This place is the bomb! most advanced dental facility and the absolute perfect people working there. from the front desk to check out they are all the most wonderful people Ive met at any business. They have a great culture there.

From my first steps into the reception room of DuPont Family Dentistry,I felt a sense of excited anticipation that I could finally achieve a many year long desire to have two of my toothless jaw locations permanently repaired.The receptionist quickly and friendly welcomed me by name, to the dental office even though she had never met me. She provided me with a clip board of necessary informational paper work, which I have to admit, I was encouraged beforehand to supply to them for expediency sake. (my bad) As I settled into one of the chairs by a small table to tackle this entry level task, many other patients started arriving for their appointments. I couldnt help but notice that all of the patients who came in the door were immediately greeted friendly by name. Like family they were filling up the remaining reception area seating. I confess that was disgusted with myself for causing this inconvenience upon others by not following prior recommendation for expediency. I am sorry for that!Upon completion of my paperwork, Ms. Cindy, my hygienist took me to the exam room for consultation about my desires and concerns. The comfortable exam chair was facing a large TV monitor which hung in front of a large beautiful and gracefully curved floor to ceiling glass block wall. No plainly painted drywall areas with small window here.Cindy thought it would be best if I allowed her to take a picture of my head with there 360* intraoral camera so that they would have a more precise view of the condition of my internal bone density. I agreed to the procedure and followed her to the camera room. After the internal camera processing was finished, she brought up the amazing fully layered imaging marvel on the TV monitor. It was very clear to me that this dental facility was serious about providing the best care possible for their patients with high-end technical help through extremely expensive means and processes, coupled with sound knowledge and expertise.After Cindy presented me with a brief, but fascinating peek into, and actually though my head. A great side affect came into view for me through this whole visual process as well. I was shocked to see how badly my nasal cavity had been destroyed by past soccer ball hits to the face. I hope to help myself in the near future to regain maximum oxygen intake capacity again. It wasnt too long before I was heartily grasping and shaking the firm hand of Dr. Diehl. He didnt waste time in small talk, but rather quickly dug into the intricate cm sized details of what his excellent camera provided. Obviously I was very pleased to hear that my RT jaw bone was excellent, and the LT jaw very good for implant stability and longevity. Of course there are always the monetary considerations which come into play. The three of us talked over different payment option possibilities, Cindy was very fast and competent with providing 3 different payment options for my consideration.DuPont Family Dentistry is definitely worth five star recommendation!Thank you! Pushing my cowardice aside, I made an appointment with Dupont Family Dentistry. I was nervous walking in. I’m not a fan of the dentist and I was certain my dental report card would be as bad as my brother’s report card in high school. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly front office staff who asked me to have a seat. Before long, Rachel called my name waving and smiling like the dental majesty she is!! After explaining my fears she did x-rays, polished & cleaned my teeth with a touch so gentle it could caress bubbles. She was friendly, kind, and reassured me that my teeth were a solidly okay!! Dr. Hemphill was also very kind and took great care with my dental anxieties!! I don’t normally recommend the dentist to anyone because I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but I will shout from the rooftops that Dupont Family Dentistry is the place for cowards like me!!

The experience with Dupont Family Dentistry is great. dental hygienist has done thoroughly clean and took time to explain current condition of the teeth and detail explanation of up coming services and payments.Dr. Diehl looks soft speaker but trust for his expertise and advice.However, I thought this dental clinic is more expensive than others to compare. I wish I would like to have lower amount of my portion so thatI can do what I need to. My temporary bridge had been come out while I was chewing dinner on Friday. I called on Monday to dental clinic and told them. Then, I was asked to be fixed. Dental hygienist ( I believe , I forgot to ask her name and her name tag was invisible) , she cleaned the temporary bridge and put it back.After a couple of hours , I felt good and the bridge does not bother me.I thank you so much to take action right away to fix.Customer services are amazing !

My daughter had an accident over the weekend and I called first thing Monday morning. The staff were able to get her in the same day to get her teeth fixed! She is 7 and they did an awesome job making her comfortable. She left with a smile and a positive experience.

