Dr. Cooper is thorough and attentively listens to the patients needs. Shows concern and recommends treatment according to the patients symptoms. Highly recommend her!

Every step I took inside memorial in fountain valley on Warner was met with kindness by each and every staff member. While at the check-in desk, the staff guided me through everything and was patient with all my questions. The nurses in the waiting room, who was prepping me, and who took my blood were friendly and continually asked if I had any questions and concerns. Dr. Milani was very attentive and sought to alleviate all my concerns.

Dr. Phan is an extremely amazing Doctor honestly I have never felt so comfortable with a PCP as she has made me feel, thank you for having Dr. Phan as one of your physicians and making us patients feel comfortable and grateful for such kind human.

Dr. Armand Widjaja is truly an asset to Memorial Care Fountain Valley. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but hes even moreso personable, which Ive found to be rare amongst physicians these days. The location is actually further than the Memorial Care located by me, but I am willing to make the drive for the quality care I know my children are receiving.

Dr. Widjaja is the best pediatrician we have ever experienced. I love memorial care for their comprehensive and timely services. Everything is in house from land, radiology, urgent care and some specialists as well. Nurses are so nice as well. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I have taken both of my boys to Dr. Widjaja for many years and I have NEVER been disappointment. He is extremely thorough and very patient. He goes above and beyond to address every issue, question, or concern you may have. He responds to you very quickly when communicating with him via MyChart. We absolutely love his bedside manner. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to any parent looking for a trust worthy and caring pediatrician.

Dr. Cooper and Nurse Claudia, gave me such an incredible experience. They where very professional, helpful, friendly, and most importantly all my questions where answered and did not made me feel rushed. I felt the sense they actually cared for my concerns and my well being. Very rare to find a doctor and staff that can provide that.

As far as checking claim status, there is no option after being routed & rerouted on their phone system. Signing up to portal does not help because one can not locate a claim based on either member id nor name. I have zero confidence in their technological infrastructure.

The speed is fast! I had the $60/month plan and it gives me over 200MBps. Doug was so friendly and helpful. Best customer experience I have ever had with internet providers.

Their combined professionalism revealed an underlying problem which was referred to a specialist who’s currently treating me‼️😁

His nurse is very expedient and thorough. The ladies at the front desk are kind and very helpful. I had blood taken and the technician was very nice and made the experience painless. I also had X-rays taken and he was also very experienced and did the job quickly. I highly recommend MemorialCare in Fountain Valley to anyone. Besides everyone doing a beautiful job, I appreciate the fact that there is plenty of free parking, and everything I needed was done in one day in the same building.

All the doctors here are very thorough and the staff are always friendly and inviting. I highly recommend their Urgent Care too. And their phlebotomist are AWESOME, they always get me on the first try where most other places always miss.

Dr Julie Balan stepped saw me when my Cellulitis was not getting better, she tried to have me treated with IV medications by sending me to the hospital, that didnt happen the way it should have. Dr. Balan saw me the next two days to treat this painful infection in office. She checked on me after office hours and even on Saturday and Sunday. She goes the extra mile, thanks Dr. Julie!!

She is the only female doctor/GNP who is specialized in senior citizen patients at the Memorial Care Warner Fountain Valley location.
