Just moved to Fort Wayne and needed a new dentist for my son and Sycamore Hills Dentistry is in close proximity to my house. Hannah was a great hygienist and interacted with my 12 year old son wonderfully. Hannah kept me informed of any concerns she seen. Wonderful place! Very clean!

This is coming from a blue collar working man. At first I was thinking Sycamore Dentistry was different than the small town dentists I have seen all my life. A little apprehensive due to the “new and fashionable look”.Dr.Stump is an amazing dentist. Honest, warm and caring. He treats you with respect and is straightforward, only wanting what is in your best interest. He’s young so not going anywhere soon. I hope he stays at Sycamore Dentistry a long time.I have been looking for a dentist that is genuine and down to earth, not trying to up sell me. I trust Dr. Stump and I haven’t had a dentist I have felt as comfortable with in a long time.

My experience far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was companionate and professional. They were able to fit me in and do the with the same day. They were quick and the pain was minimal. I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone looking.

The staff were kind, and professional. Dr Roy was empathetic, and patient. Taking breaks when I needed them, during my wisdom tooth extraction. He was respectful to me, and the staff. I really appreciated this.

Fantastic dentistry. Staff is kind, courteous and greets you with a smile. They are prompt, efficient, and there is very little waiting, if at all. The dental hygienist always makes sure to ask about something personal and then when they get the Dr., they must relay a bit of the conversation because the Dr. asks/keeps the conversation going about that topic when he/she comes in. Just a nice personal touch. They also have netflix that you can watch during your exam, which is fun and can help relax people who may be nervous about visiting the dentist.

Had bad tooth pain, antibiotics werent working so they told me what they thought would be best and took care of the problem and got me in the same day I called. Absolutely feel great after the fact and am going to continue with other work through them as well and even get my kids started going to see them. Very friendly and very helpful all around the entire office.

The entire team at Sycamore Hills Dentistry was able to assist me, and make me feel like I was apart of their team. I leave for Air Force basic military training soon, and I loved how Dr. Rorick put me first and was able to get my wisdom teeth extracted before I left. I had some problems with getting my insurance in network, but Marissa (one of the many helpful receptionist) was able to get me squared away. While I was in the office, I observed Marissa getting slammed with phone calls, people walking in and other busy problems. However, she was the problem solver and she was swiftly doing everything in her power to help me and everyone else. Hats off to everybody at Sycamore Hills Dentistry!

I am SO happy with this organization. Im in Indiana for 4 months each summer, so they are not my primary dentist. But last summer and this summer, they treated my mother (who has dementia and lives with me) for dental problems and the Sycamore Hills staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. I will use them whenever I have dental needs in the future and recommend them HIGHLY.

I would recommend this dental group to anyone young or older!The only issue I had was that my insurance said i was not covered, but that is my insurance company - not this dental group. You are greeted at the door like you are family. Everyone is always so nice and smiling. They are thorough and will explain what their dental plan will be and what to expect. We have no complaints at all and they are so good with kids too!

From start to finish everything was great! They take insurance which became a dealbreaker at old dentist. Able to complete all paperwork online in advance of appointment. Very nice waiting and lobby area. Receptionist was happy and friendly. Dental techs were happy, friendly and professional. Doctors are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All procedure rooms have wall and overhead televisions to watch your favorite Netflix shows. The whole experience was spa-like. I’ll be back and happy to recommend!

I thought they did great, my son is 2 1/2 and they were able to handle him well to look at his tooth because he has a cavity. They were nice enough to find a doctor that referred me for him because you need to see it more pediatric one for the treatment that he needs. They were very nice and friendly and I would return here again.

My son is special needs and he’s 11. He’s had his teeth cleaned in the past elsewhere, but today he actually got his teeth CLEANED! I could not be happier. It isn’t easy for a child with special needs, but they made it easy for my son. He made it through like a champ. I appreciate the care, and patience it took to do it. The entire staff from the time they greet you, until you leave, are so kind and so accommodating. We have have had nothing but pleasant visits and excellent care since we started here. I have no doubt that will continue. Thank you for all you do!

I was in extreme pain and called Sycamore Hills for emergency care and they got me right in. They did a lot of different x-rays and carefully assessed my situation. They acted quickly to remove the tooth and treat the infection. Today I got a follow up call to check on my condition. I was very impressed with the whole office and all of the staff and would highly recommend them.

This is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to! The minute you walk in you are greeted with such happiness until the time you leave. Every staff member is always so kind and happy to help.. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any of the work I have had done. I always feel they are cost conscious and I have never felt pressured to go with something I didnt feel comfortable with.

