I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan Daitch for some time now. From my first visit years ago to present Dr. Daitch has always been Professional, honest, caring, and very good at listening. I have had back issues for years. Dr Daitch administered a procedure twice in the past that lasted roughly eight months each. Unfortunately I developed an issue that required several surgeries. Not related to my back. Two years later a Doctor diagnosed me with neuropathy in my legs. I Reached out to Dr Daitch for a second opinion He administered a procedure today. No pain and my legs feel great. Highly recommend Dr.Daitch

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for years, so am well aware of what living with daily pain is, add to the mix arthritis, nerve damage in my feet, and the process of ageing I have been a mess. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Daitch. They made me an appointment by accident and I waited an hour in the waiting room to find that out and then KACY/CASEY/KC at the front desk had the nerve to yell at me!!!I will be reaching out to management and request that they pull her aside to teach her proper customer service skills, respect for patients, and basic temper control, as she needs MAJOR help in all of these departments.She needs to find a job NOT dealing with any kind of customer service.

FINALLY a very caring Dr that actually listens to ALL the patients concerns , discusses a realistic plan, and looks and treats you as a whole.Im not sure how to describe it, but only to say that he has a gift from God. I feel truly Blessed to have found him. Add to that..his staff are great. Dr Daitch was extremely professional and the staff has been wonderful so far. He takes the time to listen and really wants his patients to feel relief. I am not there yet but in time I know that we will get there.

I never believed I would find any help for my long term back pain but Dr. Daitch worked his magic and I got almost instant relief with the first set of injections. After the second set of injections, I was pain free for the first time in years. His practice is a well oiled machine and his techniques really work. Thanks so much!!

Needed short term hort med. He did briefly examine me never getting out of chair?? Ordered huge array of costly tests... Not needed. never asked if same tests already done in past. Never went back.

They canceled my appointment the day of my appointment because they said my premiums werent paid which they were but it didnt make any sense because I have a high deductible and I pay cash anyways ~ so when I called to talk to Mark E. the one who left me the voice message canceling my appointment the receptionist was extremely rude to me~ She didnt want to transfer my call to Mark E. she drilled me with 1 million questions telling me that Mark E. is going to ask me the same questions ~ I told her to please transfer me and then she said is everything OK and I said yes and then she said because it sounds like youre mad ~ I just couldnt believe what this receptionist was saying to me !she just didnt want to transfer me to the woman who called me the one that I needed to talk to you~ this is no way to run a business!!!! I dont even want to give them one star!!!

I was referred to Dr Daitch by another doctor and thought that he would be just what I needed for my back problem. I was pretty much satisfied after my first visit with Dr. Daitch and was scheduled with treatment after my insurance provider had given approval. The appointment was set up and I was ready to go for the treatment until they informed me that they were out of network with my insurance company for the procedure. Not the doctor but the treatment center. They are both part of the doctors the same practice and in the same building. Makes no sense! Why would one be in the network and not the other. So I cancelled my treatment and have found another doctor that is in my network. They wasted my time and now I still have the back issue to deal with until my new doctor can give me treatment. They should have told me about being out of network from the start. Their response was that it was my responsibility to find that out. The doctors office personnel were very nice and considerate, but I would never say that about the treatment centers personnel. They were rude and showed no concern. You pay for the treatment or go somewhere else. So, thats what I did. No referral for this practice from me!

Wife was referred to Dr Daitch regarding treatment for sciatica. Pain has persisted for a month day and night. The office is very well organized and it is obvious they are specialist in their treatment from beginning to end. They are very informative so you know what to expect and any changes. They are very busy so they must get many referrals. Give them a break as they are people. More treatments to come.

Well at first it seemed they were caringAfter about 1year it was a miracle to see the DR. All I got was a health nurse. Enough about that. Well they started me on bupinorphine 8 mg daily it quickly went to 24 mg. I didnt have any idea how hard it would be to get off of this devil drug. 31 days ago I cancelled my appointment for my (dope ) refill. Not one call to see if I was alive. DO not take this drug if you ever want to come off of it. I just had my fill of opioids. Again I could be dead do they care ?

They treat you like your the best person around. Always...try to be helpful!

Dr. Ditch is the most caring pain management doctor I have been to. The #1 thing is that he never gives up to try and help.

Ok but the CDC guidelines are NOT laws. They are not rules or meant to affect chronic pain patients. Only acute pain.

