calm. I am so glad to have them in our area!

I had the best experience here! My dentist Mark was so helpful and understanding. I had to get a tooth pulled and he was quick to inspect it and get the job done. I have been to so many dentists over the years and have horrible anxiety from past experiences. This place is by far the best that I have found! Everyone there (at both locations) are so friendly.They listen to all my concerns and have taken such wonderful care in getting my daughter and my dental needs taken care of. Just for Grins has taken amazing care of my fiance and made sure that he has gotten all of his work done with so much care. My fiance had quite a few cavities that needed to be filled. At other dentists, it is clear that when they are looking into his mouth they are seeing the payday rather than the patient. We never felt like this at Just for Grins. Dr. Mark and his staff treated my fiance with kindness and respect, and carefully explained each step of the process. Not only is the practice a family business, but they make you feel like family. First time in and I’m pretty sure we met the whole staff! Very team oriented to make sure everything is done efficiently! My son (5yo) was very anxious about his visit but everyone made him feel safe and reassured him. Dr. Melissa explained everything to me and was open and honest about the care plan for what was best for my kids. Definitely the place to go for your dental needs! Both my kids left happy and smiling!

I accidentally went to the wrong office for my appointment. All the staff was incredibly accommodating. Dr. Mark was able to make time for me with his already busy schedule. No one ever made me feel like I inconvenienced them nor did they seem annoyed to get a random new patient that day. Dr. Mark was extremely patient and kind. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going on. I have been extremely nervous when it comes to dental visits but I was very comfortable and happy to have a plan to treat my teeth. Dr. Mark and the entire staff are awesome. Previously I took my daughter to the dentist on the Mesa but after having terrible experiences from both, we looked for a pediatric dentist. My daughter has medical issues that at times require her to catch her breath and take an inhaler. Dr. Mark and staff are SO very patient with my daughter and continuously ask her if she is okay through her entire visits. She had to have a pretty tough filling done at one visit, and first you cant even tell she has a filling, and second, she listened to music and watched TV the entire time. Relaxing atmosphere for such a intense visit. Going to Just for Grins, is THE BEST DENTAL VISIT EVER for my daughter which helps put me at ease as the parent who has to constantly be aware of her needs. I cant say enough about this entire professional group. Other than thank you from the heart.

This is a fantastic dental office. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to address all my needs. I wish I would have had my root canal and crown done here. They make the crown in the office so you get it the same day. They scan the tooth to make the crown instead of making a casting of it. Great place!

The staff and Dentists here are Amazing! They are so understanding and patience. My little girl has been coming here her whole life. The new dentist are so intuned with special needs children. Ever time we come she had the same hygienist so she feels comfortable and safe. Highly recommend them to any special needs family and everyone else!

I had a 10 am appointment set for 6 months now today. I received 4 texts confirming and reminding me and confirmed them all. We show up and doors are locked and lights off! Really unprofessional!!! Would not recommend going here!

Today I was there for 4 hours. It was a very long appointment but everyone was nice. They turned a very uncomfortable procedure into a great experience. Everyone was very nice and personable. Dr Mark was awesome, and so does is Mandy(not sure how to spell her name). They have this really cool machine that makes an instant crown 😉. First time I seen something makes my crown before my very eyes lol! Thanks everyone!

I have been slacking on getting the kids to the dentist, and Just for Grins was able to get us in last minute. My kids are 2 and 3, which is a hard age. They were incredibly patient with both of them. They have toys in the waiting room, and murals all over that made my kids feel right at home. The cleanings were done as quickly as possible, and the dentist took his time to explain in detail all of his findings and reccomendations. We will use them for our whole family, and Im so grateful that we found this office!!

I went to them for years. They put the wrong filling in my teeth so they only lasted a few months. They need more reliable schedulers. I have went to head out to go to my appointment to get a call least than an hour before canceling. I have had times that I have shown up to find out they double booked. After four times I changed dentist.

The family oriented atmosphere really lets the patients relax and feel good about being in their care. I really enjoyed how easy going all the hygienist were while still Maintaining a professional tone and procedure. Absolutely terrific support staff! Ms. Gloria is extremely welcoming and professional. Dr. Melissa is wonderful with small children (esp. toddlers) and adults with sensitive teeth. They have both made my visit a pleasant one.

I called two of the dentist that I have used in the past and they told me I had to set appointments about a week or two out. Today was my youngest son’s first time at the dentist. Dr. Melissa and the staff were great with him and so good at taking care of his preschool forms and sending them off for me. Super great experience.

This review is not for the dentist alone, when they did see my daughter, the work was done. However, the most important work was not addressed, instead there were constant scheduling issues. The main receptionist there does not communicate very well at all, making things very difficult. I was told I would get a call back to reschedule an appointment that they had to cancel, but never got a call back and when I had addressed the issue, it was ignored. The particular work needing done kept getting pushed back for a few reasons, it was a longer appointment so had to be scheduled in advance and the first time it was rescheduled because they cancelled my appointment on the assumption I wouldnt make it, nobody called me to clarify this first. Someone there changed my phone number in the system for some reason, even though they had called me before with no problem, someone decided my 253 area code was supposed to be 719... or so I was told it was changed.Every time I talk to the receptionists there, they are either new and confused or the main was is very unclear and never returns calls when she says she will. It was a very frustrating experience. Needless to say, I found a new child dentist over at My Kids Dentist. I already had a better customer service experience at the new place.

I brought all 3 of my kids in and all 3 actually like coming to the dentist now. The staff is great and Dr. Mark is incredible with the kids and does a great job. I highly recommend them.

I was truly disappointed with finding out from another dentist that procedures were performed on my son for no need other than billing Medicaid. We were told our son would need excessive dentistry yet the other dentist says they were doing things they could bill for but were not necessary and ended up damaging his teeth further. Our son was there 5 hours and they damaged his teeth. I will be filing a complaint, as well as contacting Medicaid and I suggest if you are a current patient there you check your billing to assure you are not being charged for unnecessary services.

Where do I begin with the staff at Just For Grins!!! Let me start by saying due to bad experiences I have ALWAYS HATED going to the dentist! However, the ENTIRE staff at JFG treated us like family members. And made my bad experiences a thing of the past!I started with my childrens appointments (cleanings) then finally gathered the courage to make my own. I had to get a few fillings and a crown that I purposely neglected. Dr. Mark did a phenomenal job!!!! He and the staff made me feel comfortable making sure I was okay, explaining what they were doing, and making silly jokes. I have been going to this practice for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience!The customer service is also great and very professional. My family gets greeted by our names as we walk through the door. I am able to make my appointments without and problems. Having 4 children, they make sure that my appointments are convenient and not spread too far apart. We get phone calls giving us the option to move our appointments up when they have cancellations.I could go on and on about JFG, but I have work to do, so Ill end this review thanking you for such a pleasant experience and honesty when we are in your presence! And when Im in the area I will continue to stick my head in the door to say Hello!!!

I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work. Im pregnant and cannot take anything to calm the nerves, Dr. Montano and staff worked slow, and constantly checked if I was ok. This is the first dentist that has taken the time to answer questions,explain all options, and reasons why. I have a dead tooth as well and we are working on a treatment plan for removing it soon. I reccomend for kids and adults 100% !

This is 1000% the best dentist in the area, and they accept Medicade. Me and my two daughters went in for our initial exams and they gave us all cleanings and did several fillings on me and a few plus a crown on my daughter all the same day. The staff is amazing and freindly and the decorative theme for the kids is so great. I never thought I would say my kids had a blast at the dentist lol.