While I was visiting my daughter in Fort Wayne my crown came off over 4th of July weekend, I call the office first thing Tuesday morning & they got me in that afternoon I was very happy. I will say that everyone at the office was very polite and friendly, I was in and out in 1hour, they did an awesome job recapping my crown. I highly recommend them.

Today I had my first visit and it was absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of seeing Allyson F. and she was amazing, along with Sarah! They really took the time to get to know me, what I needed and what I wanted.I have always loved going to the dentist however Ive never had a dentist where I didnt feel like I was being belittled. Ive had dentists make me feel uncomfortable and cause me anxiety because they didnt listen to me. Allyson and her team listened. They explained everything, showed me what everything meant and they were absolutely amazing. I was able to tell them I suffer from an anxiety disorder and they did their absolute best for me. They asked me questions on what can help and what I would prefer when any procedure needed to happen. They understood that I have TMJ and allowed my jaw to have breaks in between each section of cleaning. They are even helping my jaw become more comfortable with the next few visits to be fitted for a mouth piece!They were incredibly kind and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I cant wait for future visits because I know Ill be kept in great hands with this team.

I dont often make the time to leave reviews unless the experience is very negative or extremely positive. This one is the later of the two. I cant say enough good things about this office. I was a patient elsewhere prior to COVID when everything was shut down. I was having severe pain and my dentist I had been going to for years didnt consider it a dental emergency. I contacted Dupont Family Dentistry and they got me in SAME DAY. Wasnt a patient of theirs and during COVID. I was so grateful. They had to refer me on to an Endodontist to get a root canal done on a particularly difficult tooth but prescribed medication to get me through to that next appointment. From then on Ive been back to their office 4 times. A cleaning, a crown prep, and a permanent crown placement. Every step of the way has been a more that pleasant experience. Ive seen both Doctors and both of them are great people. Youll even be greeted by name when you walk in the front door. This office is very invested in technology and on the cutting edge of dental care. I am a very happy client! Thank you to all of the staff at DFD!

If there were 6 stars that’s what I’d give Dr Diehl and his staff. I’ve always had complicated dental issues and dental chair anxiety and I feel perfectly comfortable with Dr and Sarah working on me. They are all so kind and caring,...not to mention excellent! I’ve been in the dental field myself for almost 20 years and that’s how I know:) I would trust them with any family member and any difficult procedure. I find this place to be an average dentist office. When going in every time, I get a new dentist. Never the same one, which is very uncomfortable for me considering your having to show your teeth to these people. I was told one price and then when you go to pay they seem to change the amount, this has happened every single time going! It is always a higher amount, so not sure if they are pocketing the extra money they make me pay or what exactly... I have also had a surprise bill come to my house in the mail. I just started going to this place but unfortunately is one of the places that is connected with my insurance provider. My new fillings also have 3 sharp points on the teeth and my tongue snags on the tooth. It is quite frustrating considering how nice the people are there. Overall service is not the best in my opinion.

My daughter & I had our cleanings today. We are new to Dupont Family Dentistry but not to Dr Hemphill. After my daughter had a cleaning by another dentist—I realized that we needed to travel to continue to see Dr Hemphill. He is a good dentist & a kind, compassionate human being! The rest of the staff were wonderful! I was quite nervous how my girl would tolerate the visit but things went very well! The hygienists were very nice & my daughter chatted 95% of the time she was away from me, which is not a normal thing! We were both very pleased with our visit. Thank you all for what you do & doing it with a smile— especially during this pandemic! ❤️

My hygienist was gentle but very effective and efficient. She was very kind and had excellent bed side service. The dentist introduced himself and did not seem in a hurry. He took time and explained everything and he was very easy to talk to.

After moving to the Fort Wayne area establishing a new network of doctors was very difficult. Visiting Dr. Diehl was the easiest transition. The staff is polite, pleasant, and unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful whether it be during an office or on the phone. Making appointments, making payments, and the actual visits are painless and stress free. Dr. Diehl is very down to earth, uses modern technology and techniques, and truly does what is best for his patients; no more, no less. He has helped reverse of negative dental work received by other doctors in the past while putting my entire family on a plan for success to achieve a perfect smile. I would recommend Dupont Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone.

