The service is good but be prepared to be shaken down before they do anything. They refused to provide the MRI until I paid $500 upfront, which my insurance suggested I didnt play until the claim was submitted. They refused and made me pay upfront.

Have been using this MRI center for many years. All staff are wonderful and provide excellent services. Today the front office staff, Daisy and Mary, rushed an authorization so the services could be done ASAP. Ever so grateful! My daughters Doctor sent the order to Memorial Imaging, who botched the appointment two times delaying access to care. OCMRI rushed everything and my daughter is finally getting the competent care she needs. Never going anywhere else but OCMRI

I made my appointment a week and half anwhen I showed up they I can’t fit in the open MRI! I told them my weight a week before and they said I could fit and then I showed up for my appointment and they said I was too heavy.
