Ive seen Frey reluctantly for the past year to try and find some relief from a back injury. I only went back because I know that Frey is shot happy and I prefer not to take pain pills. My insurance asked for a Doctor review form to be filled out. Frey refused to fill out the form and then sent me a registered letter saying that Frey would no longer be my doctor and implied that Im a opiate addict! Ive never received any pain pills from Frey. When I tried to find out why I was to told that Frey doesnt tell the staff why and only he could answer. Thats only one reason you should find another pain dr. 2)Ive had the staff fighting in front of me. 3)Frey outside my room door talking about walking into rooms and farting then walking out. 4)Frey squeezing a needle so hard it exploded in my neck.5)over charging me by $ 600.00 for a procedure and when I got the money back I was the jerk. 6) dont ask any questions to anyone because then your a difficult patient. Im not saying everyone is rude. Jenny the young lady who does the insurance stuff is great and several of the staff are very nice . Frey if you read this Id still like to know why?

This practice is inconsiderate of your time when scheduling appointments. Today is the 3rd appointment for my wife and she was just called back, an hour later than appointment time. Second time this has happened. It seems they double booked appointments this afternoon because of an emergency 2 days ago. When we questioned what was going on, we asked why the patients werent called and told her appointment would run late, after all they called the day before to confirm appointment. Receptionist said tell the doctor. They knew if you showed up, you wouldnt leave. Always about money! That being said the doctor seem to be competent at his speciality, at this point anyway! Medical offices need to get better at patient relations.

If could give this practice 0 stars I would. My mother is the patient and is currently in the hospital. Dr. Daitch who isnt even her Dr. was rude and belittled my mother who has been a patient with Dr. Frey off and on for 3 years. She doesnt have to see him on a regular basis, only when she has fractures. However, weve been told by another physician and multiple nurses that my mom has bone cement that has leaked into her lung from a procedure Dr. Frey performed a month and a half ago. Dr. Frey denies this, and the hospitalists is getting a second opinion tomorrow from a neurosurgeon. At this point it feels like this practice is trying to cover up and DO NOT recommend them to anybody.

Dr Frey and his entire staff are awesome. After 15 years on varying strengths of pain medication they have helped me off the opioids and still decreased my pain level to almost nothing. Last year at this time I was taking 60mg of morphine plus small doses of oxycodone for breakthrough pain. I now take a aleve.

They dont call back and get pissy if you complain. Doctor Daitch is a nice guy but his practitioners are really rude. Christine was fantastic but she left. If you dont get an early morning appointment, expect to wait an hour or more. I asked a question to the practitioner and didnt understand her answer so I tried to get clarification and she acted like why the hell are you asking questions? She didnt say that, but thats the attitude she gives.

I have been a patient here for over 2 years...and I keep asking myself...why!They are horrible. Front staff is rude, ma’s are rude and the nurse practitioners are like a revolving door.My last two appointments they made me wait over 2 hours!I missed. My last appointment due to illness and they bille me $50...I should bill them for the 4 hours of my time that I sat there waiting for them. When I said I was ill and my husband cancelled, too bad you still owe us $50! And we can not make you any more appointments until you pay.Where in the Hippocratic oath that doctors take does it say “ payments upfront, no appointments with people who have any balances, or we don’t care about you and your pain only our money?”Here it is for younDr Frey as you must have forgottenI swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability and judgment, this covenant:I will respect the hard-won scientific gains of those physicians in whose steps I walk, and gladly share such knowledge as is mine with those who are to follow.I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures [that] are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeons knife or the chemists drug.I will not be ashamed to say I know not, nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patients recoveryI will respect the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know. Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. If it is given me to save a life, all thanks. But it may also be within my power to take a life; this awesome responsibility must be faced with great humbleness and awareness of my own frailty. Above all, I must not play at God.I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the persons family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick.I will prevent disease whenever I can, for prevention is preferable to cure.I will remember that I remain a member of society, with special obligations to all my fellow human beings, those sound of mind and body as well as the infirm. If I do not violate this oath, may I enjoy life and art, respected while I live and remembered with affection thereafter. May I always act so as to preserve the finest traditions of my calling and may I long experience the joy of healing those who seek my help.

I cant thank the doctors and PAs enough for their services, with their help my pain is under control without having to cover it with pills. The worst part is trying to make an appointment, their phone system is the worst Ive ever had to call. I have made 3 calls Monday only to be cut-off twice (11 minutes 1st call 22 minutes 2nd call) then had to leave a message to make an appointment and Im still waiting for a call back. Three days later I tried calling again and as of right now I am 15 minutes and 22 seconds on hold..................... The doctors and PAs are truly wonderful, but trying to make an appointment or waiting for a call back is PAINFUL!

Do NOT trust this practice. I was seeing them for over a year when they forced me to change medications and in the process overdosed me on a heart medication. Woke up in ICU to a doctor telling me if I had continued to take medication as prescribed I would have died within 24 hours. Went to this practice afterwards to inform them of what happened and they acted like they could care less and had done nothing wrong. Then was informed that the other med they still had me on was interacting with other meds I was taking, causing additional heart issues, and they insisted all six doctors involved in my treatment didnt know anything and they wanted to continue me on the medication, which would have caused further damage to my heart which they had already damaged. Do NOT trust. They couldnt care less whether or not they kill you...

I was referred to this practice and have been trying for 2 weeks to get a first appointment without success. I have now called them more than 10 times and ALWAYS am referred to an extension that has voice mail recording saying they will call back with 24 hours. They have called back twice and missed me, so all I have been able to do is play telephone tag and waste time, since they dont have enough respect for patients to EVER answer the call live.

I have called 5 times for a prescription and get the voice mail telling me they will return my call within 24 hours. Have not heard from then and this is day 5 without pain meds. My doctor referred me to them but I will let her know how sadistic this practice is. I will not go for my return visit.
