The most horrible experience! Staff member Jennifer is rude completely talks over you when calling for help… even hung up on me when I was clarifying the information needed to make an appointment. Three weeks ago I called and was told I needed a referral and an x-ray or an MRI which I did it was faxed over to this office multiple times I was never even given a call back I had to make the call. Jennifer went on to explain to me that now I needed a referral from a primary doctor when question why I wasn’t told this information the first time she completely hung up on me. Customer service is key to anyone’s business I wouldn’t refer this doctor or his office staff to anyone. I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to to write my review. Such a terrible way to treat people !!!

This is my second review since the first one was removed and I will continue posting it no matter how many time they remove it.If there was an option to choose zero star, I would have taken it, but I have to choose at least one star to describe Dr Yousif and the services which were provided to me during my recent 4 visits to this office. From our first appointment h was aware of my medical condition and history, being informed from previous Orthopedic Specialists and my primary doctor and although I suggested to have another MRI to rule out previous diagnosis which could have prevented the effectiveness o my new treatment, he preferred to go with the old diagnosis and schedule me for radiofrequency ablation treatments for my lower back pain. I visited this place more than 5 times, including consulting and follow-up appointments, I had been through painful and expensive treatments (injections) without any result. According to our last discussion with Dr Yousif, I was supposed to be pain free after my last session, at least for 6 months to 1 year. The last session took pace on 12/24/2020 and until today February 15th, I havent felt any relief and I could say that some times the pain in my lower back is even worse than when I started the treatments. During last week of January, I called the office to advise of my condition and to cancel my last follow-up appointment, unwilling to continue paying and having absolutely no results. I left a message to his office to ask him to call me if he wanted to have more details about my unsuccessful procedure and I thought that maybe I would receive just a courtesy call to ask about my condition. Needles to say, never got a reply. It seems there is no personal interest to patients needs and I am definitely not recommending this doctor.Update on 3/14/2021Following my first review, I received a phone call from their Office Manager approximately at the last week of February. She was obviously unhappy with my review and she offered to send me referrals for other doctors for treatment. On March 3/4/201 I got a certified letter instead, which was advising me that Lee Pain Management will no longer be able to treat me as a patient! Anyway, I had no intention to go back to this place, I am only disappointed because instead of them trying to make things right and maybe Dr Yousef himself pick up the phone and give me a courtesy call, they preferred to push me to the side. They also mention in their letter that they are hoping I will establish a good working relationship with my new physician, I am hoping for the same, to find a doctor who cares about his patients first and his pocket second.

My first visit to Dr Subnaiks office seemed promising. He gave me hope that he could help me with my Chronic pain following a car accident but it was all talk. My first visit to the hospital cost $600, 6 months later I’m still no further than when I started managing my pain. His team doesn’t follow up and seem lazy and disorganized. Now they left me in withdrawals for medications that I’m unable to get refills for. Totally uncaring people who do not try or want to understand the pain someone might be in. Feel let down and abandoned by so called health professionals, very sad when you can’t get the help you need.

Dr. Yousif was smart and great. I just have to take two starts off for predatory Lee Health billing practices. They are slamming me with hidden charges all over the place. This time it was a facilities fee that jumped my normal co-pay from $40 to $118.03. I am extricating myself from Lee Health as soon as possible. If you can see Dr. Yousif at a good rate then he has my recommendation. Just try getting Lee Health to tell you up front what they will charge.

They charge EVERY visit as a hospital outpatient room. My husband had to pay $309 out of pocket for the first office visit and it would be that or higher for all remaining visits. It is NOT in the hspital and it was a regular appointment without any proceedures...We will not be back!

When the other doctors were there, they were wonderful...All the doctors left and last time I was there, saw Dr. Marc Rosenblatt, he is horrible! He treated me like the scum under his shoes. He talked to the nurse about me, in front of me like I wasn’t even there. Will not be going back to see him! This is the 2nd rev.

Dr. Kamal was very informative. Before and after the injection he spent time with me making sure that I understood everything and that I was OK. Couldn’t ask for a more caring doctor.
