As someone who is a first time customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I had originally booked an appointment using a Groupon to try out a new eyelash place.When I got there, I wasn’t greeted at all and was told to wait. A couple of minutes later, another girl walked in and said she had an appointment. When one of the technicians were done she took the girl that came in after me, with no explanation.When I asked to rebook because I didn’t have time to wait, the girl was very dismissive. After I walked out, they immediately cancelled my appointment. There’s no sign of professionalism or hospitality at this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The Groupon is a great deal but the people aren’t.

Highly recommend!! Drove from Manhattan to get my eyelashes extensions done after seeing all the good reviews. My mother and I were completely stunned by the care, professionalism and how are eyelashes looked! I’m extremely picky about my eyelashes and I’ve gone to over six different places in Manhattan and could not find a place that had good quality lashes that lasted a while and that looked good for days. Jeanie and Jasmine were absolutely amazing!! My eyelashes received numerous compliments from friends and strangers on the street lol. The price is great as well and they will give you discount coupons for your next refill and referrals. Amazing quality and care. Thank you Jeanie and Jasmine!!

I got mink eyelashes, twice so far. It was my first time getting Eyelashes. Jeanie is a doll. Professional, gentle, talented, knowledgeable, kind, a pleasure, Pleasant so on and so forth. The salon is immaculate, sanitary, soothing, calming. It is a lovely environment. I am a Jeanie gal for life. I strongly recommend Jeanie.

I absolutely LOVE my lashes. I have long eyelashes but they grow straight down and refuse to hold a curl. A lot of the girls at work also have gotten extensions, and I realized that not all lashes are created equal. There was a definite difference in lash quality and the overall look depending on where they got their lashes. Jeanie is so professional and quick. I get the most beautiful results.

If you bring a photo of what you want, they will do the nail design. Prices are the best in the area. The facility is clean and you feel comfortable during COVID. Easy and quick to make appointment. Highly recommend!

They close the one in Palisades Park and now I go to Fort Lee love this place and I will not go anywhere else because I love the way Jeanie do my eyelashes, thank you Jeanie

I picked this place because of the reviews and the price.I called and was excited to get a same day appointment. The tech must have been tired. I was invited in the lash room after signing in. (Without checking my temperature. And the salon looked clean.)The tech was so rough on my eyes, applying the layers of tape virtually inside the corners of my right eye. I tried to adjust but I was unable to stand it and asked her politely to help me readjust. After the second attempt it made it more uncomfortable so I asked for her help again. She pulled the tape, very abrasive, to the point my eye opened a little causing more discomfort.My discomfort must have annoyed her because she started to raise her voice and stopped during the application to ask me with an attitude whats wrong?! ..... I was immediately turned off, explaining to her I didnt feel comfortable with her tone. (Shes raising her voice as I lay on the table with tape and glue on my eyes).I asked her to stop as I couldnt get through the second eye and I personally no longer felt comfortable.I asked for her name and if course she refused. I insisted on paying and she also refused. (Fair I assume. )The lashes i do have are good but my right eye wasnt completed. :(

Ive been going to Jeanie for few years. Love the way she does my lashes. You can pick the thicknesses and lengths. Tried their Classic, hybrid and volume and happy with all the results. I also got a lot of compliments😊

Best lashes I have ever gotten! I love how they look and I don’t feel any discomfort during the application of the lashes. Longest lasting lashes, and for me, looks good even after 3-4 weeks. Jeanie is so nice and takes her time — a lot of care and talent ❤️

Its been over a year since I started going here for my nails and lashes and I am so glad I found this place! You can ask for as many gems, glitters, and designs as you want and they usually only charge $40-$50 (Whereas, itd be $100+ at other salons).I dont get my lashes done every month like my nails, but when I did, they stayed 3weeks strong!+there is a parking lot just one block down before Shoprite

Even after the coronavirus, they clean everything and sanitizing their tools very well and the cozy feeling was good. The lashes lasted more than 3 weeks, so I am very satisfied.

The store is clean and a little over 2 weeks after the lash extension. On the first floor of the apartment, I went to 1350 15th. If you are going, please go to 1350 16th.

Its a new store and its clean and the interior is so pretty. Its as easy as its not attached and its shape is pretty and doesnt fall well !!
