It’s not easy to come by a good salon where the stylist can cut my hair. It’s not typical Asian hair but the stylist Toshiyuki Kurimoto does a really good job! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Katsuko, so professional and caring. I liked how they sit you in a chair and Katsuko talks to you and really spends time, not trying to sell you at all! And really recommends you what is best for your hair. I came in ready to do so much stuff! But after convo with the master, I thought twice and went for just haircut and don’t regret it. Katsuko Shared with the knowledge, so basic but so simple to ignore. Highly recommend!!! My hair look amazing !!!And I’m following her advice and I think it is helping. Thank you so much !!!Please let them know if you want to add tip if paying with plastic beforehand or else tips - cash only. Compared to what I paid in NY, price is very reasonable.

Katsuko Salon dont have hair stylists. They have magicians with scissors and blow driers. Been going here for years and they have never failed.. If you want consistency and quality look no further.

I take my son here every time that we have an event and want to be sure he gets the best haircut and hes never been dissatisfied. I have been here twice and Katsuko cut my hair and did a fantastic job with attention to detail as to how I have had it cut before and my hair type which is really fine. Katsuko is very friendly and accommodating and while the price is around $40-45 I think this is worth it. As a man I have a hard time explaining how to cut my hair and she was able to ascertain what would look good and I was not disapointed.

If i can give NO star, I would. The haircut was long overdue because of the pandemic. Despite all the good reviews here, i think Hiro gave me terrible haircut, ZERO effort. I showed him a few photos of woman short slick back, It was nothing close to it. Now my hair looks like an over grown old mushroom. For a haircut costed me 65 dollars, plus tip without wash because of Covid. I would say dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

One of the best haircuts Ive had in my life. Hiro cut my hair, and he paid close attention to the shape and texture of my hair. The layers he added have created great bounce and movement. I just love my haircut and will be back.

This review goes to Hiro, the person who did Japanese straightening on my hair. Hes very calm, responsible and focused. Perfect job! He even managed to avoid over processed spots I have from 2 previous straightenings. Ive been doing Japanese straightening since 2004 and, in 2011 and 2013 I had bad experiences where my hair was over processed. Recovery takes long of course because your hair needs to grow but now I have hopes again my hair will be healthy and nice looking.

Hiroshi is the only person allowed to cut my hair.
