A professional empathetic caregiver. The doctor and nurses are helpful and care about their patients. I have had an excellent experience here with treatment. The only downside is that sometimes the phone system doesn’t work well.

My initial experience was great. I loved Hillary and Dr. Pollack but after my last appointment I was supposed to have three prescriptions called in, all existing. Only one was sent to my pharmacy. After multiple calls to the office and requests by my pharmacy to have the other two refilled I have given up on this office and canceled my next appointment by leaving a message because no one EVER answers the phone or returns calls. I pretty much feel abandoned.

Hillary is the best and a terrific office staff as well. So nice to go to a place where people actually enjoy what they do. Especially a Doctors office. Keep it up!

Excellent doctor for me. He is very smart and up to date on new technologies, techniques and biology. Ive been seeing him for years and I have achieved remission (or recovery) finally. Its quite pleasant being mentally stable.

Initially, I was quite pleased with the office & rated them 5 stars. Over the course of treatment, I had a very dangerous & deep depression, which I called and left a message. It was not returned. My husband had to call, and the doctor really should have followed up personally. I received a voicemail telling me I needed another infusion. I returned the call, and still received no answer or follow up. I went to 2 other doctors for 2nd & 3rd opinions, and they felt similarly that it was handled badly and sounded suspect. I had high hopes for this doctor, but after that dangerous experience I will not return, nor will I recommend him. I really did my research before choosing him, but apparently I was wrong. I am sincerely disappointed in Dr. Pollack. Check all sites and read all reviews before scheduling an appt. I have noticed from all review sites that it’s either excellent or extremely poor. The poor reviews are consistent with my experience.

Dr Pollack & Brenda & Julie are Absolutely Amazing. They have helped me to overcome many things where others have failed. I wish I had found them long ago! I highly recommend him and his staff. They go above and beyond!

Ive seen Dr Pollock he was great, and when I moved back to Florida I became a patient of Dr Hillary, she is great as well, nice staff, smart Doctors, clean office, I recommend this place to anyone who needs a good Psychiatrist.

Not a good experience. I hope they treat much better than i am my husband was treated. When you are in need of help. Personal feelings and concepts should never come to play. I felt we were not welcomed. I felt our skin color had much to do with it. My husband and i are both professionals. He i a PhD psychologist. He had a brain hemorrhage. We get want a psy evaluation before he leaves rehabilitation.

My husband had an emergency situation. Called the emergency line and left a message with no return phone call. The next day he went to the office at 8AM and is told by Dr. Pollack they will fit him in when his provider Hilary Sojdak comes in at 9AM. When she arrives, she tells the receptionist to tell him she cant see him until tomorrow and sends him out of the office, no guidance on medication, what to do until then, etc. He ended up admitted to Park Royal Hospital-still no follow up call whatsoever. Official complaint filed with the Florida Board of Medicine and seeking legal advice.