I am leaving this review because i feel it necessary to express my feelings about a few things regarding my referral to dr daitch office even though i havent been there yet for treatment....i was recently discharged from the hospital with shoulder pain and neck pain so i was referred to his office....for follow up....they give me a new patient packet to fill out with all kinds of paperwork to fill out and this thing reads like a legal contract....and uif u miss an office appt or a procedure there is a 200 dollar fee....i was in shock to say the least....then if u dont pay that within 30 days they tack on interest???....yes.......interest......anyway he could be the best dr in the world....but thats extortion.....stuff happens in life.....life happens....and sometimes we cant always give 24 hour notice.....but 200 dollar missed appt payments??....thats not happening.....thats just absurd.....doctors dont care about your health anymore....its about the money....sad to say

This office is very unprofessional. You can never, ever, get someone on the phone in the billing office. You must always leave a message and they rarely, if at all, call you back. I have called them four times in the last six weeks about getting a refund for charges for my wife that we overpaid at the time of service and they flat out refuse to call me back. After multiple painful, and expensive procedures at their office, my wife still suffered from chronic neck pain. One day Dr. Daitch just simply said theres nothing more that I can do for you and referred her back to the neurosurgeon who sent her to Daitch more than a year before. We later went outside the box and obtained a medical marijuana card through another doctor and my wife is now finally pain free.

Dr. Daitch is a caring and compassionate doctor. His staff is friendly and courteous. I have been going to Dr. Daitch for over two years. I am always able to get into my appointment with 10-15 minutes of arriving. I have never had an insurance or billing issue. Juji, his Nurse Practitioner, goes beyond what I ever expected. She takes her time to assess my pain levels and treatment. I never feel rushed when I am in my appointment.I always leave feeling that I have received the best medical advice possible for my conditions and there are many. Dr. Daitch actually uses a machine to make sure the cortisone injections are going to the area that will do the most good. He does not guess. Skylar, Tyler and Christina are wonderful. I recommend this practice to all of my friends.

I have been going and being treated by Dr. Deitch, for over 5 years. I am trying to stay away from surgery on my back and Dr. Deitch is keeping me very comfortable with my injections.He is awesome, and has my pain under control. And the staff is always pleasant, and all friendly and professional.I would highly recommend you to go to Dr. Deitch for your pain issues.

My name is harry i was a hospice pataient and got off wanted to be independent started seeing dr dietch and laura my pain level is under control and quality of life is better thanks to these folkls at apmss very nice ppl pros im so grategul to the doc and laura im trated like a real person and not an almost dead one like when i was on hospice i would recommend these guys to any one who live with or deals with the pain level i us to god bless them hey hes pretty good on that violin too 🤣

Absolute ass. My 68 yr old aunt with degenerative arthritis with pain records of over 10 years, has been on high meds which her doc no longer is able to subscribe. She gets into appointment after a month and he gives her suboxone!!!!!!! To put her into immediate withdrawl. God will handle ur evil ass

First and only visit. Went with my wife who is a nurse at a local hospital. They took my money, then have me paperwork to fill out. While still filling out the papers he calls me. He hands me a urine test, I told him I just went and only go once in the night or early morn. That I would try but doubted I could go again. He started screaming at me in front of everyone accusing me of just trying to avoid a test. This was about 9 or 10 years ago. Back then I had never been asked to take one. He said that I should have known when I said had they informed me that morn or the day prior I wouldnt have used the rest room prior to coming. He yelled that I had 15 mins to take it or that I was discharged and they were keeping my money. When I told them to just refund my money, that I would go to another dr, they told me no. Would not give my paper work back and also charged my insurance some ridiculous rate. Their excuse was that I saw the Dr. I went home and called another PM. I got in later that day, took a urine test and passed as I knew I would. Very rude in front of staff and other patients. Even my wife was devastated. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. Save your mind, money and time!!! Frey and Daitch are not friendly by any means!

