I am disgusted with the lack of care and concern for their patients. My last interaction with this location was then canceling and rescheduling my 5 times. I call and leave messages to get the status of a procedure they recommended for me since I have been pushed off 5 times. And no one even has the courtesy to return my calls. I am just a number to them, not a patient, or a mother, or a daughter- Not a human struggling with Multiple Sclerosis. I am an insurance check. Is it really that hard to return a call. I can see a few rescheduled appointments- I am pretty easy going and understanding, but this takes it to a whole new level. I have never left a Google review before. So for to me to take MY time to let this office know how disappointed in the patient care I have received- I am still confident that I won’t even hear a response back.

I have been to 3 different Drs in this group.i see the practice getting better and each Dr and their staff are different.Dr Gupta and his nurse Layla and the infusion lab are very helpful I too have been rescheduled but these Drs are specialists and are working in several different directions. Not everything and everyone can be answered the same day some days they arent even there. I just try to put myself in their shoes, wait my turn and if Im really not doing well Ill leave that message. Patients have to be triaged These hard working people deserve more reviews and stars!!
