If you wanna be treated like a human being, rather than just a name on a clipboard, dont come here. That one star is for the excellent Dr. Minh who listened to my problems and explained the conditions I had to me. Other than that, the main doctor, Hoang is awful. The guy gives me all kinds of attitudes, doesnt explain anything clearly, and gets angry when I suggest actions I should/shouldnt take. There is no patient confidentiality, people come and go in the room where you meet the doctor like its some sort of nut house! (even asylums have better standards!).The women in front are completely insufferable, they treat everyone bad equally, and I feel sorry b/c most of the patients there are seniors with low income. Thats not to say the patients there are any better, theyre just as awful as the receptionists. They walk in and out of the hallway even when its not their turn. I came to get a blood test result and one of the nurses snarked, you shouldve came in the afternoon. I thought coming at whatever time was my business? Imagine treating your customers like that and expecting to not be hated on?!Honestly, if you have a serious condition, coming here will make it EVEN WORSE, as the F.O.B. boomers who work here have brought over their sh*tty attitudes from Vietnam and they act unprofessionally the entire time youre there.If they ever close down, GOOD RIDDANCE!