I see the apology from your office that people feel this way about your DOCTORS..You state that your DOCTORS LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THERE PATIENTS...WELL..I EXPLAINED TO DOCTOR DAITCH ...WHEN HE TOLD ME ITS IMPOSSIBLE THAT IM STILL IN PAIN AND HE REQUESTED I. GET BOTOX SHOTS EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED AT MY VERY FIRST VISIT I WOULD NOT HAVE BOTOX INJECTIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE HAZARDOUS TO THE BODY WITH POISON IN IT..HE STILL INSISTED..HE TOLD ME BOTOX AND WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM AND LEFT ME THERE..SO I NEVER RETURNED..YOUR DOCTORS THERE ARE NOT COOPERATING AT ALL AND NEVER LISTEN...I SPOKE WITH DR. DAITCH CONSTANTLY BUT BECAUSE I REFUSE BOTOX INJECTIONS WHICH IS HARMFUL TO THE BODY..EVEN HE TOLD ME THAT...HE SENT ME ALL MY RECORDS AND DISMISSED ME AS A PATIENT...TELL ME THATS A COOPERATING DOCTOR...NO....NOT AT ALL...HE IS A MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR...THATS WHAT THAT TELLS ME...

I went to Dr. Daitch for almost a year and a half. He had a professional manner when i first met him and i thought he would help my pain. I had steriod shots that didnt work for me, then he tried Radio Frequency on me, he told me I would be PAIN FREE for a year at least. ..I was out of pain for 1 month and when I returned I told him my Pain was worse than before he did that procedure, he didnt believe me and told me that was impossible. I was very offended by that manner and it was not professional because he does not live in my body...I know my body just as well as everyone else does. His Nurse Practitioner told me that 99% of the time that procedure does not work the first time on people and in my case I was one of them. Dr. Daitch came in to examine me again and saw more problems and he said I should have BOTOX INJECTIONS when I told him my very first visit no BOTOX because its toxic to the body. I even asked my nuero. Doctor and he said absolutely a NO..that BOTOX IS POISON TO THE BODY AND THAT HE DIDNT RECOMMEND THAT FOR ME. THE RADIO FREQUENCY MADE MY SPINAL CORD DROP AND NOW I HAVE 4 PROTRUDING DISCS IN MY LOWER BACK THAT WASNT THERE WHEN I FIRST SAW HIM WITH MY FIRST MRI. NOW I HAVE MORE HEALTH PROBLEMS. AFTER THAT I NEVER WENT BACK TO HIM..NOT EVEN TO EXPLAIN BECAUSE HE THINKS ALL PEOPLE ONLY WANT PAIN MEDICATION. THATS NOT THE CASE . I WENT BECAUSE I WANTED TO FEEL BETTER BUT LIKE I SAID HE MADE MY PROBLEMS WORSE AND I NEVER RETURNED BECAUSE HE DIDNT BELIEVE I WAS IN PAIN IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT UNDERSTAND PAIN AND AT TIMES MEDICATION IS THE ONLY WAY. I GAVE HIM A CHANCE AND SO DID A FRIEND OF MINE WHO LEFT HIM AS WELL. HE DOESNT LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS! IF YOURE IN PAIN RESEARCH FURTHER BECAUSE DR. DAITCH DOESNT UNDERSTAND PAIN OR LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS. NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME!!!#

I went to Dr Daitch four weeks ago with lower back pain. He had me come in for two injections, the first of a series of three. I left there pain free and even sent the guy a Thank You card. I went back two weeks later as instructed, was prepped (This was done under mild anesthesia) and before I went in for the procedure Dr Daitch came in and asked Which shoulder is it that is hurting you???? I said it was NEVER a shoulder issue but lower back, Oh he said, Now I remember.... I had the second round of injections (which I learned later should NEVER been given since I was at that point pain free) When I came to I was sitting in a wheelchair just like the time before but the top of my leg really hurt...He was GONE...I was wheeled out to my car and FELL in the parking lot....I called immediately and after three attempts he came to the phone and said, Just keep taking the pain meds I gave you...I reminded him that he had NOT given me pain meds nor did I want them (Now I am sure he is reading someone else chart), by now the nerve damages caused pain the whole way down my right leg and foot......He said Oh that happens sometimes, give it a few days. Eight days later, if anything its worse.....What now, I certainly would not go in for the last series (Which by the way HE suggested we cancel when he was on the phone with me anyway...hhhmmm) Oh, one more thing, he sent me to Radiology Regional for an MRI, I get there, they said no he ordered X-rays which he did not even know he had on file when I went in for the second series.....His nurse found them, he NEVER looked at them....

Worst Dr I ever met would not address my pain ask me if have ever b een arrested .I never felt more insault ed .will not go back dont waste your money on a scam
