Wasted my time. You must talk with a REAL doctor first. Get medical records. Make appointment with this place. Bring medical records. This was NOT clear over the phone. My opinion I think the appointment phone person assumed they had two doctors on site.

As shown below, they broke HIPAA laws infront of 7 people.First of all, I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday. The day before I get a call and the office is closed on Wednesday’s, who knows why they would let me add one. Then it was rescheduled. I showed up and the staff lets me know I must have medical records in order to proceed and cited state law. This is all not true and not real, it’s a major CYA. The point of going to a doctor is to be certified, why would I show medical records?? I ended up contacting multiple vendors who said this is BS.Then, I show legitimate medical records which I were told were not sufficient; at this point, the staff member read aloud the medical condition that I have infront of a room full of people. If you care about your time, a good experience, or your personal health information remaining confidential do not go here. It’s also more expensive than the others. Total garbage and lack of any type of business sense.

Love this office. Very clean, very professional and best deal in SW Florida for getting your medical recommendation. Tip: Bring medical records or at least one sheet from your medical records that clearly states your diagnosis from your primary care doctor or specialist and they like it to be recent like within 6 ,months is ideal. This will ensure no delays in getting you approved.

I enjoyed my experience. The doctors and assistants were very aware of there practice and I felt confident that they were understanding of my needs.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Received phone call day prior to tell me that the appointment was not available and to reschedule. I was okay with that, but then they tell me that I need medical records or proof of diagnosis written on my RXs. Well RXs do not have diagnosis on them. Medical records or proof of diagnosis needs to be listed on their website. Cancelled appointment, not sure I will reschedule. Note to all, you need medical records or proof of diagnosis as to why you need to be approved for your medical Marijuana license.

First I wanted to say I originally cancelled my other appointment due to some reviews I had seen but I found some local reviews on (here) Google saying some good things so I confirmed my appointment and Im glad I did! Because...I had my very first appointment today! It went absolutely amazing...the new office was so beautiful! The staff was incredible! And the doctor was extremely knowledgeable, she gave me lots of information. Im very happy with my choice. Worst organization ever. Doctors have been fine but beware of the office personnel. Poor communication (confirmed an appointment with me with a doctor who had passed away 6 weeks early. Drove 10 miles for no appointment!!!), atrocious service (requested adding to current prescription, spoke to the doctor, still no change, 2 weeks later). There are plenty of great doctors out there to handle your needs. Avoid these unprofessional and questionable people.

I went to Dr. Green Relief Fort Myers Marijuana Doctors last year for my glasses and they were super friendly and helpful! They were more affordable and offered many brands and styles. My son now has to have glasses and I went back to them. Once again they were so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

They have an amazing staff. Juliana was friendly and was very helpful shes such a sweetheart ❤️ and Nick was cool he gave me tons of information on my way out and let me schedule my appointment already for next year.. just overall awesome experience and great staff. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!First time going had to wait over an hour in a small hot waiting room and had to leave due to prior commitment, even though when scheduling it says the appointment will be 10 minutes. In the end had to come back the next morning for my appointment.Fast-Forward to being time to renew: Scheduled my appointment in mid may I had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment on June 12th. The day of I get a call that the doctor has to reschedule due to an emergency - I rescheduled for the next date & time available which was 3 days after the doctors emergency. I show up to my appointment and they said Oh, Sorry we are closed, the doctor is out for an emergency. NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME ANYTHING! They then advise me to call and reschedule - I call to reschedule - they dont have anything until the 2nd week of JULY!!!! Then said to try a different location - ALL OTHER LOCATIONS ARE 2+ HOURS AWAY!THIS IS A MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION - but is NOT being treated as one. They have horrible customer service and have no idea how to run a medical business.

