Todd and his amazing staff have been my families Dentist of choice for decades. He is very personable, takes his time with each patient and goes over everything thoroughly! His Staff is always cheerful and in a good mood. Dr. Saalfrank even takes time out of his personal schedule to make sure he is there for you. I highly recommend him! Very professional office. Got me in within hours for a toothache, gave me antibiotics, referred me to an oral surgeon and had me fixed up quickly. Even called the next day to check in on me and remembered I was leaving on a trip that day so making sure I was OK. Top notch office that knows what they are doing and cares about their patients!

Dr. Todd is one in a million out there. I hate going to the dentist yet this Man and his amazing staff took me in, was extremely kind, walked me through everything I needed and then in the same visit fixed my tooth issue which was extremely painful before I went there. To think I allowed myself to suffer for weeks out of fear, yet here is this man doing amazing things for his patients. Soft with the needle, no judgement just kindness. I have been seeing Dr. Saalfrank for over a decade now and I hope he never retires! But in all seriousness, Dr. Saalfrank has potentially the best overall dentistry in Fort Wayne. His staff are always polite to the clients and very gentle with their hands! He explains everything in a way that normal people can understand. We were very clear to the staffing what we wanted...Even told by staff it would be considerably cheaper than going elsewhere...We were very clear about what all expenses would need to come from our pocket...Not just once in person before starting but a second time very clearly over the phone after procedures began...We were told one price...multiple timesNow we are stuck with a bill three times the remaining balance after making half of the payment up front 1500 leaving 1350 owed...We still have no product promisedThey waited until last minutes of the business day to call me back and offer a 500 discount...Obviously because they knew they were in the wrong...But hopefully this reaches as many as possible and you can make up your own mindsWishing I could leave this as another review...Days later they contacted us trying to resolve issue by saying that I the reviewer was not being nice about the additional costs...And that they know they didn’t give us proper pricing and that left us with “a little extra costs”So I stopped them right there...2600 dollars is not a little extra...But that being said we found different arrangements and it will definitely cost an extreme amount less...I hope all the best for any of you getting to read this😊 and good luck

For the Last 15 years, I have had a chip in my front tooth that had been fixed many times by several dentists. The two front teeth were also dying and turning very dark. This made my self esteem in my smile very low. After meeting with Dr. Saalfrank, he whitened my teeth with the ZOOM in-office system and guided me through putting Crowns on my front teeth. I now have a smile that others have noticed and complimented on and I smile more now than I have in over 15 years. I will recommend Dr. Saalfrank to anyone that needs whitening, cleaning or any other dental service. His office also provided the work on my childrens braces and their smiles reflect superior work and the most friendly staff one can ask for. Thank you Dr. Saalfrank and staff. I LOVE my Smile! :)

This staff is amazing. They make you so comfortable and they are so helpful. They will work with you in all aspects whether it be the plan that fits you best or even form of payment. I have never been to a more friendly medical related place. Definitely a change of pace to the stale boring waiting room with impersonal appointments. I actually can’t wait to go back.

After having numerous disappointing and unpleasant experiences with several area dentist , I made an appointment with Dr Saalfrank. From start to finish , my experience was nothing but 5 star. His staff was fantastic, he CORRECTLY diagnosed my problem ( which seems to be a big problem with other area dentists), was able to thoroughly explain issues and corrective action, has modern equipment where he was able to show me exactly ,in detail, the problems he had discovered. Dr. Saalfrank has been my dentist for I believe 20 years. I moved to Columbus Ohio 2 years ago, but still travel back to use him, because of his staff, and him are professional and kind. I recently had and issue and he was able to work me into to fix my tooth that was giving me some pain. I highly recommend his services. I not only call him my dentist, but he has became my friend. Loved the staff and the atmosphere! My daughter had to get her wisdom teeth out, and I came upon this clinic while doing a google search. I was impressed right away with the receptionists answering my questions over the phone! We were even more impressed on our fist visit...ALL of the staff are very polite and caring. Dr Saalfrank has been my family’s dentist for the past 15yrs. Before going to Dr Saalfrank, other dentist did work for us that felt like they were trying to charge us the most they could each visit. Dr Saalfrank’s approach is one of good moral, ethics, and conservatism -giving you choices, maybe keeping an eye on something for a little bit, and giving you a heads up about what will need to happen soon. I have not had a new cavity filling since going to him. Both he and his staff are very friendly and good to us all. He has been there for me at ten in the morning, as well as ten at night, and even on the weekend when my pain level necessitated it. I would never recommend another Dentist. Ive been with Saalfrank Dentistry since 2001.Yes, 2001. Thats 18+ years!Dr. Todd, Allison, and others on the staff have gone from being my dental service providers to becoming my friends. Im one of the fortunate few in the world who actually looks forward to a dentist appointment.

I was very nervous to go to the dentist as a teenager growing up. I found Dr Todd and was immediately put at easy. All his staff are incredible and friendly and his price are not out of range despite what another review says. They have state of the art technology and I had a crown made and on in an hour and a half. Very flexible payment schedule and he also stands behind every bit of work he does. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist to see them. They will take very good care of you

Moved to Fort Wayne and was in search of a good dentist after looking in the phone book there were way to many and I didnt want a mediocre dentist. I asked my friend who his family went to. Saalfrank was their dentist and so I made an appointment . I have been to 5 other dentist and this practice is by far the best experience. Professional staff and competent. Dr. Saalfrank is an excellent dentist with a great personality.

I had been seeing Dr. Saalfrank from the time I was about 14 years old to the time I was almost 20. 7 years later, I have the option to go back and see him about my wisdom teeth and I jumped on the opportunity. To my surprise the experience was even better than before - I didnt think it was possible! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He just extracted ALL FOUR of my wisdom teeth one week ago and everything went really well! I took some time to read the reviews posted and from my experience, the positive reviews are all true and correct. I have been in for several visits and x-rays are showing that my old crowns are crumbling.My apprehension about dental pain is well founded after 60+ years of being in white-knuckle situations. After several years of avoiding the dentist I followed my wifes suggestion and went to see Dr Saalfrank. I warned him that I have high sensitivity to dental nerve pain. He asked only that I trust him once and well see how the first crown replacement goes. It went splendidly. Getting a crown is very mechanical - theres a good bit of demolition involved. But it was very quick and pain free!! Im accustomed to getting a temporary crown, followed by a second visit two weeks later. But Dr Saalfrank has the technology to create an exact replica of my old tooth in his office during the visit. I left with a finished crown. Ive since had another crown replaced and a new one installed, and I just had a root canal. I commented that this level of repair with no pain is fairly amazing. Dr Todd just smiled and said, Its what I do.The staff is friendly and reassuring and quick to laugh to keep the atmosphere positive. Dr Todds easy going nature belies his skill level and he earned my trust. Hes our family dentist.

A late-night, holiday tooth emergency with a hysterical woman whose nerve is exposed and in pain is no holiday, I assure you. After calling numerous dentist offices, Dr. Saalfrank himself returned our call that night to discuss the nature of the issue and had us in the next morning. (And hes not even our dentist!) The staff is like family, warm, welcome and empathetic, going above and beyond to make the process as efficient as possible. The work was amazing and exceeded expectations. Called for a tooth that needed pulled. Got me in the same day. In and out in no time. Broken tooth is gone and didnt feel a thing. Paid out of pocket and the price was very reasonable. Will return in the future.
