We had a consultation at the Fort Wayne office. The staff was amazing. They spoke with my child and explained what to expect and helped reassure her of the process. Then spoke with all of us and answered all our questions.

They are super nice very comforting with my kids they work with you on what you can afford. They’re just all around an amazing place and group of people. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I never dreamed I would be getting braces at my age, but this team put me at ease in both their Auburn and Fort Wayne offices. They are giving me the opportunity to keep my teeth and gums healthy for the rest of my life. Both offices are great but for adults, I would recommend the Fort Wayne office only because the chairs are more geared to adults. You cant go wrong with team members in either location.

The staff is absolutely AMAZING! start to finish they take care of my child and are so sweet and gentle, and go above and beyond on every level! Came to OMI for a consultation for Orthodontic work for my 9yo daughter. I was very happy with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff that we had contact with. The office was neat, clean and very organized. We have not decided yet if we are going to use OMI but I would definitely have no issue with suggesting others go to them for consultations or using them ourselves for my daughter’s orthodontic needs. 4 star review only because we had just the one appt for a consultation and no dental/orthodontic work done yet.

So far this place has been amazing! I love how they talk to the children to help them get a better understanding of what’s going to happen to them and then they explain it to the parent. It has helped my daughter feel so comfortable with them. Courtney is also great! She answers the millions of questions my daughter has with 0 frustration. My 8 year old son had his Expander placed today and it was a seamless experience! The whole thing flowed so well! The office staff works as a true team and I LOVE that they talk to my son and not just to me when explaining things and answering questions. My 9 year old son has Autism and ADHD. He is in constant motion and asks a lot of questions!! He can be a real challenge for anyone to work on! Dr. Johnson and his staff handle him flawlessly!! They take extra time to answer his questions and even manage to make the experience fun for him. For us, that is a rare find!!

O.M.I. has a great staff, the orthodontist takes extra time during the consultation to make sure you have the best plan for what your trying to achieve. He listens to your concerns and takes them into account regarding the treatment plan. Other offices were not as willing to be as proactive in approach as we wanted.

We LOVE O-M-I Orthodontics! Both my husband and son have gone here. We have a great deal of trust in the quality of their work. The staff are very communicative with us about how long things will take, and always pass along any info we need to know. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’re quick to get me the info I need. Being in the braces process for six years was made super comfortable and all was done in a timely manner.

The staff was courteous and professional. I called ahead, because we were running a little late. When we arrived my son was taken directly back to get his braces installed. With some minor difficulties the hygienist stayed calm and persevered. She made it as pleasant as possible for my son.

When we arrived for my sons appointment today he was extremely nervous about getting his braces on. I was so happy to see him 80 minutes later with a smile on his face! Thank you for making the process as easy as possible for younger children. Our tech explained everything to us in detail and we both felt confident and understood the process when we left. I appreciate how the office talks to and not above the patient so that they feel important and involved.

We just started going to Johnson and Cohen and we very happy with them. Everyone is friendly and makes us feel welcome and at ease. They have explained in detail every process and procedure that needs to be done. We are not left guessing. They use more advanced technology than other orthodontic offices. The dental assistant performing the procedures even tells you what she is doing during every step. They treat you as a person.

While getting braces wasn’t on my “bucket list” — — Dr. Johnson and the staff have been wonderful to work with during my decision making process. Kourtney was very kind and patient with me while she put my brackets on. I have just started the process; but it seems like they have thought of everything that I will need to be successful.

My daughter is thrilled her treatment process is going quicker than originally planned. She is now preparing to get her braces off at the end of summer.
