I have been coming to The Allergy And Asthma Center for a long time! They are amazing! They have went above and beyond dealing with my insurance and other issues! They are kind and caring. I would definitely recommend going if anyone needs help with allergies, asthma, migraines and other lung or sinus issues! I would have to say best place ever! Thank you Dr. Smits and awesome staff. You are all the best!!

This incredible team of compassionate, personable and gifted health care professionals have provided me with the best of care for 20+ years, and I truly dont imagine I would be here without their dedication. I appreciate the think tank approach to individualized treatment, as well as their acceptance of my quirks and often dark sense of humor.

Allergy and Asthma center makes my life livable again. I couldnt breathe well and was always having sinus problems. They identified my allergies and got my Asthma under control. I had Covid and never returned to feel right. So AAC got me back to my normal self. I am grateful for AAC.

Dr Smits is so knowledgable ! He figured out several health conditions that my daughter has when other doctors had no idea what was going on. He has helped her through several serious health issues.

We loved the staff , all except one of the providers. We look for kindness and knowledge in providers. Kindness above knowledge and she lacked the kindness that we admire. She was condescending and short. Enough to make us switch providers within the office.

The medical Team at the Allergy and Asthma Center have been very helpful over the years that I have been seeing them. Dr Smits put together a lot of pieces to the puzzle of my inflammation and improved my life dramatically. They have helped me through a couple of acute breathing problems and I am thankful to have them on my team.

The staff is friendly and informative. Dr. Smits listens to all of your concerns. He spends all the time you need with him. He asks questions and comes up with the right treatment plan for you. If he is concerned, he will fit you in for a follow-up appointment. I am very pleased that my primary doctor referred me to Dr. Smits.

My son has suffered from migraines for years. So bad that, he would vomit multiple times from them. When he was 18 months old, he started throwing up about once or twice a month. By the time he was two, he was able to tell us his head hurt before it happened. Our pediatrician tried putting him on medicating around the age of 4 or 5 to help with the headaches, but it did not work. He then had a CT scan done of his head, all was normal there. We thought maybe it was nerves or anxiety, but nothing for that helped the migraines either. Last school year in 7th grade, he missed more than 20 days from vomiting. I finally asked our pediatrician for a referral to Dr. Smitts to have him Allergy rested. While they did not discover he was allergic to anything, a breathing test showed us that he has asthma. Since treating the asthma, my now 15 yr old son is migraine free! I cannot tell you how amazing it is to watch my son who suffered for 14 years with migraines, now be headache free. Dr. Smitts and the Allergy and Asthma team have been a Godsend to our family!

My 2 year old daughter was seen by nurse practioner Jamie and she was fantastic with her. She was so calm and gentle with her. She talked to her in a way that kept her engaged. She gave us a treatment plan that has been helping so much. My daughters eczema has cleared up for the most part and we couldn’t be happier. We love Jamie.

Dr. Smits is a very personable and compassionate doctor, and all the staff are very thorough and pay close attention to detail.They were willing to listen to all the concerns I had involving my history and the cocktail of treatments I have received in the past year. Dr. Smits seemed to have a wide span of knowledge about the issues I was dealing with, and was very supportive and encouraging of the steps I had already taken to feel better. I felt very comfortable in his care.

Amazing staff and providers! A real person answers every call and my needs are always addressed same day. They do not close over lunch hour either like a lot of other offices. I cant say enough about the wonderful care my family has received with Dr. Smits and his amazing office!

I was taking my son to Dr Smits for asthma treatment and was led to believe he was getting better. In fact he was over medicating him and having me take him back frequently. When he got caught up in his scam he tried to make it look like my son was faking sick and put the blame on me. I am very saddened at his ignorance. I am posting this so no other parent has to ever experience this again. BEWARE!!🤒🤔😞

This office has been treating my son. At the first appointment everything seemed great but things have been falling apart ever since. They seem too busy to handle their patients. The staff at the front desk are rude and basically incompetent. They disregard timeliness for setting follow up appointments. I have trouble getting refills on regular medications. Twice they have changed his medicine and failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy. This behavior combined with their failures regarding pre authorizatons with my insurance has resulted in my son running out of medicine and consequently getting sick.
