I am not one to do reviews but I must say, the patient advocate Miss Amber was so extremely helpful and got me through a very rough patch. She had incredible patience throughout the whole ordeal and was nothing but friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend if you’re a patient of emerald to contact Amber. She turned my horrible day around in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! My daughter and I went in the get her a medical card the receptionist Amber was so lovely and helpful. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish and had an incredible attitude even though I had a million and 1 questions. Easy and fast. The doctor was also very sweet and helpful. The man in the office I believe his name is Louis was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. If you are looking to get a medical card I highly recommend Emerald Medical Center. What a wonderful experience!! Maggie who runs the front office is SPECTACULAR when it comes to customer service and being prompt. Whenever I have a question she takes her time to listen and helps me with what I’m in need of regardless of how busy things can get. If I need something updated or changed she is there help and makes sure all my questions are fulfilled, no long lines, no 10 minute hold time on the phones, the process is so quick and easy and I feel so comfortable with Emerald Medical Center. They are very professional and friendly; I give them 5 stars and I would recommend anyone who is new to the process of medical marijuana to this office; where you can learn and grow with them together on your holistic approach to a better you!

I think this place may be a scam. The lady that answered the phone answered with just a hello, no professional greeting. She did not really seem to know anything, or just didn’t want to share it with me. I asked about dr Bruek, I guess he owns company, I stated I know him and she said that I need to call him then to set up appointment. Which I don’t understand because girl on phone is appointment setter. Oh well I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent Dr and staff. Treated like family, all questions answered, and very informative on products. Told if any questions arise feel free to call anytime. This is THE place to go if you need these services. Definitely recommend to all.

(Cape Coral Location) Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had trying to obtain my card. Like most people I’ve shopped around trying to find not only a good deal but also to find a helpful staff. Throughout my search I’ve found places to have rude staff who don’t listen, staff who won’t call you back after 3 weeks of leaving messages to get a hold of someone, and prices that boggle the mind. When I say this place went above and beyond my expectations I mean it. I made the appointment and got in with in the same week. The office is clean, cool air, and oh my god are they friendly. From the moment you walk in until the door shuts behind you when you leave, you feel like family. 10/10 plus like a million.

Dr. Schultz, Louis, and Megan were kind and considerate of all my questions. They are professional and have a fun-loving environment. I was able to schedule a visit with the Administrator of the office in the morning and come back in the afternoon for a visit with the doctor. I have sciatica and it is not getting any better with age. I would like some reliable relief that wont make me goofy, like pain killers do. The doctor spent 15 minutes with me writing out a prescription that the office will call in for me when I get my State card to proceed with Medical Marijuana use. The office remains a resource for me always and I will rely on their expertise as I move forward with this new treatment. This is a very helpful and satisfactory experience. I was very impressed, from the 1st phone call this office was very professional, yet warm and friendly!The intake with medical records, passwords, more tech stuff left me confused. I was so anxious, but the next thing I knew everything was done, I signed the paperwork as for an immediate response that it had been received by the State!The Doctor was amazing, never rushing, and I had a ton of questions. All answered and everything explained until I totally understood.I highly recommend this office.

I would advise you to go to this doctor. I transferred from another doctor, and here they made me feel welcome and were very efficient and did not make me wait . The office is comfortable, the staff is very nice, and doctor Schultz is a very nice man . I am so happy I found this place, don’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Schultz was pleasant during my aphrenrsive visit. He answered all of my questionsclearly and did not make me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable and very informative - the entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I’ve had to call their office several times and again, always helpful and courteous.

Went to Emerald because of an accident several years back that resulted in some nerve damage and constant back pain that is progressing to the point where Im having problems sleeping. The whole staff here was excellent. Dr Brueck, Steven, the patient advocacy rep, and the receptionist were all great.While waiting to see the doctor, Steven answered any question I had and provided me with lots of information. They even offer to go with you, free of charge, for your first visit to a dispensary to help explain all the different ways of taking the medical marijuana, and the pros and cons of each to help the consumer make a more informed purchase. This means a lot to folks like me where this is all a new arena and I am unsure as to what I should use.Dr Brueck took his time talking to me about my pain and gave me several suggestions on how I should proceed. His relaxed demeanor made me more relaxed, which made the whole process easier than I had anticipated.I would highly recommend Emerald Medical Center to anyone that is looking for relief from chronic pain without the dangers of taking opioids.

Being in an accident left me with a broken neck and two shoulders that needed to be surgically reattached, I was prescribed opioids for the next five years. To be honest grew up with marijuana being considered a bums drug. So until recently I was still skeptical of its medicinal properties but at this point in my life figured I had nothing to loose by giving it a shot, although I still have that little voice in the back of my head that says it’s should be kept a dirty little secret and that seems wrong on many levels.I don’t go as far as some to call it a cure all miracle drug but for pain, sleep issues,ptsd and mental issues along with eye issues I can see the Benefits fits far out weigh any side effects.To the review.The office is professional and friendly. Answered every question even though they were pretty busy. While I did have to wait awhile because they were running behind I understood why there are people like me that know little to nothing about the ins and outs with questions and the doctor was very helpful. I felt very comfortable asking all my questions without feeling like I was being judged even though I had that in the back of my head it was for sure not comming from there end.To anyone that thinks this is a bunch of kids going in to get a card are wrong on any level most everyone is elderly with real issues that have been like me waiting to be able to at least try to see if it helps eliminate pain or other issues.Only issue I have and it’s not with the office is that it’s not just legal bringing the cost down since it is quite expensive and insurance of any kind will pay nothing of it.I know a couple states now allow something like 5 plants or whatever to be grown by the user for personal use which if it works as I Hope would sure help with defraying costs.Anyway office great and give them a shot if your on the fence.

Prior to becoming a patient of liberate I suffered severe migraines with constant sickness. I almost always was calling off work and not well enough to be apart anything. I came prepared for my appointment with my medical records describing my diabetic neuropathy pain and was in a waiting room with several other seniors like me. The wait wasn’t long and my visit wasn’t long either. I had experience with CBD/THC tincture that I had picked up on a trip to CA, so I already knew how it benefited me which was the reason I made this appointment. The approval from the state of Florida happened quickly and I just made my first trip to the pharmacy to pick up my legal CBD/THC tincture. Also easy. Not only does this tincture help with pain, but the added benefit is how it helps me sleep. I’ve gone from maybe 6 hours a night to at least 8. I recommend this clinic for ease and the great staff.