Absolutely horrible joke of a supposed medical marijuana clinic. More like a burn and turn establishment that only cares about making as much money as possible off the general public. It seems that a place who guarantees everyone they see will walk out with a prescription comes at a significant price, much more than just the money.I booked my first appointment in Dec 2018 and arrived only to leave about 2 hours later because I had to return to work. I had called about 15 minutes before my appointment and was told that the wait and appointment would only take an hour at most. Nope.I returned later that day without an appointment after being told that appointments make no difference at all, as regardless of having an appointment it is first come, first served. I arrived at approximately 3:30 and left about 3 hours later with a new prescription and an appointment to return approximately 60 days later where I would be required to spend another $99, and then I would have a prescription for 210 days. Lies! They expect you to come back every 70 days and spend another $99 each time, and wait for hours on end, just to get another 70 day prescription. Now wait a minute? Their website says they are the most affordable medical marijuana clinic in the state. Yet, every other place I’ve called gives you a 210 day prescription and their fees are approximately the same. Some a little more, some a little less. But when you factor in the initial $200 plus $99 every 70 days, suddenly the same length of prescription becomes considerably more expensive than other clinics who prescribe you for 210 days per visit.As I said previously, the actual money is far from the only cost when you also factor in the 3 to 5 hour wait for every single visit that many other reviewers have reported. Again, this is because all they care about is making as much money as possible. Look at their responses to negative reviews! Lots of sorrow and promise to “look into it” and “address the problem” but everyone knows nothing is changing. I really believe that the positive reviews are either bought and paid for or are created by the company itself because I have never met a person who had anything positive to say about their experience except for the doctor herself. Yeah she is nice and yeah she seems to care but come on people, anyone can fake a smile and caring tone when they’re robbing you blind while forcing you to deal with conditions that are completely unacceptable!They have switched locations and now the waiting room is at best an additional 20 sq feet with maybe 2 additional seats compared to the old location. Nothing has been done to address the real issues and each time I’m at the dispensary the conversation among patients often turns to how horrible and inhumane Dr Green Relief is.Apparently now they require an appointment, whereas before anyone could just walk in. Don’t be fooled though, this small change has done nothing to rectify the absolutely horrid wait times. If anything all it has done is piss off more patients because they all come in with an appointment and still waste half a day or more waiting in a small cage like herded cattle. They’ve more than proven they will never change their ways so they will continue to lose patients. Their only “redeeming quality” if you could call it that, is that they will give literally anybody a prescription even if they have no supporting medical history, whereas the other legit clinics actually expect some amount of proof that you suffer from a qualifying condition. So, after this long-winded rant, if you’ve made it this far, my advice to you is this: if you really do have a documented qualifying condition then do yourself a huge favor and go with pretty much any other clinic in the area. Having to provide records is such a tiny price to pay to get exceptionally better value and service. If you’re just a pothead that wants to go legal (which I fully support) then maybe you need to suffer through Dr Green Relief’s horrible service and pricing . At least after reading this you’ll know what to expect.

Very professional! The best doctor I have ever seen care about me in a long. The waiting time was completely worth it. We have one dog dirt picking up the whole need for the community so you have to be patient. Maybe waiting but its five star service you cant get anywhere else, Dr. Ramamurthy was amazing and I am making her my primary care doctor The way she cared brings me to tears. So happy

This place has no customer service whatsoever. Dont go here. I would rather pay the 125 it cost at other places than pay 99 for their lousy customer service. They took our $99 told us we had to wait for a zoom appt. Never called us. We had to go back to the office for help. Now we have paid our $75 to the state they were supposed to send us an email for temp use. They never did. They say the card takes two weeks. Now its 3 weeks. We cant get in touch with the state and they simply wont help. Terrible terrible customer service.

This is my first step at getting treatment for pain related issues using medical marijuana and Im glad I picked this practice they know what to do when it comes to helping people get relief in countless health conditions.They walk you through the process and make it easy for the patient. I had an amazing experience here. I was super late to my appt but they were still really nice to me and stayed to see me. The medical assistant Brandon was very sweet and sensitive, incredibly kind and respectful. The doctor herself Im not even finna try to spell her name but she was great. Very educated, very compassionate. She explains things in a clear way and you can tell she really wants the best for her patients. Plus its like the cheapest place so you really cant go wrong.

These people are complaining about having to wait on the reviews I’ve read. I had to wait longer than expected myself, but it was worth it. They have good staff and good doctors. The place is busy so that should tell you that you may have to wait longer than expected. Also they tell you that it may be a longer wait than expected when you schedule your appointment.So don’t believe the hype about all the bad reviews. These ppl will help you and you will glad you went there after you get your card.

This was a fantastic experience. The staff made things easy and answered all of my questions. The Doctor was kind,understanding and professional. I am now legal, educated and living well.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I am brand new to all of this. After being in pain for over 15 years, I finally decided to try this route. The staff was so accommodating and Dr Ramamurthy instantly put me at ease. Explained everything patiently, and is so extremely compassionate.

The only complaint I have is long wait times even with an appointment. Expect to wait at least an hr or 2 after you appointment time to actually be seen. All total I spend about 2.5-3 hrs per visit.....but its worth it.The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the doc is fantastic.

Great visit overall. Very nice and informative staff. Ive recommended them to many people now. Appointments are pointless. Just walk in. The 200 fee is a little higher then some of the others around but at the end of the year it seems to even out. Follow ups and what not... The wait was hours even with scheduling a time. Had an appointment at 3:10 on 12/28. Showed up early and the door was locked and the lights were off. I double checked my confirmation email and text but I was there at the right time and date. Waited until 3:10 before double checking to see if anyone showed up and still have the same result. The hours online show that this location is open until 5pm on Saturdays but that wasn’t the case when I was there.

I cant express enough the gratitude I have for Dr. Morris and his office for making the process easy and affordable. Medical marijuana has changed my life forever!! I am now a true believer in the benefits of cannabis! Thank you so much Dr Green Relief!

Terrible. You have to wait 2 hours from the time you arrive, and then a week after your visit, you cant get the flower that you just got prescribed because they didnt put the 3rd tab. Called about it, was told will be updated today or tomorrow morning. It Wasnt so I called again. New timeline 3-5 days. Completely unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. There are much better MMJ operations out there.

DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could this place zero stars. I was here for over 3 HOURS just to have the last doctor accuse me of lying about my medical condition, tell me what I can and can’t get from the dispensary and was also extremely rude. The staff is all extremely unprofessional and unhelpful and they make you feel very uncomfortable. I waited an hour and a half to go back after my initial appointment time, the front staff was not very good at communicating. They make you pay before you even go back to see a doctor because the service is so terrible that you will want to walk out. I have struggled with depression nearly my whole life and to have a medical “professional” tell me that I could be lying is EXTREMELY disrespectful and triggering. II was told by THEIR OFFICE when I made my appointment that I did not need my medical records, when I told the doctor that she told me that I was wrong, when I was told by her staff that I didn’t need it. There are certain ways to talk to people and my visit went way over the line of disrespect and unprofessionalism.

Dr. Ramamurthy and the staff here were all very pleasant, caring and helpful with whatever I needed. Dr. Rama does take the time you need to explain the process and the products, she is very detailed and compassionate. Very happy with my decision to schedule this appointment with Dr. Green Relief.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Never got to see the doctor because I was never told to bring ALL my records from ALL my doctors in. I asked why cant I be seen without it since I filled out the record request online for this doctor to get them himself/herself. I was told that this doctor makes a determination for medical marijuana card based on your other doctors findings. That has to be at the very least unethical if not illegal. This doctor doesnt make a determination based on actual findings of their own. So this doctor is basically lying to the State of Florida by saying you do/do not qualify for medical marijuana based on their findings when in all actuality, they are basing the determination on your other doctors (primary, pain management, endocrinologist, oncologists etc.)findings . Ive reported this scam artist to the State of Florida. Please stay away from here. This is not an actual clinic. Its a medical marijuana card mill. I dont want a card if I have to do the leg work and my ACTUAL DOCTORS do all the tests just for this scammer to say they did it all!! What a con artist!! Horrible horrible people!!!!!

Horrible experience all around. I payed and was not warned of any extended wait. Ended up waiting from 12:45 until just after 5pm, just to be seen. Only waited because I was told I could not get a refund. Did not get the medicine I needed recommended to me, and had my seasonal documents rejected multiple times after I was told they were more then enough. Only giving 3 stars because in the end I was approved, but I had to transfer doctors to get my medicine.

I made my appointment last week for today. I got to the location only to find out that you were no longer in that building. I was told that it was because the Dr. had passed which I’m sorry for. But they had passed over a month ago and still made the appointment. Makes zero sense.

Dr. Morris is exceptional. I had brain surgery in August of 2017, and have had severe pain since. Dr. Morris explained his plan for me to finally be pain free. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

The doctor and nurses are always really nice and caring, you can really tell theyre trying to help. The wait time are a little lengthy but the time they take with you, to really understand where and how you need treatment, really makes up for it.

The whole experience was very good! I was rushing do to having kids and husband in a wheelchair, feeling overwhelmed. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, had a calming demeanor, and told me it was ok and just made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We did intake and then a gentleman asked a few questions. He then transferred us to the office to speak with the Doctor. She was also very kind and knowledgeable. She understood the situation and how he felt. She gave us plenty of information and her recommendations. Then, she passed us back to the young man to receive the finishing paperwork and moree information to take home. Overall a good experience!

This is not a real medical office. I arrived to see 15 patients in a cramped waiting room with maybe 9 chairs -- all to see just one doctor -- and everyone I talked to was well past appointment time. Some had been there more than two hours already. One I talked to was there for her follow-up, and said her initial appointment took nearly five hours. Whenever anyone complained, the check-in person would say its not our fault, the appointments are set at a different location. Professional care facilities just dont operate like this, and Im sure people wouldnt put up with it if not for the desirability of the medicine. I left and made an appointment with another clinic that assures me nothing like that will happen.

I went in for a first initial visit, and i have to say it was very professional. The physician is veeryy knowledgable and sat there and worked out a plan that would work best for me. Dr. Ramamurthy and her staff are beyond excellent; although it was busy when I went they did their best to get everyone through. Dr. Morris is kind, understanding and I spoke to someone booking appointment and they were friendly.Im happy to be getting legal.This office is super friendly.

Doctor refuses to prescribe smokeable product, limiting your options. You will not be informed of this until you try to buy some and you will be denied. I have left multiple messages and have only had responses that are repeated with no direct reasoning other than that the doctor doesnt like it. I have lots of friends who have their card with minor conditions who havent had any problems with getting access to smokable product and in turn I will be going to a different office. If you are paying as much money as this requires, limitation is impractical. There is no sense in being able to consume product that is 90% thc versus a joint with bud that is 20%. I am in my mid 20s and am not a cigarette smoker, the risk for problems are very low.

Ridiculous wait time in a small hot waiting room. Either need larger more compitant staff or more hours. Not an isolated incident.
