I had severe arthritis in my right ankle, and I was having walking from my bed to the bathroom. Dr Schwartz suggested a total ankle replacement, and after considering it, I agreed. I am now 10 weeks post surgery and have no regrets. Dr Schwartz is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him.

The staff is AMAZING they are on it in every way the take care of you as you walk in and are willing to help you with what you are in need. they took me right in for x-rays and within a couple of seconds put me in a room the see the next set of the team the the doctor. He came in and was able to tended and denoise me and make a plain right away for me. I would recommend this doctor and the staff ( the office) to anyone. I wish I could make them my PC!

4 1/2 years after posterior tibial tendon transfer surgery I can barely walk. Seriously. Dr. Schwartz allowed my foot to heal so that I am walking on the inside of my foot, basically on my big toe, and the foot points outward 45 degrees, which has damaged my knee. I have to use a scooter to get around.

Even though the office was full of patients, the staff moved everyone along quickly. It was my first time at the office seeing Dr. Swartz and the Physician Assistant. Office staff were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with Dr. Swartz and the information he gave me in treating my ankle problem.

The efficiency of this office is amazing. My wife broke her toe at 10am. At 11AM I called Orthopedic Consultants of SW Florida. They set up an appointment for 1PM. We arrived at 1PMShe was checked in within 5 minutes. As soon as she sat down to fill out paperwork they called her in for X-RAYS. She sat down again and they called her back to see the doctor. A PA came in first followed by Dr Schwartz a few minutes later. He explained what was going on and arranged for a CT SCAN. We were ready to go by 1:45. I called the Radiologist and they set up an appointment for 2:30 But that was the time she finished the scan and we were on our way home.

An hour late and very short visit this time, but high confidence in Dr. Jeremy Schwartz. Not much need for a long visit because the complicated surgery went so well. Since the operation, after the 4 day pain block wore off, I have had only minor discomfort occasionally, because, I believe, the surgery was done so precisely.

I completely shredded my Achilles’ tendon! Dr. Schwartz was amazing during the entire process!! He performed surgery to repair my Achilles and has provided the best service post surgery along with his staff. I am eight weeks removed from surgery and I am up walking and mobile again enjoying my family. Dr Schwartz is definitely the doctor to see if you have this injury , his staff is awesome as well. I had a hammer toe and bunion and I was having a lot of pain. Dr, Schwarz performed surgery exactly two months ago. I could not say enough good things about him. He explained exactly how the recuperation was going to be, what to expect and everything was exactly as he told me. I am very very happy with my results. I hope I dont need to have this surgery on my other foot, but if I do, I will not hesitate to have him operate on me again.

Great in every respect. I got there about 45 minutes early. As I was signing in someone asked my name and appointment time and told me to come back to her desk. I did and since it was my first visit the necessary insurance and medical questionnaires were taken care of - very quickly. I had a seat in the waiting room and almost immediately I was called back to x-ray. I went straight from x-ray to an examination room where a med tech was waiting to take more medical info. Then a PA came in for a more thorough exam, followed shortly by Dr Schwartz and a nurse. Dr Schwartz looked at my x-ray and MRI and explained his diagnosis very thoroughly discussing options. As he left his nurse handed me more paperwork for the front desk where all was in order and I left. In and out in less than an hour, even being early for the appointment.I was really impressed with the overall efficiency and courtesy of everyone I dealt with.

Dr. Schwartz fixed my husbands foot after seeing 3 other surgeons who refused to operate. They recommended Dr. Schwartz. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and got him in as quickly as possible. He’s now on his way to walking without pain!

I was pleasantly surprised that I didnt have to wait an hour in the waiting area. Once in the patient diagnosis room, it was refreshing to have an extremely professional, caring and kind staff looking after my medical needs. Tests were scheduled and preformed more quickly than I thought possible. My insurance was checked and I was informed of my financial commitment. My upcoming surgery was scheduled in a very timely manner, and with Dr. Schwartzs staff, Im looking forward to a complete and speedy recovery.