This was my first time as a new patient here. Amber and Melissa did amazing with me and my two boys. Dr. Zolnik provided excellent care and is very knowledgeable. These ladies explained everything about our care and what to expect next. They didn’t rush us in and out. I left there confident knowing we will be taken care of....I think I found my new permanent dentist office!

Dr. Frey and Leigha did an amazing job placing a temporary crown on my front tooth. I was super nervous and did not know what to expect but Leigha made sure that I felt comfortable and answered all my questions before beginning. They were both super friendly and communicated well with me. My crown looks better than I had imagined it would and I am super impressed with how it turned out. These two did an awesome job and I can’t thank them enough!

After a traumatic experience for my child at a chain dentist, I found Sycamore Hills Dentistry and was amazed. They are the most caring, gentle, and capable staff of any medical facility I have ever been to. As long as I live in Fort Wayne, I will never go anywhere else!

I’m a new patient and haven’t been to a dentist in longer than I’d like to admit and I am in a severe amount of pain and they got me in quicker than I thought was possible and they are making accommodations to remove my wisdom teeth on a Saturday! Very impressed and very happy with my experience.

This office is a joke. I was called to set up a cleaning. An Appointment was set. I was sent several text messages in the days prior to my appointment to remind me of my cleaning. I arrived for cleaning and was told that they may not have time to clean my teeth but wanted to do a full examination before they cleaned my teeth. I just had a full examination there 14 months ago. They billed my insurance $1200. I told them no I am here for a cleaning and reminded them of that. Was told its a new year and we basically are going to set you up as a new patient. I do not know how many people fall for this scam but I didnt. I Wales out.

Today I had my first visit at Sycamore Hills Dentistry. I can not say enough good things about them. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Alivia made me feel so calm and like I was home talking to my daughter. The facility is also so clean and well maintained. I am thankful I found them and can not wait to continue to go here for all of my dental care needs.

I recently switched to them because of insurance purposes. I did also like the fact that they did basic dental work in-house but also did oral surgery in house as well. Thankfully I was able to get my wisdom teeth extracted and a job well done. Thank you to Janae (a nurse) for being supportive during the procedure. The events leading up to the procedure is where my experience was not the greatest and were expressed to the doctor. I invested a lot of time and schedule modifications so that I would be able to get this surgery done. It was made very clear by the practice that walking away from doing the surgery was an option, however, it was something that I simply didnt want to reschedule because of the many other factors that went into this moment. I was reassured that my concerns were heard, and that the staff was new but the doctor would discuss my experiences to her team to make improvements for their future patients. I do appreciate this, but will be switching dentists.

They were good as far as dental care. But when it came to billing, it was very messed up. They would send out very confusing bills that includes years worth of procedures on it and you could not decipher where the charges were coming from. When asked to send out a bill that only included charges for the procedure they were charging for, they still sent out a bill that was very hard to distinguish where charges were coming from, because it still had charges on there that were not for the procedure they were charging for. In this time they decided to send it to collections, which I immediately paid even though Im still not sure where the charges came from. But tgey also took my kids off the schedule for their next visit without notifying me so that I could at least get them in somewhere else. And they did this over $80. Very poor business handling. Im contacting my insurance now because I still do not know where the charges came from and I think they very well may have charged me when they shouldnt have. I might have let this go, had they not canceled my kids appointments without notifying me over a $80 bill that was paid. The dentist is great, but the business staff screws things up.

It made time fly and didn’t require me to try and make small talk with my mouth opened..hah! They also offer a great deal for those without insurance. This place is amazing! I had significant wisdom tooth pain for about a week. No dentist office could get me in immediately. I called Sycamore Hills on a weekday afternoon and they were able to get me that evening at 6 to get checked out. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Rorick too the time to get to know exactly what I was experiencing and then answered all of my questions with extreme patience. I just had my wisdoms teeth extracted. Leigha brought me into the office, explained what was going to happen, and relieved my anxiety with her enthusiastic and positive attitude. She was very caring and comforting even when I was extremely anxious for my procedure. The procedure went great. They even took time to answer my questions after the procedure and did not rush me one bit. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I highly recommend them if you need anything dental! 🦷

After having some bad luck with dentistry in the past, I did a lot of research of dentist in the Fort Wayne area as a recent transplant and found Dr. Rorick was highly recommended. The reviews did not disappoint. I received a call prior to my first visit to see if there was anything they could do to make my visit more comfortable and after my procedure to make sure I was doing well. Very much appreciated and an added touch to show that he truly cares about his patients. Will be transferring my entire family to Sycamore Hill Dentistry after this experience.
