Dr. Dev, Beatrice, Mayra, Jonathan, the Anesthesiologist (I forgot her name) were all SO FREAKING INCREDIBLE!!! Exceptionally thrilled with my aesthetic outlook. But most importantly, Dr. Dev made me feel extremely safe before surgery. His bedside manner is spot on. Energetically, it all felt right to be there with him and his staff. I had an explant, total capsulectomy. Pictures are provided and videos!! Cannot say enough great things about this team. I am an RN and being on the other side of it can be scary but I was taken care of. Extremely happy!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t feel welcomed by the Dr. Rankin. Had to wait an hour to see him and he literally spent 2 minutes, 2 minutes with me. His explant specialist was very professional and informative though. He sat with me before and explained in detailed everything I wanted to know. For someone that is scared of a procedure and just deciding where to go, I think the Dr. could have been a little more interested in explaining the procedure.According to what I have seen from his work, I think he is still excellent in what he does and the outcome with him will probably be the best in south Florida but now I am not sure to go with him or not as other doctors have treated me way better.

If you want the five star experience, you need to visit Aqua Plastic Surgery. After living with a droop in my right eye for most of my adult life, I decided to do something about it. I visited several plastic surgeons in the area of Palm Beach County and decided on Dr. David Rankin for a number of reasons. First, he has a very calming spirit about him and you just feel comfortable and assured being around him. I instantly knew that he was the physician for me. He was also the most economical. His staff was great from the beginning when discussing costs with his business manager and throughout the procedure and after it with the follow up care. I also liked being able to have the procedure in his office and not have to go to an outpatient surgery center. All in all it was a great experience and three years later I am very happy that I did it.,

Excellent explant physician! Dr. David Rankin and Staff are absolutely wonderful ❤️I flew all the way from Ohio to Florida for my consultation & then again for my explant surgery. Not only is Dr. Rankin brilliant, but he is kind & compassionate beyond words. I chose AquaPlasticSurgery Center and Dr Rankin after first visiting my surgeon in Ohio who did not care at all about the capsular contracture and illness that was associated with my implants and rupture. He merely wanted to replace my implants.I have my quality of life back and remain thankful to Dr Rankin and his entire professional team.

So I made an appt to see a Dr for a consult on laser or other tx.. and told them I would be 10 mins late, they said it was no problem but when I got there I realized there were 2 doors with the same address, an A side and a B side so I called to see which side they are on and the lady who answered the phone was sooo incredibly rude, first she said I did not have an appt then told me that the tech had left for the day.. She had a very heavy Russian or eastern accent with terrible grammar so when i asked her to repeat what she had said, because I couldnt imagine this tech leaving when they had already confirmed my appt...she said is there aything else I can help you with? and then just hung up on me after I said yes, please just have someone return my call. This place is so unprofessional, and I could never trust a doctor who has staff that do not care about his /her practice. And after this experience I did some research and found out they have other complaints. Thank goodness I did not go there it was a blessing in disguise that they messed up my scheduled appt.Amendment: After leaving this review, I called the office to let the office manager know what had transpired...after-all she should know about how the office is being handled by her staff...she was very apologetic and said she would make sure this sort of thing would not happen again. Well at least it did sound like she cared, but with all the cosmetic centers out there I will just choose another one...
