What a great experience I had with Dr. Shuster. I had my first appointment last month and another tomorrow. I had my medical files sent and he actually took the time to read them. He was informed and we were able to send the time with his course of treatment instead of the usual questions and answers you have to go through on the first few visits. What a refreshing experience it was for the first time with a pain management doctor. Everyone I came in contact with at the clinic was that way. Im actually looking forward to the next appointment instead of dreading it.Thank you Dr Shuster and staff for making the patient feel welcomed and at ease.

This doctor was AWFUL. He didnt have any of my MRI information. He pushed shots on me and after I said I was scared of it he mentioned the fact that I have had epiderals in the past, basically saying I shouldnt be scared. After learning I had a medical marijuana card his entire DEMEANOR and tone changed into an egotistical and rude person. He was cold and dismissive and tried to give me Lyrica, which would do more harm than good to me. His nurse practitioner was even worse as she was smirking and laughing the entire time. I left the office crying due to feeling unhelped and profiled. The next day I was told I couldnt see another doctor unless he approved it, which of course he didnt. Stay away from this doctor if you are looking for professionalism or understanding. I filed a lawsuit for discrimination and Im looking forward to exposing this doctor and some staff at that office for incompetence.

Dr. Shuster has been treating me since 2011 first in the hospital and then for continued care. He is definitely one of the best doctors Ive had treat me. He always treats you like a person not a number and goes out of his way to help you in anyway he can he takes his time with his patients, so sometimes you may have a little wait but its worth it. His bedside manner is always perfesonal and he always has a smile when he greets you. theres nothing bad to say. Believe me if he can do anything to help or ease your pain he will. He also wont just keep trying injections which can get pretty expensive if they dont help, hell find something else. Somehow he finds tricks up his sleeves to make your life better if its possible. I trust this man with my life. Hes never steered me the wrong way and its been 9yrs now. If youre looking for a doctor who cares about his patients then your at the right place. Basically all of the partners are great. And I cant leave out his staff they do their very best to return calls as soon as they possibly can!

Have been seeing Dr Schuster for 2 years. He does everything he can to help me. He listens when you talk to him and spends time discussing what is going on with you. Great Dr wont see anyone else. But the other staff here is also awesome!

Hes an amazing pain management doctor who is very caring and personable. He was wearing comic book socks the first time I met him and took time to chat with me about comic books. His office has moved though and is no longer at this location. Hes now at 7964 Summerlin Lakes Dr., Fort Myers, FL 33907 .

Stay Away! Made an appt with Adam Shuster for back pain a month in advance. Waited 1hour and 20 minutes to be seen. He gave me a cortisone shot to spine which made pain worse. He told me it was a 2 shot process. While there rescheduled for 2 weeks, and received an email confirming. On assigned date, they had No Record of an appt for me. Showed my conf. They “squeezed” me in. Waited another 40 minutes! Received another pain shot. Again, my pain is worse than ever. Called for a referral for a Spine Specialist. Was told to check online! This firm needs to be investigated for “Quackery!”

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes in the room after 20 minutes in waiting room. WaLked outIs is always behind

The Doctors here always went above and beyond what I expected of them. They provided effective treatment of my conditions and did so with kindness and compassion.
