My husband had his first visit with Dr. McAlpine recently. The experience with the doctor was good; however...We are highly dissatisfied with Millennium Physician Group. Trying to get help or answers from them can be an exercise in frustration. Sadly, this has repeatedly been my experience when doctors join the Millennium Physician Group. Their billing department was so bad that it caused us to leave our last primary care physician, who was a good doctor.Today it took me 45 minutes to acquire a simple answer about where to take a test specimen. I miss the days when a doctors office staff worked directly with the doctor rather than a big conglomerate which becomes cumbersome, less knowledgeable, and less able to assist their patients.Bottom line, I will do my best to ensure that all future doctors we work with are both highly skilled and work on their own...and certainly not with Millenium!