I researched foot surgeons after I tore my Achilles playing pickleball. I read Dr Schwartz’s positive reviews and called his office. Dr. Schwartz got me in right away and scheduled my surgery for the next morning. He explained my options clearly. His assistant and office staff are great. I’m glad I did my homework.

Im a novice with doctors, surgery, etc. but I suspect that it doesnt get any better than my experience with Dr. Jeremy Schwartz and his staff. Dr. Schwartz was communicative, personable, offered multiple options, and went beyond the call of duty. Stephanie, who did my splint and cast (with assistance from Jennifer and Adrienne) is an artist when she works, and the teamwork among staff members was impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schwartz and Orthopedic Specialists of Southwest Florida. It has only been about three weeks since Dr. Schwartz repaired my torn Achilles Tendon, but thus far, I give the entire process a thumbs up. My one area of improvement would be to have the front desk staff warm up a bit. Care and warmth are definitely related.

A concerned Dr that is interested in ones recovery. Very knowledgeable about his profession and his reputation is of the highest that any Dr could have. What a wonderful team of professionalists. They know their jobs, and know them well. I used to dread doctor appointments, but I always knew I was in good hands with these wonderful people. Dr. Schwartz saved my foot; and I will always be grateful for that.

I really liked the process and everything about it was good except check in. It would have been good to get the forms ahead by email to fill out and send back. The process isnt done yet so I dont know the outcome but so far I am happy. I am half way through therapy and the results have been great.

My husband took a fall and fractured his ankle, we contacted our doctor who referred us to Dr. Schwartz. Dr. Schwartz had my husbands ankle placed in a cast and is now in a boot. What I appreciate is that he spent the time giving my husband the best while not hastily moving toward surgery like many surgeons do. Its important to use an experienced doctor when it comes to your bones. One who does surgery ONLY when its necessary.

I went to see Dr. Schwartz with a problem I have, do to a surgery that was performed over 30 years ago. The x-rays taken by the technician were good, but did not show enough to see my specific problem. He had one more live ex-ray taken and actually came into the x-ray room with me, to be sue it was taken at just the right angle as he needed. Dr. Schwartz was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and what was needed to correct it. I have not yet had the surgery, but when I do, I will definitely be having it performed by Dr. Schwartz. (as soon as I can find the time to take off work for recovery).

Today I had a follow-up with Dr. Schwartz regarding surgery I had on my left foot four years ago. I had several questions and concerns which had been concerning me and both he, and his assistant, thoroughly answered all of my questions, made some adjustments and they were very amiable!

Fractured two bones in ankle 3 days before needing to return to Michigan. Dr. Schwartz fit me into his schedule and I went home with a boot and prescription for PT. I had ankle fusion performed by Dr. Schwartz on Dec 7, 2017. I was super skeptical about the end result but as of today finished my last appointment. Prompt, curteous, and effecient! All that and more apply to my morning visit with Dr. Jeremy A. Schwartz and staff. In an office overflowing with incoming patients I had my doubts about getting out of Orthopedic Specialists in less than 2 hours. To my pleasant surprise I was out in about 45 minutes and that included the 5 plus minutes it took me to complete the “new patient” registration as well as x-rays. I also found Dr. Schwartz to be extremely knowledgeable about my “condition”. He left me feeling much better about my decision to proceed with surgery. It was well worth the 22 mile drive - one way!!!

Dr, Schwartz was very informative, and took time to explain my foot issues, and answered all my questions. After seeing 3 other orthopedic foot surgeons, Dr. Schwartz, is by far my Dr. of choice. His PA and nurse were all very helpful and listened to my issues. I was going to schedule surgery in December but my problems were going to need me to be off my foot for 6 to 8 weeks, for proper healing. During the holidays did not work for me, to be off my feet for that long. I will return, to Dr. Schwartz and schedule my surgery when I can be off my foot for 6 to 8 weeks. He is a gem!.
