I had cancer on my left cheek. Had to have about a 5 incision. Naturally all I could think of is scarring on my face. Understandably I was very nervous.. Dr. Sachse did a fantastic job and after 5 months there is no scar. I would definitely use this doctor again. He puts you at ease and takes away all the anxiety connected to a very delicate operation.

I highly recommend Dr. Sachse. I had researched many plastic surgeons for a blepharoplasty and a facelift and I chose Dr. Sachse for many factors. I hesitated for a long time before I dare to go ahead with the procedures for fear mainly. Fear of pain and results. He did a magical job. He is extremely professional, kind and he took his time during the first consultation and during the surgery for optimal results. Not even 2 weeks after, you can barely see the scars on my eyelids. I am extremely happy with the results and the pain was all in my head. If I had to do a revision in 10 years or so, I would not hesitate to fly to Fort Lauderdale to see him again.

I recently suffered an accident that required 12 stiches at the hospital. Unfortunately, the wound became infected. My instructions from the hospital were to call Dr. Sachse who saw me right away and took outstanding care of me. What really sets him apart is his compassion and kind manner.

This is not a review on Dr. Sachse, but on his office staff and possibly his policies. I called to make an appointment with the physician, to which whoever picked up did not know if they took our insurance and had me call my insurance to verify (fine, no big deal, did that) and my insurance verified that we were in network and that we did not need a referral for this physician.I call the office back to let them know that we are in network and do not need a referral and now the young lady tells me that she still needs a referral or if not a letter from the insurance company saying such (this has never been asked of me, but ok)...... I called the insurance company, which said that no referral was needed and the office could call the insurance on the date of the appointment to verify. Just to make sure, I checked with our PCP who said no referral is needed, I even checked with the physician that referred us to Dr. Sasche and they also said no referral is needed.Fine, so I get to the appointment and now she is once again asking for the referral, to which we say everyone (including the INSURANCE) said we do NOT need a referral, and she refused to listen or call the insurance (I swear it takes 3 minutes). She wanted us to pay 100% out of pocket as if we were not in network with them and/or needed a referral, and instead of just calling the insurance company to verify (like every other office has done in the past if there are discrepancies), she said the insurance would let them know after they charge the insurance if we dont need a referral, and if that was the case that they would return the money. I dont know if this is their policy or just these workers being too damn lazy to call the insurance company, but I have NEVER been in a physicians office where they do not call the insurance company beforehand to verify those details or refuse to call the insurance to verify those details. It is as if they just need money... wonder how long it would take them to pay it back. Will be taking our money elsewhere.

Dr Sachse was called as an urgent manner to help my elderly aunt. He came right away and directed us for further care. He took care of us immediately. He was informative, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Would definitely recommend his services.

I love this center. Dr. Sachse is so kind and also very honest. Hes told me I didnt need to have something done and also when I did finally have something done that I wanted and he agreed with, eyelid surgery. I even had 3 separate consultations with him, he was always pleasant and to the point. Then the staff there is incredibly sweet, down to earth. Cassandra and Christina are helpful and also honest. Great place to look into and reasonably priced as well.

After many consultations with Board Certified plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Sachse. He suggested how I would benefit from a neck lift and other procedures that are usually performed at the same time. Dr. Sachse is conservative, professional and honest. I felt comfortable with him. He suggested I would have better results without going under anesthesia. Honestly, I had absolutely no pain during the entire surgery. My friends were amazed at the precision stitching, minimal bruising and swelling and my fast recovery. I have to tell you that he did a wonderful job and I am so happy to have a much more youthful look! Dr. Sachse is also skilled with fat grafting, and was successful in giving me back some volume in my face that I had lost with age. I look like me, only better and much younger. I love this doctor!! I had a tummy tuck from Dr. Sachse a few years ago and he did an incredible job! The scar is almost invisible. None of my friends can believe I had a tummy tuck. It looks very natural. He is very professional and takes his time with every patient. I have sent him many many patients (friends, family, and clients of mine) they are always happy with his work! I have never heard anything negative about him and I work down the street from him at a med spa, many of our patients that want plastic surgery go to him.

My husband was diagnosed with a scalp melanoma In late December, which sent us into a flurry of drs visits and with various specialists hearing different approaches and recommendations. We are so grateful for Dr.Sachse and his staff. Dr. Sachse took considerable time explaining things to us and treating my husband, who is now six weeks post-surgery. Although Dr. Sachse had to remove a golf-ball sized portion of scalp from the crown of my husband’s head, the melanoma is gone, the wound is completely closed, and hair is growing back around the incision site. Dr. Sachse did such an excellent job, I think my husband may wind up with more hair at his crown than before surgery!! Now that the wound is closed and the bandages are gone, you cannot even tell he had the procedure. Thank you, Dr. Sachse, for getting us through a frightening diagnosis with such a pleasing result.

Ive hated my protruding ears since middle school and couldnt feel comfortable enough with wearing a ponytail or any hair style that showed my ears. Even going swimming my ears would always pop out through my hair. Well this past March I decided to change all of that and I couldnt be happier! I saw two doctors and chose Dr.Sachse. Hes a fantastic Doctor that is very wise, but also very humble. I felt that I could trust him immediately upon meeting him. Hes extremely honest and you dont feel like hes taking advantage of you or your money. He also did some slight chin lipo to get rid of this small pouch of fat that is hereditary since Im not overweight. I would highly recommend him!

Dr Sasche fixed my nose and has done numerous non surgical enhancements for me. He is honest and conservative. Not only does he do good work but he also doesnt push or do procedures he feels you do not need.

I visited Ft. Lauderdale for the Winterfest boat parade a few weeks ago to spend time with my family. The end of the night ended unexpectedly when I was bit in the face by a friends 160lb Mastiff. I, of course, was horrified and terrified at what I would look like. I saw the look of concern from my friends and family as they waited with me at the Holy Cross ER. Dr.Sachse happened to be the plastic surgeon on call that night and I thank my lucky stars he was! I heard several comments from the hospital staff that they were happy it was him that walked through the door that night to put me back together. (That alone is a great compliment) It has been roughly two weeks since the incident and my face is almost perfect, minus a few very linear scars that he said will heal nicely. I cant thank him enough for doing a superb job! Ive never undergone cosmetic procedures, but if I ever contemplated plastic surgery in the future, Ill be flying to Ft. Lauderdale to see him. I highly recommend this doc!!!!

I had an accident at work that stripped most of the flesh from one of my fingers. All I had was the fingernail and the bone from the knuckle forward. Dr. Sachse was the surgeon on call. He explained all my options and shortly after went to work on my hand. Honestly, I cant believe a reconstruction like this could be performed. Six years later the only way you can tell I lost a large portion of my finger is by the color of the skin. Dr. Sachses work is nothing short of amazing. I too am glad he was the surgeon to walk into the e.r.

He is not a friendly person. Very rude and condescending.
