We have 3 members in Dr Paul Tritels care, and soon adding more. We began care in our 30s, and really wish we knew about his practice sooner. Dr. Tritel has been my primary doctor for over twenty years. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and has a terrific bedside manner. When you are talking with him, he gives you all the time you need and treats you as if you are his only patient. Being available 24/7 has been totally invaluable to me. Recently, I had to call him at 1:30 am and he was on the phone with me, talking me through my situation with ease, calm and direction. He even called me the next day to check on me. After interviewing several concierge Doctors, it became clear Dr. Tritel was my first choice. I joined his practice and set up my first appointment. Prior to my first appointment, I had a medical emergency that required outpatient surgery. I called Dr. Tritel and he immediately contacted a surgeon- the surgeons office called me and told me to head to their outpatient surgical center within a few hours. Met with Dr Tritel today for my first visit and he spent 2 Hours with me going over my medical history and how I was doing physically. My experience with Doctor Tritel has been through two of his patients,husband and wife to whom I am the caretaker. Dr Tritel is wonderful. I am a caregiver to my elderly mother and was struggling trying to find a doctor that I could trust to actually be engaged in her care. She was having many struggles with various medical issues, hospital stays, passing out etc. We really needed someone to take enough time to understand in detail and care enough to take the time and figure out the care needed. Ive known Dr. Tritel for 10+ years. About 7 years ago I was in Dr Tritels office on some non-medical business, when we were interrupted by his office manager. She said his next patient still hasnt paid her last bill, so what should she do? Dr. Tritel said Im a doctor. I dont care about unpaid bills...thats your problem. Send her in. This was an immediate response, from the heart, not a thought-out response from his head. If you want a caring, dedicated and compassionate doctor, Dr. Tritel is my recommendation.

This is John Pittman writing, using my wifes email account, as I really want to write a review. Dr Paul has a casual way of conversing which makes communicating very pleasant - a sense of humor to boot. With his experience, training and family background, hes a fountain of medical information. After only one meeting regarding my health problem, he arrived at a treatment which no other MD could do after many meetings. Three working days after I met him, I had a much needed outpatient treatment scheduled. Wow, I couldnt believe it after all that time spent seeing MDs! After the first treatment, I was relieved and feeling almost normal. He follows through with visits where he monitors me carefully. Between him, his staff, well-equipped and pleasant facilities, Im as satisfied as I can be. My wife too.There are many more compliments i can describe but find out for yourself. Its all a one of a kind experience.
