If I could leave no stars I would. Their billing has no rhyme or reason - they never billed my primary insurance until it was too late and I ended up getting stuck with a huge bill which they refuse to forgive even though it was the mistake of their inept billing Dept. They stuck me with the bill one year after I was in the hospital! Surprise! You owe us! Why isn’t anyone investigating the practices of this company and shutting them down? The patient has no recourse with these folks! My advice - stay out of the ER and ICU - don’t let them lay a hand on you - you’ll regret it later - much later when you open your mailbox months down the road! Also, keep careful track of any payments you make. You will clearly have records of your bank statements where you paid them and it won’t show up as paid on their end. Very disgusted! Horrible isn’t even a good word .

Turned me over to collections for services in January of 2021. Ive been disabled and on SS and Medicaid since 2015. Ive not had other insurance since 2014. They actually have people who handle insurance claims in their office. After reading other peoples accounts of their experience and my own experiences. They obviously need some oversight!!!!!

Horrible billing service. I am still dealing with the billing from a procedure from a year ago. I have called repeatedly every 3 months and each time been assured that the bill has been sent to my insurance company. They still have not received it. However they did send it to attorneys for collection 3 months ago. When I called billing I was assured that they would put a hold on the collection and submit to insurance but I was just contacted again by the attorneys and told they did not receive any such notification. And still not submitted to insurance.

I wish I could give a negative amount of stars. The billing department is horrendous. I never received a bill, only a letter in the mail from a collections agency 10 months later! I called this company and asked why this was so. They stated “they are unsure of what happened, however they can not take the account back from collections but can ensure it doesn’t go to the credit bureau.” A joke. Get your act together.

I have left a previous review a couple months ago, looks like it was removed but since I am still dealing with the collection agency on behalf of my son who was a high school student at the time of his surgery a year and a half ago I think it deserves another review! It is unacceptable that all of the other health care providers we worked with for this surgery could successfully bill my insurance company and receive payment. However, you cant even do your own leg work. You loose information that has been given to you on multiple occasions and then have the Collection Agency contact me to collect more information. How hard can this be??? My son should have never received a collection notice in the first place and then you have the collection agency request his Social Security # this week? I carry the insurance coverage, I have given the billing information and address and id numbers multiple times. You couldnt even get my home address right to send me any information. My insurance company says they still havent received any claims from you. You need to get your act together and if the billing company you are contracted with isnt doing their job you need to get rid of them. I am shocked that this collection agency puts up with this BS.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Neither the 888 or 317 area code numbers on the bill work so that you can contact someone. If you Google them, the 260 area code number only works if you have a persons extension number. If you dont enter an extension number it disconnects. Ridiculous company. Wish I could give this company NO stars.

Absolutely terrible. We never received a bill after my husbands surgery. 6 months after the surgery we start getting phone calls. We call them back on our breaks from work...no response. This went on for weeks. We just got a letter that its in collections. 🙄

My negative experience starts with this company NOT billing my insurance. My husband called first and confirmed our insurance with them and they said they would take care of it. 4 months later I get a collections claim. Uhm, what? Apparently it went to collections 4 months ago but I was not notified until today. I called to say hey why didn’t you bill my insurance? Their response was we didn’t have the information to bill it too THEN Sharon, yes Sharon I am calling you out, continues to say do you have Aetna we billed Aetna back in ‘17 is it the same? Why yes it is so why did you not bill it? She replied they didn’t have the information when they so obviously did. They just didn’t do their jobs. So now I’m dealing with a law office who is much more helpful than this pathetic company. I wonder how many people they do this to. I asked her if In the future I needed to do the billing myself so I knew it was taken care of.take responsibility.

One of the worst medical billing places I’ve had to deal with after my appendectomy. Had issues with them submitting an insurance claim for two months. Finally received a bill after insurance submission and set up a payment plan and have been making monthly payments. Received an invoice today that stated I never made any payments and threatened to take collections. They never call back as promised in their message before the end of the next business day. I was charged an after hour fee even though an anesthesiologist is on duty all the time and charged another emergency condition fee even though I was in stable condition.

The administration of this organization is horrible! Over four weeks to be able to obtain an invoice? Only one out of four contacts with a billing representative were friendly or helpful.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had, hands down. I called 2 times today just to ask them to resend the insurance claim, I was super polite, and the woman seemed so bothered by being on the phone. If you dont want to answer the phone, get another job. She picked up and hung up the 1st time I called, then I called right back just to listen to her audibly sigh and hang up without even saying goodbye. Ew.