Patient Beware! I was quoted $130.00 for my visit and paid the bill in full the same day as my appointment. 4 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $481.00 more and was told it was 30 days over due and they were going to charge me a late fee. The very next week after I just received my bill I started getting collection calls! I asked for an explanation of my bill and it was explained they were mistaken on my estimate ...oops sorry. And now I owe for the balance but how gracious of them to take the $5.00 late fee off my bill. Late fee? Seriously, how could I get a late fee if I just received the bill? I have paid my bill in full within 2 weeks of receiving it but I will not go back. They are deceitful and lairs by telling you one cost and then get more money from you after the procedure.

Absolutely amazing! I had such a bad experience at my last dentist I was terrified of any procedure. They made me feel so comfortable and did an excellent job redoing what my last dentist did poorly. They are incredible and I cant recommend them enough! I wont go anywhere else!

I was scheduled for an appt. for basically a full mouth restoration on July 1. This was to be my second consultation and I was super excited! The day before my appt. I was sent an email to complete a VERY lengthy medical history form. I did and I sent it back. 4 hours before my appt. I received a text that I would need to come early to do it again because they had not received it. I am pleased that I got a “feel” for the office staff. MAYBE SENDING PAPERWORK MORE THAN ONE DAY BEFORE AN APPT. COULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS.

Both of my adult kids went to Dupont Family Dentistry for a check-up and cleaning. I was a bit concerned about whether going to the dentist was a good idea, given that businesses are just now opening back up in the midst of the Covid-19 concerns. Both of my kids commented on how well thought out to safety and personal care their experience was. They were asked to call when they arrived so that they could be met at the door when it was time. Their temperatures were taken before being taken back for their cleaning, and all of the staff was wearing appropriate PPE gear throughout their stay. Two hygenists were present during their cleaning which allowed for one hygentist to attend to keeping the space sanitized at all times while the other conducted the cleaning . At the end of the appointment, they exited through a different door from where they entered in order to maintain safe distance from patients entering the building. I was very impressed by all that I was told of their experience. GREAT JOB Dr. Diehl and everyone at Dupont Family Dentistry. THANK YOU for taking all of the measures necessary in order to keep your patients safe and feeling protected during their visit!!

I called on 11/11 to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day on 11/12 at 9 AM. I scheduled for that time, took off work and went to the appointment. I got there at 8:50 the next day, the doors are locked, no one is picking up the phone. They called later that day to reschedule.

Everyone that I met from the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were all very easy to have conversations with. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and not once did I feel uncomfortable.

Super nice. Respect you being nervous and validate that not everyones teeth are perfect. They dont judge you and are there to help make your problems go awaym

Ive recently moved to Fort Wayne. This practice was recommended to me and Ive just concluded my first appointment. I found them to be thorough, friendly and professional, and appreciated the explanations they provided to provide the background for decisions about future care. This included information about pricing and prioritization of the various elements of the plan, so that we could develop a schedule to maximize my dental health while accommodating my budget.

I have been a patient for many years, and they always do a great job. I enjoy the gentle, and comfortable cleaning techniques and options available. I also like the convenience and high technology they have that allows them to make a crown and complete it all at once, without having to come back for a second visit. They have great pain blocking drugs too, because in the past, I have experienced different levels of pain with dental work, but now, I am very comfortable if I have any work done that requires pain blocking. Big kudos for this!Also, the staff is excellent overall, and Dr. Dave is great! Keep up the great work.

My first visit to Dupont Family Dentistry was during the week of veterans day 2018. I liked it there so much I decided to return to have a crown replaced. All I can say is WOW! I have never been to a more friendly, efficient office in my lifetime. Not only was the crown replacement done well, it was also done quickly. What really impressed me was Dr Diehls original estimate included building up the tooth so the crown had stability. Once he had removed the crown he saw that was not necessary. That saved me around $300. Also the work he did was exemplary. The appearance, color & fit were perfect. I highly recommend this dental office.

Love this place! So glad I found Dupont Family Dentistry! They have given me some dental options that I have not been able to find anywhere else in the Fort Wayne area. They have removed the stress factor of my visits, are always ready for me when I arrive, and their entire office staff is super accommodating. Dr. Diehl is an awesome dentist! Dr. Diehl and his staff are truly amazing people. They made me feel like family and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
