Very disappointed in the morality at this office. I went in for my first appointment and was aware that I would be paying quite a bit of money for the appointment but I did not expect to walk out paying over $600. I have reached out about a refund for supplements that I did not feel comfortable taking MULTIPLE TIMES and they will not call me back. These people are preying upon those who are desperate for relief from their health issues and only want your money.

This place is a scam!My wife went in for initial screening the appointment was scheduled for a hour and a half. She spent at most 30 minutes in the office and paid $425. Before her appointment she called the front desk to confirm that the appointment included her lab testing and blood work. She was told yes and even confirmed that again with Frank. Once at the office she was told that she would need to pay even more out of pocket for the labs. After several calls and emails this office refuses to answer or respond to any of our request for a refund. They took our money and have provided no services other than taking basic health vitals. Can not agree more that they only care about your money and provide no actual service. Since they refuse to respond, this matter will have to be handled through litigation. Sad day whevn a holistic doctor is scamming people out of money and lying about their services just for profit.

I had been going to my regular doctor for months trying to figure out why I was having numbness in my toes and pain in one of my hands along with a few other medical issues. My doctors ran a slew of tests and said everything was normal but I new things were not normal. I went to see Dr. DeStefano at Root Causes a year ago and I am so grateful that I did. After running various labs that myregulardoctors dont typically run, she found a few issues that needed attention. I am so grateful that I decided to go see her. She is very thorough and pays a lot of attention to detail. Sandra and Frank are also very kind and helpful.

The staff is so caring and helpful; you walk in and feel right at home. The doctor is very nice and has great bedside manners; she truly cares about her patients. Definitely recommend this practice especially if you have a hard to treat medical issue.

Doreen is very companionate and caring with all of her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health And wellness.
