I moved to Fort Wayne from Noblesville and decided to try Union Chapel Dentistry. My cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Painter exam was very thorough. I recommend Sedation Dentistry to all that are looking for a Dentist.

Dr Painter has a high class respected practice and strives for ultimate customer satisfaction. My wife has had three extensive procedures done and is very pleased with all of his work and followup! Five stars!

Sedation Dentistry and Dr. Painter was a great experience for me. The staff treated me very well. I was able to get an appointment for the consultation in 2 days and the procedure was scheduled for the next week. Dr. Painter explained the treatment plan in terms I could understand. Didnt have any wait time for appt to start. The office staff and Dr. are really friendly. Dr. took time to explain his recommended course of treatment as well as other options.

Woke up 2 out of 4 times while sedated was promised I would sleep during instead it was a horrific experience to see & hear but not able to speak! Still charged for sedation! Very dissatisfied 😞
