Dr Shugart did a new type of back fusion on my lower back 20 years ago and Im giving him 5 stars for his innovation, and professionalism.

Dr Shugart is wonderful but his staff are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Refusing to leave notes for the doctor or nurse, ignoring patient pain & distress-it is completely unacceptable behavior. I hope that Dr Shugart either invests in training his staff in customer service or replaces them.

Dr Shugart is a true professional. From the first meeting he was warm and caring. Dr Shugart performed my 2nd back surgery a week ago. Ive been on my feet since the second day of the procedure.Should I need back surgery again, Ill return to Dr Shugart for his amazing work.
