Went I went in to sign-in for my appointment, the staff at the front desk was enexpectedly short and rude with me, very unprofessional. I would suggest for the staff to work on customer service for the future, if she wants to retain Holtsclaws client base. Dr. Holtwsclaw should reconsider the professionals she has at the front desk, representing the practice. I decided to take my business elsewhere, before making it past the front desk.
